Now that #IronGraySea is finished (and believe me I wanna see what happens next in the #Destroyermen series!!!) it’s time to jump back in to #RobertJordan’s #WheelOfTime series with #book8 #ThePathOfDaggers. Serious developments happened in the last book #ACrownOfSwords and they were mainly long needed character developments. Can’t wait to see where things go this time. I will say the climax fight at the end was lacking in excitement, though I imagine things will ramp up in this #book. . I did run into a bit of a problem. I love this series so much I’ve begun hunting down the #hardcovers. The #paperback on the left was purchased at @halfpricebooks and that’s originally how I planned to read this series. The hardcover on the right I found at @mysapl’s @bookcellarsa. So I just finished #LordOfChaos by #RobertJordan which is #book 6 in his #WheelOfTime series from @torbooks #TORFantasy. . Very mixed emotions about this one. Let me back up, loved the book, 4 Stars easily. And I’ll tell you why only 4 in a second. . I sort of liken the climax (the second climax really because it builds, exploded, pauses and then explodes again) to #Frodo deciding to keep the #OneRing and #Samwise screaming in despair was me as the reader. . That’s my initial reaction. Having a minute to absorb the book in its entirety, Rand was absolutely pushed to this and I begin to believe #AesSedai are the bane of this world for no other reason than forgetting why they exist and instead expecting the world bow to them jump without a good reason. Too much to say in Instagram. . I actually had to delete my rant because I ran out of room... Just finished Chapter 32 (page 374) Of #TheDragonReborn titled The First Ship. This is #book 3 Of The #WheelOfTime series by #RobertJordan from #TorFantasy I seriously had no idea Mat was such a bad ass. It just blows my mind. Of course I’m sure it has something to do with #ShadarLoGoth but at the same time he does recall things his father did and taught him so it’s not all that. Still really enjoying the book and the series for that matter. But it’s almost 10 and I’ve been staying up late all week practically feeling exhausted at work the next day.
