Here are some Toodles Galore x Toots manips I made.
I ship them because they're both known to be prominent love interests for Tom Cat. I just love them because they're the tall femme x short sassy girlfriend dynamic!
I call them Too-Too. That is their ship name as of now! X3

Yup, I'm still in a Tom & Jerry mood 😅 I don't know who do you like to ship Tom with, but I've always imagined him being with Toodles (the white Toodles, not to be confused with Toots - the small yellow one) who I believe is the most recurring Tom's love interest at least in the classic shorts. Finally neither Jerry nor Butch will interrupt their sweet moment. ☺️💙

i want you all to know that the tom and jerry chase illustration of toots with devil jerry with the heavenly/diabolical imagery is utterly fascinating to me given the original context of devil jerry's existence - in that the original shorts he appears in, devil jerry embodies jerry's jealousy at the idea of not being the center of tom's attention, jealousy of tom's love interests - when toots is one of tom's love interests. like yes elaborate illustrations based on tom and jerry lore that i would have come up with myself and belong in the moma lets goooo

MARCH 9th NEW ARRIVALS / GREAT 3 DOTS EVENT TOMORROW!
Early post tonight (kind of long winded) so I can remind everyone to buy tickets NOW for the KILLER African music event tomorrow at 3 Dots. You all really need to come out and party w/ this band that will be bringing the sounds of Mali to our town. We need to keep these events happening in our town. As I said last week I spun their new record at Stax of Trax last Saturday and everyone who heard it was blown away and will be coming.
So now on to Stax of Trax biz. I brought in 2 boxes of excellent records tonight from some recent acquisition collections. These LP's were in fantastic condition w/ most being original. We start w/ a mint Mobile Fidelity copy of Huey Lewis - Sports, The Specials first LP, a graet collection of Johnny Cash's Sun recordings, a Reggae classic from Toots - Funky Kingston, a mint Captain Beefheart classic - The Spotlight Kid, Frank Zappa - Hot Rats (mint original! and just the start of many mint and great Zappa LP's), Tom Waits - The Heart of Saturday Night and a rare Grateful Dead related record Hooteroll and cool collaboration between Jerry Garcia and Howard Wales. Lost more great records to dig through tomorrow. And please everyone come to the show at 3 Dots tomorrow!!! Check out this clip -
