I haven’t watched many Studio Ghibli films (I’m thinking of getting into them more), but I really loved Spirited Away and My Neighbour Totoro, so when I saw these patterns I just had to make them!

I didn’t have any felt for Totoro’s eyes though and I couldn’t figure out how to do it without the felt so I had to leave that part out oops…

Totoro Crochet - Pattern Available!

I created a plushie Totoro for my Dad for Christmas. It was a fun challenge, a bit frustrating, but mostly because the pattern I downloaded was faulty, so I had to mod and basically create my own to make the design I wanted. Which TBH the pattern itself wasn’t difficult, just the needing to go back-and-forth to make it work that made it a longer project than I had intended. Still, it came out…
