Nie liczę kalori1 od: 35 dni.

Dziś idę na nockę... I jutro znowu dwa dni wolne. W końcu postaram się załatwić badania i zapisać się do psychiatry.

Wczoraj graliśmy do północy. W ogóle zapomniałam o poście! Później puściłam go bez fotek jedzenia na szybko i znowu edytowałam 🙈 (Pewnie niektórzy zauważyli)

Widocznie byłam tymi kartami zaaferowana.

A i tak nie zagraliśmy konkursu bo na to trzeba przynajmniej 4 godzin, a ekipa zeszła się o 20:00. Przełożyliśmy na 18.08 ale pograliśmy w inny format.

Pospałam dziś prawie do 8:00. Później wyskoczyłam po zupę do Carrefoura.

Dziś w ogóle na kolację kupiłam gotowca. Nie chciało mi się specjalnie szykować pudełka na jedną nocną zmianę.

Na obiad super-słony schabik 😬 ( kurde muszę coś z tym zrobić, bo wczoraj było mi lekko niedobrze po obiedzie. Ponoć pomaga namoczenie mięsa w wodzie. Spróbuję.) Na lunch to, co wczoraj - "tortillo-trąbka" z tuńczykiem 😄.

Nic ciekawego. Tradycyjnie drzemka przed pracą i trochę kotospamu. Uwielbiam drzemkę przed pracą. Poza tym po niemal czterech dniach wypoczynku idę do roboty w zajebistym stanie.... W końcu bez odruchu wymiotnego 😉.

Muszę sobie znowu zrobić jakiś dzień kołdrowy. Ja, warownia z poduszek i głupie stare filmy.

Jak widzicie, zakup czterech rolek srajtaśmy w papierowym opakowaniu to wielkie święto dla moich kotków 😁

Dear God,

Thankful and blessed today. I woke up late because its my day off. I drank my vitamins. I scrolled my social media accounts, chatted my family and friends. Today is the 39th birthday of my sister Ate Cheena. Please grant her hearts desire Oh God and bless her a lot of birthdays. I ate few slices of melon, laga banana, biscocho for brunch. I ate Tortillos dipped in a cheese while watching random videos on Youtube. I watched random videos on Tiktok also. I played cooking fever. I prepared my meal and I cooked fried fish and adobong kangkong for tomorrow’s baon. I rested for a while. I prepared myself for workout. I did 5000 jump rope at the attic and listening to random songs. I freshen up and I ate few slices of melon, one banana for dinner. I had myself and skin care routine. I read few pages of the Bible. I drank my medicines. I will sleep for tomorrow I have work. Have mercy on us Oh God. Guide us always to the right path. Remove sickness, danger and negative things in our life. Answer our prayers in your perfect time. Thank you and I love you God.

Dear God,

Thankful and blessed today. I woke up early with the help of my alarms. I drank my vitamins. I prepared myself for Sunday Mass. I ate oatmeal with honey for breakfast. I rode a taxi and I arrived at the church safely. I participated during the mass and prayed. The mass has ended and I walked going to Gift shop to buy few of my needs. I walked again going to Lulu Hypermarket to do grocery. I also pass by on the shoes section for Sketchers canvass. Grocery done and I rode a taxi going home and I arrived safely. I fixed my grocery items. I ate egg biscuit. I scrolled my social media accounts, chatted my family and friends. I played cooking fever. I continued to watch Moana 2. I paused and will continue to watch if I have time. I watched random videos on Youtube and Tiktok. I ate Tortillos orange for snacks. I rested and had a nap. I woke up with the help of my alarm. I prepared myself for indoor bicycle workout. I did 1 hour workout while watching random vlogs, homily and random songs. I sweated a lot and took a bath to prepare myself for 4 hours duty. I made and drink carrot shake and ate one small banana. I arrived at Saif’s house safely. I cared and monitored my patient with the help of Ate Carme and with you Oh God. I read few pages of the Bible. I did my patient’s routine. I did cortex. Me and Ate Carme had a little conversations. She offered food but I refuse due to my diet. 4 hours duty ended and I arrived home safely. I got my parcel from Temu and thank you God for all the blessings. I opened my parcel and satisfied with my purchases. I drank my medicines. I made carrot shake for tomorrow’s drink. I did myself and skin care routine. Thanks to Vanessa, my colleague for sharing some goodies all the way from Pinas. Have mercy on us Oh God. Guide us always to the right path. Remove sickness, danger and negative things in our life. Answer our prayers in your perfect time. Thank you and I love you God.

I have my unhealthy days where I eat tons of junk food, it's also a part of my grocery list. My favorite local chips are: VCut, Mr. Chips, Tortillos, Cheese-it. My favorite imported ones are: Tostitos, Cheetos, Lays
