Managing multiple animals? Reinforce one for waiting while you train the other. In this example, the female toucan has mastered waiting in the crate. The male (on the perch) is building confidence for stationing closer to people. Both birds have learned to orient towards their own target which can be moved to different perches to move birds around the enclosure. Eventually his target will be worked closer to the crate while the female stations.
