Game Master Helpline Temporary Intro Post!
I often find myself looking for advice with specific problems as a ttrpg game master and I find the scale of a subreddit can sometimes be overwhelming so I thought it might be nice to start a place on tumblr to submit questions for community advice from other GMs! I’m primarily expecting this to attract D&D 5e dungeon mastering questions but I didn’t want to limit it to any one system, especially since I am interested in learning about many more.
I’ll throw in my advice every now and then, but mainly I will post asks as a manner of sharing them with followers/tag viewers, etc. Feel free as well to send me or tag me in posts looking for advice so I can signal boost them!
The blog is a work-in-progress but I’ll be starting right away! Send asks/posts. For asks, I request you follow the guidelines below:
State up front what system you’re running in; don’t assume we’ll be able to infer and try to avoid abbreviations for anything potentially ambiguous/anything that isn’t extremely popular
State up front the category of advice you’re looking for (ex.: mechanic rulings, seeking resources or info, session prep)
Questions about table management are permitted, but try not to veer into specific interpersonal conflict questions/ttrpg “am I the asshole.”
Please reblog if you’re interested in giving and getting advice so we can build up a community!
Last but not least, I may pick up another mod at some point, so shoot me a DM if you’re interested!
–Beck (current solo mod of @gamemasterhelpline)

TTRPG Read-Through: Patchwork World
Here is a read-through I did last year (originally posted on Twitter) of one of the most unique PbtA games I've ever read: Patchwork World by Aaron King! - Christian
Credits up first. I know a lot of these folks and they are really cool! Excited to dig into this. I've heard good things, and it's been a while since I've read or played any Powered by the Apocalypse.
This is a cool, strong set up for me. I really like settings that ask characters to face a changing world and either take up change themselves or work to restore the old way of things. It's a headspace I find myself in a lot IRL these days so it's fun to explore.
I'm interested to see how the no stats, no playbooks angle of this game works, considering playbooks are typically such a staple of PbtA games.
Standard three-tired success, mixed success, fail forward resolution for rolls here and questions on the moves determine your bonus to the roll. Easy peasy. +2 is the max bonus.
Other types of rolls are described here. Interested to see how they come into play. I also love clocks and use them in pretty much every game I run so it's nice to see those laid out here too.
We just love a lil guy, don't we folks?
A good chunk of the opening here is spent on laying out a lot of solid foundations of roleplaying generally. It feels like a book (so far) that would work for entirely new players. It doesn't feel essential for me, but I never mind a game that supports varied experience levels.
Character creation is wide open, especially since there aren't playbooks and the text stresses that character creation is very much worldbuilding because of this. Fate-like concepts and tags are in here too which are things I generally enjoy. I like the Drawback mechanic.
Moves are in the playback I set in the other room so I'm gonna go grab those. You get two chosen moves and everyone has access to a number of default moves. You've got three other life/XP things to keep track of too. I'm especially interested in Hex.
There are a lot of moves! They seem quite varied and often very weird, fitting well with the titular patchwork world. You can have a duck's slick soul to dodge more easily or a magical space suit or speak to birds or be good at cartography. Overwhelming, but in an exciting way.
You also choose a community as a party. While PCs all have their original homelands (before the end of the old worlds), you know have a community that gets its own little sheet. This is a cool reshaping of the Gangs from Blades. I also like how the community can change over time.
Coming back to a PbtA game after months of more OSR-minded stuff, I think a lot of what these games contain are things that experienced players would say you could just do in any game at any time that it makes sense in the story, but I do find value in stating what's possible.
Esp since many players come to games with artificial limits on their options (whether that's from video games, more traditional RPGs, etc.). I just think good GMing here requires making sure that the players don't limit themselves just to the bevy of explicit options either.
GM moves (mostly to guide the response to failed rolls). I really think the community aspect of this set up is one of the biggest appeals to me so far. That and the wild list of moves, which I'm sure makes for amazing parties of characters.
I always feel like it's never something I should be in my own writing (for some probably unnecessary reason), but I enjoy the first-person, casual writing style throughout the book. Makes for a very chill read.
Good to see this game employs the Branson Reese style of NPC naming.
Stress acts as a single catch-all health and challenge rating for NPCs. Ideally, I'd hope this would help lead to the PCs approaching encounters with more than just violence.
Sections like this are what I'm referring to when I say this book feels very friendly to new players. It's got little anecdotes and thoughts like this throughout.
Look, it's been a while since I've seen A Christmas Story but... it didn't have ghosts in it right?
There's a sample adventure in the back (which I'll skip for this read-through) plus loads of random tables. Some wonderfully bizarre stuff in the characters and faction tables. Really gives you a good idea for how gonzo you can go with the setting.
Love these two in particular
Optional rules include hard mode (which I just think is kind of funny to see in PbtA, but could be cool if you lean heavy into the post-apoc setting) and some optional moves. I like that some moves focus on romance, something I enjoy IRL but never think to focus on in games.
I was wondering why this was the sixth edition!
That's all for the book itself. Going back to the packet to dig into the things I missed. Some expected bits in here but always one or two unique options I really enjoy. Leaking hex is cool (and could have some troubling cascade effects in certain situations).
I definitely wish, at least in sitting down to read like this, that the contents of the player packet was also in the book itself. I think PbtA has this tendency of leading to loads of pages on the table, but it can make them very easy to pick up and play or to learn as you play.
That element is definitely here, but I think the vast number of wide-ranging moves and the excitement that would drum up in my player group would more than makeup for that initial overwhelming feel of "whoa, that's a lot of papers out on the table".
Overall, it's the most I've wanted to play a game in this style in a while. I like that the base setup for the world is very much up to the players to determine via the characters they make. I like that PCs here will probably feel unlike any other folks have played before.
The community aspect feels like where I'd want to center my story around, as a player. Seeing that shift and change over time feels like it would be very rewarding and would help lean into the "the old world is dead, what do we want the new world to look like?" theme I enjoy.
Because Aaron King is cool and recently hit a lot of Twitter followers, Patchwork Worlds is now Pay-what-you-want over on Itch.
I'm not sure if physical copies are readily available. For full disclosure (guess I should have said this up front), I got this copy for free from Aaron! Not for the purposes of this thread or anything, just for fun a while back.
Thanks for reading more ramblings from me! If you like to do that sort of thing, check out my newsletter - Missives from the MeatCastle. It's got writings on my work, cool stuff I've run across the web in the last month, and exclusive rpg stuff! https://meatcastle.substack.com

Get to Know Your Moots Writeblr Interview
Was poked by the wonderful co-writers of Sunset @sunset-a-story and @touloserlautrec. Go read their posts here and here!
On the Tumblr Writing Community
How long have you had your writing Tumblr/Writeblr? A short eternity (first post is mid 2022)
What led you to create it? Was very bored at work and wanted to share some recent stories. Also I had never tried social media before, it this looked like the most interesting place to try it.
What’s your favorite thing about the Writeblr community? Getting to see other people's imagination unfiltered. I've read plenty of great works before, but it was definitely an entertaining first to see the author later publicly say "this is my favorite little guy, can't wait till the next time he suffers."
What’s one thing you’d like your mutuals to know about you? I constantly feel like I'm bothering people and or feel self conscious when talking about me/my stuff, so bare with me hah.
Is there anything you’d like to see more of on your dash? Just some really unhinged stuff about y'alls stories. I want to open my phone and see someone discussing the seven major heresies dictated by some cabal of priests only to later realize "oh, this is someone's fever dream, not a history lesson".
What tips/advice do you have for someone who made a Writeblr today? Interact more, take up the offer of "open tags" on other people's posts. Also throw your ideas onto the table for other's to look at, we all seem to love just watching someone go off about something they love.
WIP it Good
Which Works-in-Progress (WIPs) or writing projects are you noodling about, lately? Been in a bit of a writing drought. Lexical is always getting worked on, more so the TTRPG stuff than any story right now though. I've had a few projects pop into my mind and leave over the past while. Have a cluster of characters I can't get out of my head, but no narrative or setting to properly put them into. A god of violence and the man that cut her out of himself, a cultish vampire philosopher and his favorite little guy (little guy has a knife). Surely something will come of this, or they'll continue to just exist in one-off stories in my own head. Amber Hill, specifically The Lawman, is still somewhere in here but it's been struggling to come out for a while. Been trying to find Lars' voice as a POV character.
How long have you been working on them? I've been working on something based in Lexical since mid 2022 (huh, exactly around I first posted here); the other guys are new and only a few months old at most.
Do you remember what inspired them/what got you started? Lexical is a can of worms. The short answer is that my irl DnD group wanted to play something more free form and creative leaning than what our 5e campaign was allowing, so I said fuck it and started homebrewing a system based in a world I have vague ideas about. The long answer is that Lexical is a sequel to a Pathfinder campaign titled "Demis", which was about fantasy super heroes. It was heavily inspired by My Hero, Worm, and inescapably Homestuck. So when it came time to make a whole new system for these same players I took some concepts that worked in Demis, applied some occult-adjacent philosophy I was/am into, and ended up with my years long passion project. Atem and Sadaf were born out of my growing need to explore violence as a concept, philosophy, and inescapable existential crisis. The Vampire and his thrall Ish spawned out of a desire to have a toxic romance to think about. And AmberHill was inspired by a desire to create something cozy and occulty. Ended up being SCP adjacent but maintained the idea of a small community that cares about itself.
How much time, in your best estimation, do you spend thinking about them? Lexical- not enough, I'm lucky I have at least some productive thoughts throughout the day. Atem- too much, his tired ass sat down in my head and I've been too polite to ask him to leave.
When someone asks the dreaded, “What do you write about,” question, what do you usually say? "Urban Fantasy with science fiction elements"
What do you want to say (if it’s different from what you do say)? "My dissertation on the semi-real building blocks of both physical and social reality, also wizards punching people."
Let’s Rotate Blorbos
Name any characters you created. We've got the original Lexical boy Samuel Smith, Atem and Sadaf who you've already heard of, Lars DuPont from Amberhill.
Who’s the most unhinged? Sadaf.
Who comes the most naturally for you to write? For whatever reason Samuel's self-loathing PI perspective just comes very natural and is maybe someone I should write more about.
Do you ever cringe at them? Nah
How much control do you feel you have over your characters? Depends, my mind does not wonder so much that I don't feel like I am ever not in control. But who I am able to focus on tends to be a matter of debate.
Do you enjoy people asking questions about your characters? Yes absolutely. Characters, worlds, magic systems; I'll rant about any of them given the chance.
On Writeblr Engagement
What makes you want to follow another Writeblr account? A combination of preferred genre (urban fantasy), shared interest (books/games/table top). Also if they have Scribe as part of their name it's just an auto follow.
Do your mutuals’ characters occupy space in your noodle? There's a few. The telepaths from Sunset and their many ways of being terrifying are the first that come to mind. Since I already mentioned the scribes I'll go ahead and tag @scribe-cas , @covenscribe and leave the rest of the tag open. Here is an empty template

Stain is such a great story, Alex and Sebastian have made so much progress understanding each other, and I'm excited for their relationship to continue to develop (not just physically... but okay really excited for that too!!)
Wondering what gave you the inspiration and what you like most about the Alex/Sebastian pairing, or any other thoughts about Stardew Valley as a fandom you want to share!
Honestly the thing that inspired me the most was just playing the game! :D
I have nearly 1800 hours in Stardew Valley, and that's like...what I would call a few hours to just daydream about all the characters. And me being the multi-shipping fiend that I am, I do also just like to imagine all the characters in relationships with each other.
I'm not someone who really cares about my farmer (or PC) in the central romance, which is why I don't write this in video games that have you as a player character! I didn't do that for Stuck on the Puzzle, or The Wind that Cuts the Night, or Palmarosa. I don't actually care as much about whoever I'm romancing, I care more about what relationships can happen between other characters.
And I think because I daydream about that, rather than my farmer character (or me) with the NPCs, that gives me like a lot of time to think of different things.
I started daydreaming about Sebastian as a top several years ago, he had that energy to me even like 2 years before I romanced him (the amount of times I've romanced Alex is criminal at this point). I sometimes imagined him with like Sam, but mostly Alex. I also imagined him being good goth literature friends with Elliott lol
Even in The Wind that Cuts the Night I have Sebastian as a top with the farmer :D
I don't actually get that involved with the fandom in general. I've tried a few times, and some of the fanart is incredible (and the MODS omg), but I've never really loved any of the SDV fic that I've read (or more accurately: skimmed). I don't like farmer/NPC pairings. The vast majority of people wrote Sebastian as a bottom (or a fluffy vanilla top which is somehow worse) in m/m like 4-5 years ago and I'm too tired to check how much that's changed.
Alex actually gets a lot of hate in the fandom - at least amongst most of the queer players - and seeing a character who is a victim of child abuse treated like that just kind of left me with a bad taste in my mouth (it seemed to be based around Alex's initial rudeness, which doesn't last nearly as long as Shane's, who was hero-worshipped long before he got his whole storyline, because he wasn't romanceable for years).
So I really avoid the fandom, and I couldn't tell you who's writing the most popular fics or the most popular pairings or anything like that. I don't look into the tags, and almost all the fanart I've ever shared here or at @capillata has been shared to me by someone else first.
So yeah the answer is mostly just that I daydream a lot and I've had many many hours to do it in! :D
I like Alex/Sebastian as a pairing mostly because I've always just liked troped opposites in enemies to lovers. The jock vs. the goth nerd has been a long-term media troped opposition romance pairing, and even outside of romances, is often shown as 'oppositional.' Many people even have memories of that in their school experience.
To me, the idea that Alex is always shown as completely alone (sans Haley or grandparents), and that Sebastian is nearly always shown with friends when he's not being like... deeply moody in a goth way, was really fascinating to me. ConcernedApe was already working hard to say 'this isn't what you think it is' even within the game. Alex is the one who apologises to you for being so desperate and also unrealistic about his sporting/goth abilities. Sebastian is the one who already has a job and is incredibly social - he's in a band that regularly practices and even performs outside of his hometown, he regularly plays TTRPGs with friends, and he regularly goes to the bar and plays pool and hangs out with friends. He's not a 'loner nerd.' He is hands down the most popular and social person in Stardew Valley who you can romance, outside of Sam, who is the same amount of popular. Like, Sebastian is literally a socialite social butterfly who is successful and charismatic and rides a motorbike. Subversion pretty fucking successful on that trope :D
To me, the game gives us the set up to a bullies-to-lovers scenario just by giving us the trope, and then subverting the trope. I always kind of liked that, but could never imagine writing it, until I aged them up and had Sebastian and Alex both mentally kind of growing up a little.
All right that's enough rambling from me! It's time to make lunch. But yeah, that's basically sadlfkjas er the sum of it (I say after rambling for ages)
#asks and answers#personal#a stain that won't dissolve#thespectaclesofthor#the long and short of it is really 'the game and daydreaming about the game'#that's usually where most of my game-inspired fics come from dsalfkjasd#i am very pedestrian that way

Any tips for aspiring game devs? Like, maybe programs or common mistakes to avoid, or how to start networking? (Also if you're in need of a 3rd party playtester.. *wink wink* *nudge nudge*)
Oh there's lots of advice to give! I think one main one could be 'Do not start making a game until you have tested it on paper first'
As I said in a tag earlier at least 3/4th of a game is things that are not even making the playable game.
To elaborate, any kind of game can use this rule - Tactical isometric, turn based, 3D shooterer, Text Novels, Etc Etc - You need to test how a game would function before you commit the days and months of asset creation, time and money.
if you have a solid Concept Phase, you'll have a much MUCH easier time in Development Phase.
For text novels or more text based things its pretty easy! You do the whole script and events before even touching a program (Ren.Py is one I would recommend as an engine for 2D Novel Games!) - You can then make a mock-up of the HUD on paper to the scale of the window it'd be played in. Is it too big? are the edge of the text box too wide? Is it too intricate and distracts from the text and characters?
The same kinda thing can be done with all other game genres, make a mock up of some kind - For open world games with dialogue choices you can have your world concept done, and then run the story as a single person TTRPG with a few friends and you're the DM. See what they'll try to do. Can you see any bugs that might happen that way? Any areas that you didn't plan or expand on that caught the players interest each time?
\o/ Isometrics and top down, grab some grid paper and chess pieces! Lable what they are and see how the game functions at its core mechanics!
You get the gist of it by this point :D
By doing this you'll minimize the amount of troubleshooting and rewrites you'll inevitably have to do (You'll always have to 'fix' something) - and learn more and more about game you're creating :D
Beyond that a number one rule that was hammered into me in my studies ''Never fall in love with your first idea''. <- EVEN if the first idea is the one you'll end up with, always, ALWAYS go more and push the design at least another four or five times (we usually go 12 to 20).
-
For networking, I went to school and have some connections from there - but starting fresh out I can really only offer advice wise that it is a long process, make friends in all kinds of fandoms and places - share your information and take theirs, its a give and take \o/
It does get easier the bigger you make that circle, but also can be more tiring to keep up with it. Try to focus on 2-3 platforms at max as any more than that and you'll be overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything.
-
And for playtesting we would love that \o/
Our plan is to get the working prototype [anywhere from a year or two from now who knows what the future holds] and then once it is to a proper play-build (A Game Slice) it'll be opened up to the public :D
Cause all walks of feedback are important!

Getting To Know You Meme!
Rules: tag a few people you want to know better; make a new post, don't reblog!
Tagged by @eldritchjackalope - thanks for the tag, pal!!
~
Favourite Colour:
Deep red (merlot), or some shade of blue-green. Or deep green. I have many favourite colours!
Currently reading:
She Who Became The Sun by Shelley Parker-Chan (absolutely stellar), Anxious People by Fredrik Backman (sadder than I expected it would be so far), and A Natural History of Transition by Callum Angus (just started this one, so far it’s very good).
Last song:
Found by Jacob Banks. It’s on my witch au playlist, and I have been playing it (and a few others) all the time lately. It’s so good.
Last movie:
The Princess Bride! It’s one of my absolute faves, and I hadn’t watched it in a long time. And I watched it in one go, which makes it the first full-length movie I’ve made it through in one sitting in 3 years, which is kind of amazing to me!!
Last series:
I’m guessing this means TV series - in which case, Leverage. I’m currently on the 5th season, which is fantastic so far.
Sweet, spicy or savoury: Both! I tend to go for savoury when I’m snacking, but have a pretty big sweet tooth too.
Coffee or tea:
Both! I tend to drink more tea, because it’s easier than making french-press coffee, but I very much enjoy both.
Three ships:
The Ever Given, the Bluenose, and the Titanic.
Okay, but in all seriousness (and trying to go from different fandoms for funsies):
Aly / Clayton / Matthew, from UnDeadwood. Or any combination of the three, really.
Arthur / Eames, from Inception. This is one of my long time absolute favourite ships.
Gideon/Harrow, from The Locked Tomb quartet. I don’t really read fanfic for this fandom, but by god do I ship them so hard.
First ever ship:
Oh boy. I legitimately can’t remember what the first ever one was, because that was around 17-18 years ago, and timelines are a bit fuzzy.
However, Ban/Ginji from The Get Backers was a big ship of mine around that time, so lets go with that.
Currently working on:
Too many things!!
Fanfic wise, the current list of “actively working on it” is:
the witch clayton au
the nemesis au
the ps i love you au
the jaws that bite the claws that catch
but don’t you shake alone
I’m also working on a lot of art lately, and am consistently working on several DnD campaigns that I DM for. I’m also (very slowly, sorry to the pal that will receive it) working on a physical mail ttrpg that I’m doing with a friend.
Favourite piece of clothing:
Currently, a few t-shirts I have: my fat bear week King Otis shirt, my shark tshirt, my Reading Rainbow t-shirt.
Of the not t-shirt variety, my white hat with the red flowers on it, and my Iron Ranger boots.
Comfort food:
Baked goods - muffins, sweet breads, toast, that sort of thing. I like baking when I’m stressed. Also grilled cheese and tomato soup.
Favourite time of the year:
Fall!! I love fall. The colours, the cooling weather, the comfy sweaters I get to wear - all very good.
Fave fanfic:
Oh gosh. That’s a tough one. Probably my fav fanfic of all time, that I’ve read a billion times over, is:
Blake’s Corollary by Pagination
There’s also like, a bajillion UnDeadwood fics that I love with my whole heart:
LoveWithAGirl’s when everything was broken/the devil hit his second stride
afearsomecritter’s oh how these waters rise
redhood’s hold back all my dark
savage_starlight’s laurel wreath
nevershootamockingbird’s in the night i am wild-eyed and you’ve got me now
KC_Polar_Bear’s 7 shots
wollfgang’s the heart is a fist
And probably many more I’m forgetting about, but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head!
Tagging (but only if you want to!!): @a-tired-space-ace, @primelinchen, @lovewithagirl, @swallowtailed, @nevershootamockingbird, and/or anybody who follows me who wants to do this!

23. Is roleplaying more of a job or a hobby to you?
This is an interesting question, thanks for asking!
Obviously it's not a job, since I'm not getting paid (although lmk and I'll drop my paypal for anyone who wants to pay me for this hellsite), but I think there are differences between solo hobbies and social hobbies.
Among my other hobbies, on of them is reading. I read manga, comics, books, etc. fairly often, and it's something fun to do on a long ride or as I'm getting ready for bed, or when I'm just a little too tired to do much else. I enjoy reading a lot, but if I don't read for a month or a year or whatever, it doesn't directly impact anyone else. It's a hobby just for me that doesn't involve any other person.
Another hobby of mine is playing ttrpgs. Twice a week, most weeks, my friends and I play D&D, monster of the week, monsterhearts, masks, or other games like it. I actually run a lot of these games, and if I decide one day that I'm not up for it, we don't play. If a lot of my friends do the same, we don't play. If people consistently don't show up to play, sometimes they end up leaving the group, and if I cancelled and never showed up, I would not feel like I had much cause to be surprised or upset if my friends decided to find a new group to play in.
RP to me is in that second, "social hobby" category. It's not a job, and it shouldn't take precedent over things like health, making rent, spending time with loved ones, etc, but at the same time, we can only enjoy this hobby with someone else's help - it's inherently collaborative. I don't think anyone should treat it like a job, since that sounds soulless and unfun, and with a hobby, having fun should be the priority.
At the same time, I think having some baselines for yourself isn't a bad thing. I don't always succeed, but for me, I try to respond to things within a week at most when I can. I try to send people asks when I'm around to see them. I try to always tag people in dash memes, so people feel included and excited about being part of a community. I wouldn't bail on my ttrpg group with no communication, and I'd try not to take months for an RP reply for the same reason.
It's not a job, and I don't expect anyone to clock in 9-5 at the tumblr RP factory, but I personally think that it creates a better atmosphere when we all try to feel a small degree of responsibility to each other and when we try to recognize that our enjoyment of this hobby is predicated on each other. For me, then, "social hobby" fits best.
#electricea#answered memes#thanks for the ask!#it's definitely an interesting and sometimes contentious topic in the rpc#but this is how I think about it

Hey what’s crackin’?
Rules
1. Don’t expect fancy text or art for replies or asks.I’m kinda lucky that I’ve been able to work on this character and his boys. Plus I can’t see half of the fancy text on my phone, rip. Speaking of I may be on my phone more often than not? Unsure.
2. The art featured on this blog were made by me, for me. Do not repost nor share anywhere else without my permission. Linking people directly to me is encouraged.
3. I do have a full time job as well as depression. Sometimes my attention won’t be here and for that I apologize.
4. Aicken is being played in a KH ttrpg my partner is hosting for me and some of my friends, which is where some of his canon and random posts may come from. However for the sake of roleplay, everything is flexible.
5. There MIGHT BE mature themes and the like. Preferably my followers be mature as well, 18+.
6. I’m dumb as fuck and my memory is a sieve. I can and will forget information about the series and i apologize for that. You are free to DM me about corrections in the story and the like.
7. Ships? All are welcome to try if you and your muse fond of Aicken. Multiship is fine here, and my man is pan and poly. I have no expectations and neither does he, however, so if you want it you gotta work for it.
8. If you need something tagged you can hit me up, but I’ll try to cover things as I go.
9. You can hit me up for anything, really. I’m quiet and tired and I’m just here to vibe, showoff my art, and hopefully let other people enjoy my characters.
10. I can rp on discord but chances are I’ll be much more unhinged there than on Tumblr. Sure I’m official and the like sometimes but I literally just word vomit on there for fun.
11. I’m open to any and all blogs, be them OC, Canon, Multiverse, Multifandom, aaaaand crossovers. I personally don’t have any AU’s in the works yet but they’re possible, for a sure.
12. Goes without saying that I won’t accept god modding or BS powers, especially when it comes to Aicken’s Unbound Heartless. They may be Heartless but if you wish to banish them or try to gain any sort of control over them, you need to talk to me first. When defeated they return to Aicken’s heart to rest, and I don’t have any plans for that plan to deviate without just cause. They are his and will stay in his command.
13. I’m not too horridly picky reply length but like. One word replies at MOST are for fuckin’s with. Fun and memes and tomfoolery. Constant and serious one word/ one short sentence replies drive me up a wall and I won’t be likely to keep up writing with you. You don’t need to write a novel,as I sure won’t, but? Bruh.
Please read Aicken's page to learn about him, and then Unbound to read about his type of Heartless. From there you can go check out the individual types listed.
Hopefully I'll have a pinned post for mobile users to access these in a different form.
Tumblr mobile really, really should add pages, jfc.

Okay so. I’m 30, She/Her, and you can call me Rijolt/ Rij or Bird.
I work as a game tester for Nintendo which is,in fact, a full time job staring at screens all day.I may go for long bouts of inactivity because I just perish as soon as I’m given the OK. Which is why, like… Don’t expect too much outta me. This is for a creative and fun outlet which I came in already expecting mixed results. Don’t take any inactivity or favoring one thing or another personally. If anything, kinda treat me like a cat. Me just existing next to you is hanging out and that’s pretty fucking sweet as is.I may even toss goodies in your ask box when my mind goes off the shits.

If nothing else, this blog will be used as his journal for his experience and heartless studies as I play through his adventure in the ttrpg game. The Unbound pages are even written by him! I did plan on him making entries for normal Heartless but also I think I would die if I did so I refuse.
Thanks for reading <3
