29/02/2020 So today was a good day (very sarcastic tone). I attended a trampoline party for my nieces birthday, there were a few of us there, and we were all excited. I was on the trampoline for 2 minutes, then I heard a loud pop and suddenly I was in so much pain I passed out, in the middle of hundreds of people in the trampoline park. Turns out I torn a ligament in my knee, not fun. Roll on months of healing now. Never going on a trampoline again that's for sure!!

Slowly but surely healing from yesterday. All the local anesthetic and pain killers from yesterday wore off and it's hella painful. They gave me a portable cooler that is wrapped around my knee to keep the swelling down. Thank God, this thing is a life saver!! 🤗 Apparently, other than a torn meniscus, my ligament was torn as well. So it's gonna be a bit before I'm up and at 'em.
