The applicants of this entrance exam are through online mode. After qualifying in this exam, the applicants are provided with the “Certificate of Practice''.
4. SET/ SLAT - This entrance exam is held to get into Symbiosis law Schools, at undergraduate level. After appearing for this exam and qualifying for this exam the student gets access to four different law schools. For all the 4 law schools a common entrance exam is held. Based on the cut- off and two more rounds of exam the applicants are selected. It is also the best law college in Nagpur, Pune, Hyderabad, and Noida.
5. MH CET - In the state of Maharashtra this entrance exam is held for five years and three years LLB integrated courses. This state level exam is held by the Common Entrance Exam Test Cell. It has 150 questions each of one mark each.

LIST OF 10 LAW UNIVERSITIES ACCEPTING CLAT SCORES
CLAT is a streamlined test to seek admission in one of the 18 National Law Universities in India. There are 43 other institutes and two public sector institutes who are eligible to accept the CLAT scores. This test is conducted by the 18 Law schools on rotation basis, according to their establishment period, which began with National Law School of India who conducted CLAT in 2008, to Chanakya National Law University conducting the CLAT 2017. The two hour test comprises objective type questions on Elementary Mathematics or the Numerical Ability, English with comprehension, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Legal Aptitude and Legal Awareness and Logical Reasoning.
·         Eligibility:This test could be taken up only by the Indians and the NRIs. The foreign nationals willing to take up the CLAT in the Law University shall contact the concerned University directly regarding the seats for other nationalities.
·         Exam Pattern:
The exam pattern for CLAT 2017 comprises 5 sections namely
o   English with comprehension- 40 marks
o   Elementary Mathematics- 20 marks
o   General Knowledge/ Current Affairs- 50 marks
o   Logical Reasoning- 40 marks
o   Legal Reasoning- 50 marks
The total number of questions is summed up to 200 and total marks being 200. Duration of the test is 2 hours.
·         Syllabus:
CLAT would be conducted in online mode, wherein the paper would have 5 sections- English, Numerical Ability, General Knowledge or Current Affairs, Logical Reasoning and Legal Reasoning.
      Every course or exam will have its own way of preparation. You could choose the regular study material or the online classes. Like every competitive exam, CLAT also has its preparation strategy.
·         Solve previous years’ question papers
·         Identify weaknesses and focus on them
·         As CLAT is in online mode, practice as many online CLAT mock tests as possible. These mock tests would give the real feel of the CLAT exam and hence help in improving speed.
·         For the General knowledge/current affairs section, keep a practice of reading newspapers, daily GK updates
·         Different websites would provide you more questions and ideologies on current affairs, logical reasoning etc.
·         Be prepared for all the types of questions- difficult or easy.
·         Do not worry if you could not score well in the mock tests, you still have months to prepare well.
·         Focus on the current legal incidents such as Uniform Civil Code, Constitutionality of Criminal defamation, Jallikattu, appointment of judges and other landmark judgment.
