📍Yan’s Kitchen 近水江南 My new fav home food restaurant in GTA!!! It’s so elegant in every way: the name, the interior design, even the bowls and plates. 1️⃣ Pan fried crabs with rice cake 蟹炒年糕: 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗 IMO this is the must-try dish here, fresh crabs in rich flavour, very authentic and well represents the cuisine 2️⃣ Soochow style duck marinated in picked sauce 苏式糟鸭: 🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑 I don’t really have any opinion on authenticity of this one since I’ve never had this before in 🇨🇳.
