Anon really is mischaracyerizi g what was in that excerpt: here it is:
“It was much the same way at the 2018 Academy Awards when I put Tom Holland in a custom Hermès double breasted tuxedo that got him named one of the best dressed by British GQ and Esquire. That night, he transformed into an adult in the eyes of many. And sure, a perfectly tailored, smart suit can help shape that idea, but the clothes were just a reflection of what was already inside.”
That was a great look. But Law notes that the look and the reception to it was a reflection of Tom’s inner confidence.
Law is a diva, for sure, but some people just looking for reasons to be mad.
Thanks Anon ❤️
Yea I liked Tom's look at the Oscars! 😊 I've been wanting him to go to another Oscar ceremony since then... even if just to present.... 😭😩
Anyway, Tom looked very handsome and dapper at the Oscars...
.... But my FAVORITE look of his that night was the red wine suit he wore for the Oscars Vanity Fair After Party! 😁 That one was 👌🏾😍
Both Tom & Z looked great that night! Him in wine 🍷 , and her in champagne 🍾
(You can't tell me Law didn't do that on purpose lol 🤭)

Z and Darnell got manicures at Tom's house.
(Tom's remodeled kitchen)
Disregarding a buttoned-up shirt and tie look for formal engagements, collars were left open and suiting, courtesy of Prada for The Crowded Room premiere’s red carpet, came in a retro-inspired forest green (which, during the fitting at his home, both Cox and Holland noticed the shade mirrored that of his kitchen-come-dressing room). CPN : here have some sunday sweets 🍡🍧
everyday is a good day to clown, moreso during the weekends when we’re well rested ( hopefully ) and free to spend time on fandom. let me start with them randomly going on hs this evening. the way i panicked, cause what the hell is going on. it’s a comparison of how yiye and yibo as lei yu in the btf premiere are saluting. lol. i know all yizhan au pairings are valid so i appreciate it. It’s cool to see them on hs side by side, and tbh, it’s a mostly harmless post/topic. but we know how certain people get very agitated when their names are associated with each other. i get the sentiment, but people should chill.
on a lighter note, we probably have the best hs related to yibo for this year so far. ⬇️⬇️⬇️
he channeled his inner tom holland, casually spoiling the movie lol. to be fair, those in attendance already watched it. the Q&A is about the film. it’s just that those who are posting the videos are also not giving any warnings. the “wyb shut up!” is also familiar, how zhan ge told him off 😂😂😂
let’s move on to the more “coincidence” type of things, but doesn’t mean they any less sweet….
• Oh how we love getting a glimpse of the bone necklace. It’s so nice that he has that piece of him ( xz ) wherever he goes to keep him company. 🫶
• Comparison of girls giving them something! to yibo ( a drawing ) and a letter ( to xz ). What’s not to love? They are really sweet and nice geges!
• Since i am weirdly attached to their accessories — i am lovin how XZ is decked out in Ositerm for his Ralph Lauren shoot! and he is is wearing them so well. Sometimes i wanna see him in simple stuff like this too. and of course, Ositerm is a running cpn association with them.
• next level coincidence! in GG’s esquire issue, if you open it on page 85, it’s an interview feature with Yu Dong— who is Wuming’s producer. He also talks about the film in the article. See? The universe is truly clowning us.
• since we are in the topic of numbers, let’s appreciate bobo seating at #5 chair. sure, he is mister 08/05, who is the husband of mister 10/05 🫶
-END.

Truman Capote's biggest feud in new streaming drama series
New Post has been published on https://qnews.com.au/feud-capote-vs-the-swans-truman-capote-streaming-australia/
Truman Capote's biggest feud in new streaming drama series
The White Lotus actor Tom Hollander plays Truman Capote in the second instalment of Ryan Murphy and Gus Van Sant’s anthology series Feud.
Feud: Capote vs the Swans follows the gay writer’s nuclear falling-out with the “swans,” a group of elite socialites in high society New York.
Actresses Naomi Watts, Diane Lane, Chloë Sevigny, Calista Flockhart, Molly Ringwald and Demi Moore play the wronged women.
Grappling with both writer’s block and alcoholism, Truman Capote published a short story excerpt from an unfinished book – his planned magnum opus – in Esquire magazine in 1975.
But it sparks an instant scandal, with Capote’s characters so thinly veiled that the high society women’s darkest secrets are exposed.
“His act of betrayal effectively destroyed those relationships, banished him from high society and sent him into a spiral of self-destruction from which he would ultimately never recover,” the Feud synopsis explains.
Truman Capote was ‘the greatest writer of his generation’
Tom Hollander shared his thoughts about the “gap” that Truman Capote filled in the high society women’s lives.
“I think he was the greatest writer of his generation,” he said.
“For a group of people who were very rich but, at some level, disempowered by their marriages, to have the greatest writer of his generation in their salons… he was a dazzling accouterment on their dinner table.
“Maybe he would celebrate them. Having him understanding them and listening to them in a way that their husbands didn’t… He was filling a great gap in their emotional lives.
“He was an incredibly entertaining, perceptive, clever, interesting, singular man. They were getting quite a lot out of [the friendships]. Until it went wrong.
“He knew that he was, at some level, a tourist in their world. When he turned, or when they felt he turned, they were vicious because they [thought], ‘From you? You were the adornment in our house. You are not our equal.’”
The limited series Feud: Capote vs the Swans is set in the 1970s – also covering gay culture at the time – and ends with Truman Capote’s death in 1984.
It’s the follow-up to the first instalment Feud: Bette and Joan, which followed the legendary rivalry between actresses Joan Crawford and Bette Davis.
Ryan Murphy is one of the executive producers of the new series, and Gus Van Sant directed all eight episodes.
The new limited series will stream in Australia on Binge from Thursday night (February 1). The anthology series’ first season, Feud: Bette and Joan, is streaming in Australia on Disney+.
