The lack of true light, the murkiness. Rauru was despising every moment within the depths but it was a requirement to be there as some zonai belongings seemed better in his care. Zonaite, energy cells left behind; he grabbed a hold of what seemed easier to bring back that was of use. But as he stood there, still and observing the piece of zonaite currently in his hands whilst muttering a few things to a nearby construct, both ears twitched and almost turned at the sounds that only became louder. He turned around harshly with a small snarl, defensive from experience.

"―have you decided to take the sanctuary from the depths in here or do you have other intentions? We do not appreciate intruders."

"Mmmph.." a low rumble. A matter of annoyance. A mere bug but the bug has his uses amongst his army. More or less his own army was far more useful than Kohga himself was..better yet..Sooga. His star student.

"I expect a report. More or less I expect you to pull yourself together and remove your excuses from the list. Why is the hero not laying at my feet, Kohga?" A slow crane of his neck to the side. Demonic brows furrowed in disgust. He should consider himself lucky to not be dead yet.

Excuse after excuse he's grown tired of his excuses and failures. He expects results.

She could tell that much with the room's sight. Hoarding behavior is a bit of a wild card though, depending how long one will litter stuffs around.

Hinamori stared at the stacks of bananas and a small chuckle, not the mocking kind or anything remotely negative, is audible. Then, with an innocent head tilt, as though calling him out, her attention shifts to Kohga.

" Somebody help me!" ' Zelda' calls their hands wrapped around the cage bars. On the inside the Yiga foot solider is giggling it's the perfect little trick well of course Link will come he's so dumb it is the perfect trap for an ambush; well it is them who they expect will come.

Wings flutter at the sound of the shouts, moving away from their relaxed position as the persona stretches. Claws reaching towards the side as one of the wings on his head tilts towards the direction of the shouts. The wing moves every so often, wagging wither or not a certain young hero is around to answer the call.

Soon the wings slump against his head and back with a soft sigh escaping the looming figure. Feathers fall to the ground as Chronos gathers himself from the tree he had been sleeping under to catch sight of whose yelling. It sounds like Zelda, the young royal, but he doubts it.

Pushing aside the tempting option of scratching his nails against the metal. The tapping of his knuckles could be heard from a top the cage.

Boy, did he know that. He'd always been so vain, until more recently. That wasn't to say the squirrel still didn't take total care of himself, as to make sure he looked flawless. Just that he no longer believed that looks were everything. Ray knew better than that now. His looks didn't get him through nursing school.

There's a shrug.

"But who says you can't have brains, and a body?"

His hands go behind his back. Maybe he's a little curious, but true interest just isn't there. Ray wasn't really interested in anything these days, and he wasn't sure why. It was all study study study. Times like these, when he traveled away from his house, his school, his secretly unwanted career. Those were the times he felt most alive.

"It's important to take breaks sometimes, so I don't blame you for sitting under a tree. You're the only person I've seen for a while around here."

The tree like silhouette tilts to the side spotting the one standing next to the Yiga leader. Blank gaze falling towards the blade that hangs against his hip. One that he could easily tell that is capable of cutting down more then trees.

The creature soon admits as his mind wonders to what tree they would make. Would it be imposing? Would it be one that so stubbornly clings to the living? The morbid curiousity that holds the Beast couldn't help but to wonder as the fire within the lantern crackles against the silence.

It was impossible to avoid casualties in a situation like what they were in now, but that didn't mean you went out slaughtering. Zelda had come to understand, that it was important to try and set things right with those who had been wronged. Maybe she didn't believe it before, the princess had been raised to behave in a very specific manner.

Such was royalty.

But she had a mind of her own, and she would fight against any senseless killing, no matter which side was doing it. Even those who had made attempts on her life. The Calamity had to be stopped, and now she had the power to make that happen. She had to be strong, for all of Hyrule.

And she had to bring about peace, somehow.

"Please, reconsider your point of view. Even to kill with kindness is not always the best solution. A person should be honest about their feelings, not force themselves to be kind towards someone who has wronged them. I fervently believe, that with proper discussion, it's possible to bring about peace between our people."

Surely there was some way they could come to a proper understanding. To right certain wrongs that had been done.

Its rare to hear him in such a low mood, even when directed at her in particular but at the same time, its an understandable sentiment. She was but a child still, granted not the only one.

Suffice to say, Kolsa did share such a feeling as well, no matter how strong of a facade is built to hide said injuries. Wheter physical or within.

"I see your ploy..you want attention.." he was a lazy man. Useful in his ways but lazy and childish as he crossed his arms." I will not tolerate this foolishness!" He yelled. A gloom hand popping up from the ground to slap Kohga across the face." Your childish behavior disgusts me. Fix your act. Or must I be rid of you? I could replace you with Sooga."

The one eye exposed by the tunic widens at the appearance of the two footsoldiers, relaxing at their twin salutes (associates? he said he was chief..) before wondering once more at poof of talismans spinning in the air. The girl, when she had come to them, had barely seemed to grasp the extent of her powers.. Was this teleportation a lost art by her time? One unique to the Yiga? Maybe the Sheikah as well given the way Kohga had brought them up in comparison to his people..

Her ears prick up at the mention of the zonai tech. In her surface life she had known her ancestors to have left evidence of the massive amounts of zonaite pulled from the earth somewhere, and after her journey to the Depths she had found the remains. Old pillars framed by the flickering light of poes.

The finding of intact zonai devices surprised Mineru though. Had they been concealed? Needed to be excavated?

"I can certainly try?" The zonai stepped forward, nodding uncertainly to acknowledge the Yiga who had appeared. "How did you come to find this place?"

Her excursions throught the dense environment of Faron, tends to be few & far apart. Most times, Hinamori would go to the region's stable, see what can be helped with or making sure the new occupants of this forested land and its unpredictable thunderous zones, were adjusting as best as can be possibly offered.

A returned gift, from their leader no less, was not overall a neccessity but she still appreciate it regardless.

That said, today was out & about, looking to collect some fresh durian, given how more scarce they have become. Getting to grow them home would help a tad more, keep them from being such a rarity these days.

Prayer is being offered, the mark of the Triforce glowing on her right hand. Zelda offered prayer every single day, without fail, to the Goddesses. The autumn breeze blew her long, golden hair, as she stood. Stood underneath the tree that she, and Link once talked under during childhood.

It was still a very special place to her.

It was late afternoon, the sun would be setting any moment. As her prayer came to an end, the woman looked up at the sky. The moon, it always brought her peace. Memories, oh, how they could make her smile. Maybe she'd visit the forest tonight, what the counsel didn't know would not hurt them.

As far as they knew, she was in the Temple of Time.

That was her exact plan, as she moves, as fluid and graceful as the Goddesses themselves. It couldn't hurt to spend a little time reminiscing now, could it?
