WHAT#this fucking guy. i love him so much#havent recruited him yet cuz im tired and his paralogue on lunatic is daunting#i was j grinding his moms’ support rank which is mindless#so his paralogue is a tomorrow thing i was just looking at his stats to know if i should pass lethality to him#im not going to do that 😭#i just. i wasnt expecting 32 i was expecting like 28 at most#i am surprised he didnt cap strength actually but looking at mods he actually gets +6 strength which is like. insane#i think the highest u can get without the avatar is like +7?#so not bad. i honestly didnt think say’ri had a str mod im kinda surprised. definitely pleased tho

FINISHED PORTAL REVOLUTION A BIT AGO IM
#SHAKING THIS GAME AROUND#like THE ENDING ALONE-#literally day one and i already have 8 hours in it#portal stories mel has a lot of nostalgic/sentimental value to me so it's hard to get even close to it but porev did it#i only have 1 achievement left (fingerprinter) i'm gonna do it tomorrow im too sleepy to figure out what the description means#i was nervous stirlings voice would get annoying but he's PERFECT 0 complaints#i wouldn't say the puzzles are EASY (got stuck on quite a few of them) but they're simple. they're hard and simple and i rly rly liked them#sassy speaks#portal#porev#for the record it took me ~6 hrs total to complete and then i spend the other 2 getting achievements and generally just dicking around#and i'm like. average portal stories mel stan so i probably did it faster than someone who's only played official portal games#bc like. as much as i love psm those puzzles are BRUTAL advanced mode makes me want to die (affectionate)

I will say while I've loved most of elden ring I'm really glad I'm down to just 2 more main boss fights (malenia + maliketh) before I start the endgame boss fights... whew 😮💨
#really gorgeous world but frankly its unnecessarily long. theyre gonna kill me for saying that but its true..#some areas/bosses just become overly repetitive when the game is THAT massive like its unavoidable#they tried rly hard to distinguish every area + honestly its a great effort but it couldve been half the size and just as good#like i just did the elphael ulcerative tree spirit bc i wanted to finish millicents questline. and come on man we didnt need another one#the design is sick + loooove the animation. but its a bad fight not bc of the difficulty but bc its janky as hell#lock on doesnt work properly bc of its size and the way it moves. u cant see shit on ur screen fighting them melee its just hack n slash#and theyre always in the most dogshit arenas possible for them like spaces w no maneuverability. its just not fuuuun#especially after youve fought 5 or 6 already earlier on in the game..#and its cool to have variations like the scarlet rot ones but we already HAD one of those just before lake of rot!! the gimmicks worn off#i did everything except maliketh in farum azula today as well and again. it didnt need to be that long. killing beastmen gets boring#after like the first 20 combat is just mashing buttons.. even the platforming is getting dull bc ive done 120 hours of it now#and theres only so many combinations of ladders and hallways and so on that u can possibly cram in here..#i say all this with fondness like i truly do love it. but it couldve been a lot tighter! regardless ill still 100% complete it#and i get most ppl dont try to get every single armament and talisman etc so they probably dont waste time FULLY exploring like i am#ahhh. anyway ill probably do malenia and maliketh tmr bc im right outside both of their arenas. and then call it quits this weekend#ill get my first ending next weekend probably... and hopefully by june ill have 100% and then i can play something else 😭#ik the dlc comes out in june but ill probably take a month or two break before i get to that#it doesnt even neeeed a dlc.......its excessive as it is just make a new game by this point ahhhhh#anyway its like 1am i need to SLEEP. i said i would go out to watch for northern lights but its overcast and im tired and my roommate#didnt wanna come with.. so i was gonna go to bed early instead but i guess that didnt happen lol#gonna feel like shit tomorrow bc i have to be up early to take my meds and she'll wake me up anyway.. but cross that bridge#typing is getting difficult bc im so sleepy okay goodnight everyone#.diaries

#havent been playing splatoon but i HAVE been playing sa2 for um. checks time#6 hours straight? <- good god#specifically working on my chao garden. so i fear i may see it in my dreams tonight#oh and for those of you following along at home. my controller is still at my dorm#my brother is just letting me use his lol#and thank god for it. if i couldnt play sa2 during this chronic sonic period im in i think i'd go mad#im gonna start replaying sa1 as well. maybe tomorrow#i never finished it bcuz i literally just had big's last level left but it was literally glitched#so i couldnt beat it and therefore couldnt go on to the chaos fight and everything T_T#that was a few years ago. but hopefully it will get fixed playing on a new save#if not well uh. fuck me i guess 😁#serena.txt

#so uhh. last night at 6:53pm i ws asked to emergency understudy for a character in a Two Person Play that i had Never Before Even Read.#for a show that OPENS TOMORROW NIGHT.#and so there i was at SEVEN O'CLOCK doing thee COLDEST COLD READ EVER of a show that is in its SECOND TO LAST DRESS REHEARSAL#in the last 20 hours ive learned: a new song; how to swordfight; how to tango; how to BULLFIGHT; & how to dance ''in the style of a beetle''#brother i feel INSANE but if i dont help out theres a chance this show cant go on -- and thats fucking *heartbreaking*#the person im covering for had a medical emergency on wednesday -- but they said theyll be able to come do the final tech rehearsal tonight#so maybe theyll recover enough for tomorrow?? i fucking HOPE so. but. i also know they may push themself too hard too fast and thats worse#in any case. im doing my goddamn fucking best and ill probably (definitely) have to have a script in my hand no matter what but thats not#nearly as big a problem as the show never getting to run#so. #i found out the hard way that your WHOLE PARTY needs to be level 16 not just the inq or even just the dragon rip#dragon age inquisition#dai#da#the 6 remaining achievements are: 2 for difficulty settings (hard and nightmare); 1 for taming the guardian of mythal; and 3 for trials#remaining trials are: kill a bunch of promoted great bears; capture suledin keep with focus resetting at camps--#-- and kill one of the emprise du lion high dragons with no health potions (i forget which dragon)#but for now the next thing im doing will be here lies the abyss#by the end of this playthrough i'll have all of them except the difficulty settings. doing all trials is a VERY casual difficulty challenge#but tomorrow. goodnight#personal#im gonna skip playing on hard and do my next playthrough on nightmare and then im DONE. like. COMPLETELY done#not just for this game. for the KEEP. it's feeling doable lads
