Tomarang Tour Guide

Tomarang is absolutely stunning so I had to make a sim just as gorgeous as this world.. ;)

Meet Gabriel Reyes, a 24yo chef and contractor who inherited a set of townhouses from his grandparents that could no longer help keep up the units. Gabe is on a mission to modernize Tomarang while still keeping the spirit of the culture he grew up with alive.

Owning homes and renting them out wasn't in his career plans but when an opportunity presents itself, Gabe isn't one to back down from a challenge. Nevermind the fact that making a few extra dollars wouldn't hurt.

When he isn't cooking or fixing faulty sinks, he's down at the children's youth center teaching the boys how to play soccer. In the future he hopes to fix the place up so more kids can have a place to play after school.

Honest review for cas outift from For Rent Pack.

I'm a bit disappointed with this cas outfit for male expecially bottom part and hair. There's actually a glitch with this hair on Nadech but I just had to accept cause this hair is not that bad and my go to hair if i'm not using cc. but i don't want to complain too much just accept it although its make me not happy playing with him with that glitch. I already tried take out every cc he had but there's still a glitch or white dot on his face with this hair. and for the male bottom can't we just get a normal slack or short without pattern. this whole outfit will looks good without too much pattern. but yeah..this is not hate review cause I'm still amazed with the female outfit that they give. I will wear that Cheongsam but in longer version. So..so far only female has no bad review from me. for gameplay and build and buy item i will review it in other post cause i have not play tested it yet.

Since I am deep in my townie-making era right now, ofc I had to quickly do the new Tomarang townies; the Cahyaputri family, the Bun Ma family, and the Linh-Sadya family + Thi Linh. I actually thought all of them looked quite good already, so I just made them a little bit more my sim style!

Welcome to the Koh Sapha Tiger Rescue Centre (part 2)

You can find part 1 on my page💕- This is where I explain the inspiration behind the build.

This post is the exterior back section of this build. This includes a pond, three tiger enclosures, outdoor dining and seating areas and a park. There are also 2 watch posts in this area which allows you to see into the enclosures from the top.

This build at night is honestly the prettiest thing ever . I’ll post some photos of it tomorrow🥺☺️🤗

There are ways to make a build like this somewhat functional. If you made it a residential lot, you could move in a family with cats that looks like tigers (several on the gallery). You can then place the cats in the enclosures with everything they need and lock for pets. You can then use the Live in Business Mod by Littlemisssam to make the gift shop functional and take it a step further by using the Auto employees mod by LittleMissSam to spawn auto employees such as baristas, bartenders and vendors without having to hire them everyday.

Thi Linh | A Sims 4 Lookbook

A household of one may seem lonely, but not with Thi's living below her entire family. So much for spreading her own wings and gaining some more independence. It feels like she's never left home considering her parents bring her food every week. But deep down she's a caring daughter and loves being close by if they need her. She's an equally proud and shameless "Weird Aunt", who quirkiness is infectious. From her fits to her electic home, Thi never shies away from color and bold prints. Thi dances to the beat of her on drum...no matter how cringe.

I've barely played the game minus remake some residential to residential rental builds. Plus I'm playing without any gameplay mods so waiting patiently for updates and decided to have fun in CAS...and give a townie a quick makeover.

Introducing the Doo Doo Save File - Version One!

Disclaimer:

This save is still very much a work in progress. While most things appear to be complete (such as builds), there's still a lot to be done. So, keep that in mind. Also, I tried my best to playtest everything, but this is a HUGE save. So, it's possible I missed things. If I did, feel free to let me know!

CC, Mods, and Tips

If you want the townies’ relationships to stay intact, I HIGHLY recommend downloading MCCC. If not, you shouldn’t have any issues playing the save, but some relationships will eventually be deleted due to the culling system. Instructions here!

I did use one piece of CC, but it is absolutely not required in order to download this save. It's the Modern Family Portrait by RAVASHEEN! Download only if you want some cute portraits of the families.

For this save, I grouped some of the worlds together. You don't have to play this way, it's just a note to consider:

This save file uses all EP’s, GP’s, SP’s and most of the kits (Except Sweet Slumber Party, Cozy Kitsch, Urban Homage, Goth Galore, Grunge Revival, Carnaval Streetwear and Modern Menswear kits).

What’s new in this update?:

Ciudad Enamorada and Ravenwood have been completely redone, added multiple new lots, updated other lots and provided make-overs for the households.

Added new households (when living in world; with jobs, friends, preferences etc).

Current Status of Worlds:

Finished worlds: Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, Newcrest, Magnolia Promenade, Windenburg, San Myshuno, Forgotten Hollow, Brindleton Bay, Del Sol Valley, StrangerVille, Glimmerbrook, Sulani, Britechester , Evergreen Harbor, Mt. Komorebi, Henford-on-Bagley, Tartosa, Moonwood Mill, Copperdale, San Sequoia, Chestnut Ridge, Tomarang, Ciudad Enamorada (NEW!) and Ravenwood (NEW!).

Finished vacation worlds: Granite Falls and Selvadorada.

Finihed other lots: Hospital, Science Lab and the Police Station.

To be updated: the Magic Realm and Grimm's office, will either be included in a future update or on the gallery (OriginID: fleuralia)

What do you get with this save?:

For my save file all lots are either completely new builds (almost all) or renovations, ofcourse created by me. Exception: I have added the official build for the release of the Paranormal SP by Dr Ashley to this save. This build is therefore not my own creation, credits are given in the description to Dr Ashley. The lots in newer worlds are largely created by GameChangers. The ratio is around 50/50 with my builds versus renovations (done by me but with the original as the base).

All the townies had make-overs plus I added new families to spice it up a bit. Some of the townies are made by other creators, who are given credits in the description of the household. All the townies in the different worlds have a story, some include sentiments and adjusted relationships to the story.

Added plenty of community lots to give your Sims something to do (YAY!). Almost every world has one restaurant, but it also includes festivals that represent the four seasons (park lots) and a fully functional shopping street in Magnolia Promenade (toy store, bridal store and more).

I have added rental lots so you can go on vacation in more worlds. For example in Sulani, Willow Creek and Windenburg.

Other details:

As mentioned at the beginning, this save uses almost all packs (except some kits). This means that if you download it without owning or installing most of the packs a lot of objects will disappear from the save, but if you are not bothered by this you can still download and play in it.  

I disabled the neigborhood action plan voting/environmental changes, you enable them again in the pack settings menu. I also disabled the neigborhood stories, you can enable them again in the household menu.

I would love to add some households in this save created by all of you! Add your household under the hashtag #fleuraliatownies in The Sims 4 Gallery, you can add a storyline and world in the description but thats not obligatory. If I respond on your creation it means that I have incorporated it in the save for the next update.

Sadly every game update comes with a lot of bugs. I suggest before reporting problems in the save to me, to check on forums if its related to a general bug/glitch or to mods (if you use them).

As said in my previous post I will be slowly starting on moving the builds and sims to a fresh save to help with bugs and incorporate fixes from the Sims team that only work in fresh saves (like Grimm not being able to woohoo). How to make it work in your game:

Download the save file from the link below.

Drag it in your saves folder under: PC/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves.

Change the numbers if you already have a save with the same name.

It should now show up in your game as: Fleuralia Save V 8.0.

It is a busy save file with many lots filled to stop random spawning of townies but the empty lots will soon quickly fill up with townie families if you don’t use them. The townies are clearly marked in the unplayed tab with the #townies so you know who is meant to have a lot and who isn’t.
