Nie liczę kalori1 od: 35 dni.

Dziś idę na nockę... I jutro znowu dwa dni wolne. W końcu postaram się załatwić badania i zapisać się do psychiatry.

Wczoraj graliśmy do północy. W ogóle zapomniałam o poście! Później puściłam go bez fotek jedzenia na szybko i znowu edytowałam 🙈 (Pewnie niektórzy zauważyli)

Widocznie byłam tymi kartami zaaferowana.

A i tak nie zagraliśmy konkursu bo na to trzeba przynajmniej 4 godzin, a ekipa zeszła się o 20:00. Przełożyliśmy na 18.08 ale pograliśmy w inny format.

Pospałam dziś prawie do 8:00. Później wyskoczyłam po zupę do Carrefoura.

Dziś w ogóle na kolację kupiłam gotowca. Nie chciało mi się specjalnie szykować pudełka na jedną nocną zmianę.

Na obiad super-słony schabik 😬 ( kurde muszę coś z tym zrobić, bo wczoraj było mi lekko niedobrze po obiedzie. Ponoć pomaga namoczenie mięsa w wodzie. Spróbuję.) Na lunch to, co wczoraj - "tortillo-trąbka" z tuńczykiem 😄.

Nic ciekawego. Tradycyjnie drzemka przed pracą i trochę kotospamu. Uwielbiam drzemkę przed pracą. Poza tym po niemal czterech dniach wypoczynku idę do roboty w zajebistym stanie.... W końcu bez odruchu wymiotnego 😉.

Muszę sobie znowu zrobić jakiś dzień kołdrowy. Ja, warownia z poduszek i głupie stare filmy.

Jak widzicie, zakup czterech rolek srajtaśmy w papierowym opakowaniu to wielkie święto dla moich kotków 😁

Dear God,

Thankful and blessed today. I woke up at 5AM because Mama called me to ask my password on my BPI bank then I sleep again. I woke up at 11AM. I scrolled my social media accounts, chatted my family and friends. I prepared the ingredients for Beef Bulalo. I sliced the onions, ginger, potato, banana and pechay. I let the beef meat soften for 3 hours. And while waiting, I watched random videos on Youtube and Tiktok. I ate orange Tortillos while watching. I played cooking fever. I also called Mama via messenger but She was in the party. I called Jako also and he is making a power point for his school requirement. I cooked rice. My beef bulalo is finished and I let it cool also with the rice. I prepared myself for workout. I did 2000 jump rope while watching Lavender fields on Youtube. I ate my dinner which is Beef bulalo with rice and drank pineapple juice and I was full after. I read few pages of the Bible. I took a bath and I had my self and skin care routine. I threw my garbage outside and I swept the parking area of our accommodations. I fixed my bed side mirror but unfortunately I was not able to fix it, and so I hanged it near my bed. I drank my medicines. I will scroll my social media while waiting for my sleep. Have mercy on us Oh God. Guide us always to the right path. Remove sickness, danger and negative things in our life. Answer our prayers in your perfect time. Thank you and I love you God.

CHIPS

I have my unhealthy days where I eat tons of junk food, it's also a part of my grocery list. My favorite local chips are: VCut, Mr. Chips, Tortillos, Cheese-it. My favorite imported ones are: Tostitos, Cheetos, Lays

Dear God,

Thankful and blessed today. I woke up late because I am still on annual leave. I ate lechon kawali, rice and corn beef for brunch. I scrolled my social media accounts, chatted my family and friends. I played cooking fever. We had chit chats with my family. We ate Cheetos, Tortillos and drank royal. I watched random videos. At 7PM we left the house and went to Chowking for dinner. I ate pancit canton, peanut butter butchi and halo-halo. We were full after. We went to Tetuan to return Justin because he will have school tomorrow, but Jako remain here in our house because he doesn’t like yet in Tetuan. We arrived home safely. We had little chit chats again with my family. I watched random videos again. I read few pages of the Bible. I will drink medicines. I will do self and skin care routine. Have mercy on us Oh God.
