Sneak Peek: my Soul is yours (Tom Riddle x Reader)
Little Trailer for my new ideas, i have no idea where this will go lmao.
Pairing: Tom Riddle x Reader
Warnings: dirty fanfiction in future parts, Soulmate AU, kinda evil but alternate Tom
Tumblr media
Tom Marvolo Riddle. A name written into the skin of your left wrist. A pretty, cursive handwriting in pitch black ink, which seemed to mock you everytime you looked at it. The name of your soulmate, the one person in this whole world you were made to spend your life with, to whom your soul is bound. Pitty you have no idea who this Tom is.
You, pureblooded, beautiful (Y/N), just returned home after attending your sixth year at hogwarts, school of witchcraft and wizardry. Though the orphanage you were abandoned at is just a pathetic excuse not worthy of being called home at all, really. You dreaded this place almost as much as mudbloods defiling magical blood. You dreaded the fact there was no way to escape all those filthy, annoying and screaming muggle children. Not yet at least.
You’d kill all of them - in the blink of an eye, if you could.
Closing the door, you look around the old, shitty bedroom who held many occupants before you. The oak closet on the wall was dull, losing it‘s shiny outer layer gradually.
Walking over to the window you could see the old postcard pinned beside it on the ugly greenish tiles ever since you were here. You figured someone before you must have put it here.. and never bothered to take it down. It was a picture of some kind of cave amidst clashing waves.
And as always, you felt a gentle pull from it. And as always your fingers glide over it all the same.
You knew in your heart it was the only link, the only clue left of your soulmate in this timeline.

bsf! m. riddle x fem!sallow!reader, stepbrother! t. nott x fem!sallow!reader
Bound by Blood, Betrayed by Fate. When you’re dragged to Malfoy Manor under orders from Voldemort himself, you learn the price of your mother’s mistakes: an Unbreakable Vow, tethering your life to the deranged Bellatrix Lestrange. Forced to navigate a web of dark magic, family debts, and impossible expectations, you must tread carefully in a house brimming with enemies—and a few familiar faces. As tensions rise and the lines between loyalty and survival blur, one question remains: will you find a way to break free, or will you lose yourself to the darkness?
Content warnings: 18+ themes, angst, mentions of violence, torture, hopelessness, underage coercion, swearing, canon HP themes of blood purity, house prejudices, oppression

The heavy silence of night clung to Nott Manor, broken only by the faint creaks of ancient wood and the distant groan of the wind against leaded windows. The house felt vacant—a grand shell devoid of genuine warmth. Even when Nott Sr. was present, an oppressive desolation hung in every corridor. Once, your mother had tried to bring life here for a short time—her laughter echoing in the drawing rooms, soft hum carrying down the halls, feebly attempting to make the best of a loveless marriage. But now that she was gone, and the hollow chill remained, seceding the loss of Theo’s mother. She had been the heart of the estate, and not even your mother had filled that void. You doubted this place had seen real joy since the Nott matriarch wandered here.
Sleep was elusive; you’d spent most of the night tossing and turning in bed, haunted by the events of the prior in relentless detail—the fight, the confessions and the unspoken fears.
It was a somber goodbye, uncharacteristically unlike your group of friends. Like you all had accepted your fates when you bidded farewell inside the Zabini grand foyer hours earlier—marching right to your own funerals. A slow, painful march, the Dark Lord and his most devoted puppeteering you to their will.
You worried for Daphne, Blaise, and Pansy. They hadn’t recoiled once when you spoke candidly about what they missed out on since school ended. Unwavering and aggrievedly persistent on the fact they would help stand by your friends no matter the case.
Would they though?
They weren’t bound to the cause, not like you, Mattheo, Theo, Draco, and Enzo. They could still flee before it was too late. Before the watery empathetic look they held at you now—eventually iced over once you did something truly heinous.
What if the aftermath of everything that spiraled to the surface tonight was just merely a bandage over a broken bone?
It all lingered like ghosts in the room, taunting you, forcing you to clutch your blanket to your chest at the intrusive thoughts. You shouldn’t have doubted your friends' loyalty. But wasn’t that a part of the grand scheme of war? Paranoia creeping in, defiling the safest most cherished parts of your life? You turned over with a frustrated huff, screwing your eyes shut as though that could banish your thoughts and shame for resolving to such a fickle ugly idea.
A muffled thud from the hallway made the noise in your brain quiet, snapping you from your restless haze. Sitting up, your heart quickened, and strained to listen at the interruption of your introspection. Footsteps—unsteady but deliberate—echoed faintly beyond your door.
Throwing the covers off, you slipped out of bed, your bare feet cold against the polished floor. Opening the door quietly, holding your breath, you stepped into the dimly lit corridor.
Mattheo was halfway down the hall, his silhouette slouched, one hand braced against the wall as though he’d collapse. His shirt was torn at the sleeve, and faint smudges of blood marked the fabric—both his and Enzo’s—was noticeable under the dimly lit sconces on the wall.
“Mattheo,” you called softly, careful not to startle him.
He stopped but didn’t turn, his shoulders stiffening. “Go back to bed, Y/n,” his voice low and gruff.
Ignoring him, you padded closer, catching sight of the bruises forming along his jaw and the cut above his brow. “You’re still bleeding.”
“I’m fine,” he snapped, turning enough for you to see the dark circles under his eyes, a defiance in his posture.
Steeling yourself, you crossed your arms.
“You look like shit. Come on.” Without waiting, you took his arm—gentle but firm—and steered him toward your room.
He grumbled under his breath, feet dragging. “I don’t need your help,” he insisted, even as you flicked on the soft light in the adjoining bathroom.
“Too bad,” you retorted, already rummaging in the cabinet for bandages, salve, and antiseptic elixir. “Sit.”
Reluctantly, he lowered himself onto the closed toilet seat, his elbows resting on his knees as you dampened a cloth with warm water, pouring some antiseptic on it, the acrid smell stinging your nose.
The only noise between you was the small hisses of pain from Mattheo as you carefully dabbed at the dried blood on his brow. His eyes flicked up to yours briefly, then away, then back again, every muscle wound tight as though ready to bolt at first chance.
“Where were you?” you asked softly, voice barely above a whisper.
He exhaled, frustration coloring his breath. “Needed space.”
You gave a small nod, pressing the cloth to the shallow cut. “You could’ve at least taken care of yourself first.”
“Didn’t think it mattered,” he muttered, wincing at your touch.
“It does matter,” you said firmly, meeting his eyes. “You matter.”
The was something unreadable in the depths of his dark brown irises. For a heartbeat, he looked younger, more vulnerable, behind the bruises and the sullen facade.
“You’ve been shutting me out,” you continued, your voice shaking a bit. “Ever since the ceremony—ever since everything happened. You don’t trust me anymore?”
He dragged a hand through his curly hair, letting out a tremulous breath. “It’s not about trust,” voice low, each word shaped by fatigue. “I just… I don’t know how to handle any of this. Seeing what Bellatrix makes you do, what my father demands from me, everyone I care about involved—I can’t stop it. I’m… powerless.” He clenched his fists.
You couldn’t imagine the weight he bore on his shoulders. Couldn’t imagine the scrutiny he faced, every corner he turned there was an opinion about him. His father and his loyal followers expected him to be just as cruel—too soft for their liking. The sneers from the public called him cursed to come from such an anomaly, a demon spawn, expecting to fill the Dark Lord’s legacy with ease. He was an outcast from the moment he was brought into the world seemingly, exiled, and labeled evil.
He was evil, but not because of his name or who his father was, but because the world made him that way.
Your hand paused mid-motion, cloth hovering near his cheek. “I hate it too, Mattheo. But we can’t get through this alone, and shutting each other out only hurts us more.”
He swallowed, eyes drifting to the floor. “I’m scared, Y/n.” he admitted hoarsely. “For you. For all of us.”
A pang of empathy clenched your chest. Instinctively, you touched his hand, resting on his knee. “You don’t have to carry that on your own,” you murmured, voice steady despite the knot tightening in your throat. “I’m scared too, but I’m here… if you’ll let me be.”
He raised his head, raw honesty flickering across his features. “I’m sorry,” he whispered.
“I’m sorry too,” you echoed, pressing a gentle thumb over his knuckles. “We’ve both been on edge. It boiled over tonight, and my own emotions got the best of me.”
A faint, rueful laugh escaped him as he shook his head. “I did too… poor Enzo.” He reached up to gingerly probe the bruise near his jaw, wincing.
“I’d say he got a few good swings in,” you teased softly.
A ghost of a smile curved his lips. “Taught him well, I guess.”
A sad smile tugged at your lips. “Really does seem so.” You then grabbed his hand, starting to assess the damage of his battered knuckles. “But you do need to talk to him.” You added thoughtfully, light but scoldingly. Cleaning the cuts and bruises with the cloth and elixir. “He didn’t deserve that.”
He grimaced in discomfort. “I will…eventually.”
You shot him a pointed look, pressing the cloth a little harder than necessary on a nasty looking cut. “Sooner than later.”
“Gods,” he hissed, trying to recoil away, ignoring you. “Easy there.” You tightened your grip on his rough hand, eyes narrowing more assertively, still putting pressure on the cut.
“Sooner than later.” You persisted.
He scoffed, wiggling his fingers to ease the pain. “Yes, yes, sooner. Now please ease up.” You relaxed your hold, satisfied, resuming your gentler touch. “Precious Lorenzo won’t be torn up if I don’t speak to him tomorrow.” He mumbled.
You hummed in half-agreement. “But not speaking to him or waiting a week—like you lot tend to do—won’t fix this.”
“Do you think I don’t realize that?” His voice hardened before deflating. “I fucked up okay. Is that what you wanted to hear?”
You could feel his frustration roll off him, but a smirk found your lips. You tried to hide it by keeping your head down, focusing on his injured hand, but Mattheo already clocked your shift in demeanor.
“You’re evil, y’know that?” He grumbled.
You don’t bother hiding your bemused expression now, grabbing the gauze off the counter. “I’m just surprised you’re taking responsibility for once.”
“More like you coerced me.” He huffed, a lazy grin creeping across his features. He crossed one arm around his torso, resting his head on the edge of the vanity mirror. “Guess you’re better at your job than you realized.”
You faltered in your movements, sucking in a sharp breath at his comment. It was meant to be a lighthearted jab, but it stirred an unwelcome thrum in your chest.
You let a humorless snort out, “I’ll take that as a compliment, I guess?”
If he noticed your hesitation, he didn’t let it show, the mischievous grin intact. “I am the son of the most evil person everyone knows, I would.”
“You’re insufferable…amazingly insufferable.” You muttered, half in admonishment, half in fondness.
“And I’ll take that as a compliment.” He shot back with a cheeky wink.
Like it was nothing, he pulled you back up from the drowning tides of unease that you always managed to sink in. Seemingly to always have a knack for saving you from yourself, whether he realized it or not. An indescribable ache filled your chest at the thought.
You rolled your eyes—no true malice in it—and finished bandaging him in a comfortable silence. He watched intently as you wiped down the bathroom sink, wrung out the pink-stained cloth, and tidied your supplies. You sighed wearily once done.
“Thank you,” he murmured roughly but sincere.
“Always,” you replied, heart warming at the softness in his gaze.
He glanced at your hands—once battered, now mostly healed. “They look good as new,” he noted quietly.
You dropped your gaze, recalling the welts from Bellatrix’s punishments. “Took me a while, but yeah. That’s why I was late to the party.”
He reached out, gently taking your hands to examine them. His tongue pressed the inside of his cheek, tension edging his stare. “And it’s really worth being beaten for?” he echoed the earlier conversation. You merely nodded. His fingers curled against yours, a small but comforting gesture.
“What exactly did Rosier say?” he asked.
You hesitated, drawing your hands away, leaning against the sink with arms crossed. “Enough to keep Bellatrix off my back for now. Rosiers are sniffing out alternative alliances—trade routes, finances—anything to avoid fully swearing to the Dark Lord.”
Mattheo’s jaw clenched. “And you think that’ll satisfy her?”
“For a while… I hope.” You said timidly, meeting his honeyed ochre eyes that were hardened.
“And when she demands more?” His voice bit sharper, frustration breaking through. “When she sends you after worse than Rosier, or wants you to do… worse?”
You sighed, fingers combing through your hair in a nervous manner. “I don’t know,” you answered truthfully. “But I’ll deal with it. I don’t have a choice, do I?”
His hand clenched on his knee, knuckles white. “I hate this,” he muttered. “Hate that she’s using you.”
“I know, Matty,” you said, voice steady despite the knot in your chest. “But I won’t break, not yet.”
His gaze softened, and for a moment, he looked like he wanted to argue, but instead, he exhaled and leaned back against the wall. “You’re stronger than you should have to be,” he murmured.
A wry smile tugged at the corner of your lips, a warmth flooding your cheeks. “We’re all stronger than we have to be.”
He let out a low, sardonic chuckle. “Yeah, guess so.”
You pushed away from the sink, crossing to where he still sat. The late hour weighed on both of you. “We should try to get some sleep—big day tomorrow, or so I hear.”
He rolled his eyes in mock exasperation, pushing to his feet. “You’re probably right, highly doubt I’ll be able to rest though.” he gave a small grunt.
“Don’t come whining to me if you’re exhausted,” you teased, looking at the bruise on his chest that peeked through the top of his unbuttoned shirt. You gave a very gentle flick against it, and he winced dramatically.
“Okay, I deserved that,” he said, exhaling. But there was warmth in his dark eyes now—something closer to relief.
You nudged him toward the door, forcing a lightness you only half felt. “Goodnight, Mattheo,” you murmured.
“Night, Y/n,” he returned, voice softer than before. His dark gaze lingered on you a moment, a hint of a grateful smile visible before he turned to head into the corridor.
You hovered in the doorway, watching his silhouette fade down the dim hall to the guest wing, before closing your door. Crawling back into bed, sleep had finally found you—restless, but more than you managed earlier.

The morning sunlight streamed weakly through the tall windows of the dining room, its pale rays stretching across the long, polished table. You sat at one end, nursing a cup of tea that had gone tepid from your half-hearted sips. Mattheo occupied the chair beside you, poking listlessly at half-eaten toast and eggs on his plate.
“You don’t look half-dead anymore,” you teased, aiming for lightness as you took another sip, hoping to dispel the lingering tensions from the night before.
He smirked, arching a brow. “Thanks for the glowing compliment.”
Before you could reply, the door creaked open. Theo strolled in, hair mussed from too little sleep just like the both of you. He paused near the threshold, scanning the scene with a skeptical tilt of his head.
“Did I miss something?” he asked, tone even but curious.
“Morning to you, too, Theo,” you answered, gesturing toward a seat. “Mattheo showed up last night.”
Theo set down a cup, pouring himself strong coffee before sinking into the chair opposite you. “Didn’t think you’d still be here,” he murmured to Mattheo, though his voice held neither accusation nor warmth—just something in between.
Mattheo shrugged, glancing your way for a moment. “Y/N insisted I shouldn’t leave until I’d had a decent meal,” he said simply.
Theo’s eyes softened a degree, a relieved nod acknowledging both the statement and the fragile peace in the air. “Good.”
A pause descended—an awkwardness blanketing the room. The manor felt empty despite its grandeur, as though it recognized that none of you truly wished to be here. Quiet sips from you drinking your tea mixing with Mattheo fork clinking against his plate, pushing a piece of egg around on as Theo still fussed with his coffee.
Finally, Theo broke the silence, drumming his fingers on the table after a while. “You both look like hell,” he noted, a faint grin tugging at the corner of his mouth.
You shot him a wry glare even as your lips curved. “Says the man who looks like he crawled out of a crypt.”
Mattheo let out a low chuckle and tossed in, “Must be the most handsome corpse I’ve ever seen.”
It was so unexpected you nearly choked on your tea, a burst of laughter bubbling up from your chest as the hot liquid splattered across your pajamas. Mattheo’s fork clattered against his plate as he dissolved into laughter of his own, muffling it behind a napkin. His laugh was warm and velvety, and the corners of your mouth ached from smiling so wide from the sound. Across the table, Theo fought to keep his composure, but soon he was laughing too, grabbing a cloth to help you, though he shook with his own amusement. His own throaty laugh warming your chest, not remembering the last time you’ve heard either of them make such noises.
“I’m glad you find it so hilarious!” you managed, trying to sound aggravated but ending up laughing just as hard. Tea dripped down your sleeve, and you waved a hand in a mock scolding gesture, splashing it at them in vengeance.
“Sorry, sorry,” Mattheo gasped, pressing the napkin to his face. “That was—hands down—the classiest I’ve seen from you.”
Theo half-rose from his seat, demonstrating in an exaggerated pantomime how you’d spluttered your tea everywhere, which only made Mattheo roar louder with mirth. The noise echoed off the high walls of the otherwise-quiet dining room. The house-elves peeked in, alarmed at the ruckus, but you couldn’t muster the embarrassment to apologize—too caught in the infectious glee.
“I hate you both,” you managed between giggles, though not a speck of malice tinged your voice.
Eventually the chaotic laughter ebbed, leaving you all breathless and pink-cheeked. Mattheo wiped his eyes, and Theo slumped back into his chair, chest heaving from exertion.
For a fleeting moment, the weight of war and worry lifted, replaced by the simple joy of banter. Their laughs remind you of the distant memories of your childhood spent with them, carefree, and unabashed to the world you had been thrown into. Where it was far more frequent to find you three unserious like this.
Sunlight trickled softly, the light no less wan than before, but somehow gentler. You sopped up the worst of the tea from your shirt, exchanging grins with the boys. Even the house-elves, discreetly moving to clear away the splattered plates and cups, seemed heartened by your merriment.
In that stolen minute, the three of you might have been what you wanted to be: friends, unworried and unburdened. The memory of last night’s arguments and the looming obligations shimmered at the edges of your awareness, but for now, it did not intrude.
Mattheo caught your eye, the corners of his mouth still curved. “That was good,” he cleared his throat.
“It was your fault.” you were able to compose yourself enough.
He shrugged, brushing a damp lock of hair from your forehead. “We all kind of needed it, yeah?”
You only nodded, feeling a tender squeeze in your chest. Theo made a faint noise of agreement, swirling the last of his coffee in its cup. If a fragile sense of normalcy could exist anywhere for you three, it would be in these fleeting instances of silly laughter. The heavy hush in Nott Manor seemed a shade warmer as if the gloom beyond its walls had receded—for you to remember that there was still lightness to be found, even in a world braced by shadows.

Anon who mentioned Tom hardy as a Baratheon is on to something!
He’d could be any intimidating lord that Otto and Alicent desperately need on their side but the poor queen doesn’t want to give up any of her girls. But Otto doesn’t care, having already promised the lord her red-head princess. The queen anxiously waiting for the bedding act to be done, she could only imagine how the beast of the man had defiled her girl.

A/N: Well, this is a short story I have been working on from time to time since last December. I don't know if I will ever get to complete it; however, I didn't want the piece I have written so far to rot on my computer... If this finds anyone at all, I hope you enjoy the first chapter and please let me know what you think! I could as well start a taglist if anyone is interested.

It was rather ironic that the first time her mother accompanied her to platform 9 ¾ was her last time taking the Hogwarts Express from King’s Cross Station.
Looking at her, Ophelia was once again absolutely mesmerised by her mother’s beauty -her flawless, porcelain face was adorned with her naturally turned-up nose and plump lips. Sometimes, with forty-four, she managed to look just a few years older than Ophelia, who was about to turn eighteen in a few months.
Such perfection cannot be achieved with magic, otherwise all the old hags wouldn’t be around, Ophelia thought. She must be bathing in the blood of Muggles.
Her mother turned her blue eyes at Ophelia almost immediately. “I won’t even let one of those vermin touch me -and you think I would defile my skin with their blood?” She clicked her tongue. “You disappoint me, daughter.”
“Stop lingering in my head!” Ophelia hissed between her gritted teeth as she quickly built up a mental wall using Occlumency. Of course, she knew she had to keep the wall up at all times -her mother was trying to make her get used to it -but still, she sometimes let it slip.
Her mother raised an eyebrow at Ophelia’s direction. “Then you have to be more vigilante, Ophelia.” She tried to enter Ophelia’s mind once again, only to hit the mental wall. The edge of her crimson lip curled upwards. “Impressive.”
“Father taught me well.”
“Speaking of which,” her mother said with a silk like voice. “He did want to come here to see you before you head off for the last time; however, considering how it would complicate the things, he wanted me to instead give you this.”
Ophelia snickered as her mother searched for something in her handbag. “I find it hard to imagine him standing here,” she told honestly. “But I would sure love to see the terrified looks on everyone’s faces.”
“Why terrified? He does have quite the supporters around here, dear, all the Purebloods would stand in a line to simply shake his hand.” Upon finding what she was looking for, her mother handed Ophelia a silver necklace. “For the greater good.”
Ophelia didn’t really need to look down in her palm to see what was on the necklace -it was the sign of the Deathly Hollows. As she put on the necklace and let it rest cold against her chest, her green eyes met her mother’s blue ones. “For the greater good.”
Vinda Rosier put on a questioning expression on her face when she saw her daughter placing the necklace under her white shirt. “Why are you hiding it right away?” She asked with a confused tone. “I thought you’d like it.”
“I do like it, mother,” Ophelia said and then lowered her voice to a whisper. “But I don’t want to wave it in front of Dumbledore’s face.”
A grimace appeared on her mother’s face almost immediately. “Oh, right, he still hasn’t given up on watching everything you do, has he?”
Ophelia shook her head, placing her hands into the pockets of her beige, pinafore trousers. “Nope,” she muttered. “Still like a hawk.”
From the moment Ophelia set a foot into the castle, Albus Dumbledore had been keeping a strict eye on her, observing each of her social interactions, watching every little action from her side. This still hadn’t been enough to keep Ophelia away from causing trouble or breaking the rules; however, she had to admit that it could have been easier.
In order to avoid being seen, one of the very first things she had mastered was the Invisibility Potion -which was not as effective as a real Invisibility Cloak but still allowed her to move around without being noticed.
Also, Dumbledore was the reason why Ophelia wasn’t made Prefect or Head Girl even though she was by far the brightest witch in her year. Dumbledore had quite the influence on all the other professors, hence he had successfully managed to keep them from giving Ophelia more power and influence over other students.
As if it was a better idea to give him all the power by making him Head Boy, Ophelia thought as her green eyes found a tall, pale-faced young man walking towards her, his Head Boy badge shining on his chest. Being the Golden Boy has its perks.
“Rosier,” Tom Riddle greeted Ophelia with a simple nod as he slowed down his steps. Then, he turned his dark eyes to her mother. “Vinda Rosier, I suppose?” Her mother nodded. Tom extended his hand. “Tom Riddle.”
Vinda Rosier shook his hand. “If my memory doesn’t deceive me, Ophelia has mentioned your success and extraordinary talent for magic.” She spoke with a voice as smooth as velvet, which she only used when talking with Grindelwald’s other followers. “It would be a shame to waste such a gift.”
Anyone that knew who Vinda Rosier was, could easily understand the hidden meaning of her words and judging by the look in his eyes, Tom was very well aware of what her mother was trying to imply.
“I do not intend to waste anything, Miss Rosier,” Tom responded with his Golden Boy attitude surrounding him. “However, my views on the matter are rather more radical than that of yours and his.”
Ophelia intervened quickly. “Mum, I hope you aren’t trying to recruit my classmate into the Alliance.” Her tone was mocking but still, she had lowered her voice.
A mischievous smile appeared on Vinda Rosier’s crimson lips. “Of course not, darling. However, I’d very much like to hear about his views on the matter sometime in the future.” She squinted, looking over Ophelia’s shoulder, trying to see more clearly. “Is that Francis over there?”
Looking at the same direction as her mother, Ophelia nodded upon seeing Francis Rosier -Vinda’s cousin -accompanying his daughter Aurora Rosier to the Hogwarts Express. “Yes, that’s him.”
“I shall have a word or two with him.” Vinda muttered, then she gave her daughter a warm hug. “Take care, darling and keep up the good work.”
“Thanks, Mum. Please tell Dad that I loved the present.” Ophelia spoke quietly before breaking off the hug. Vinda walked into the opposite direction, whereas Ophelia and Tom Riddle headed towards the train. “He is her cousin,” Ophelia said, causing Tom to look at her. “Francis Rosier.”
Tom nodded in an understanding manner. “I see,” he spoke with his usual, calm voice. “I figured you were related to Aurora and Augustus someway, of course, but I never knew you were distant cousins.”
Ophelia shrugged in a careless manner. “Well, Aurora herself figured that out in our fifth year, so yours is still acceptable.”
An uncomfortable silence ruled between the two as they got onboard the train and walked past numerous compartments filled with younger students on their way to the carriage inhabited by the Slytherins. Tom, however, decided to break it.
“You don’t carry the same, strong French accent as your mother.”
Ophelia chuckled lightly, she found it amusing that he chose this very detail to observe. “She was born and raised in France, also she spent most of her life there.” Ophelia responded as she pushed a strand of her chestnut hair behind her ear. “I have lived in Austria till I was 10. Then, we moved to Britain.”
Tom raised a questioning eyebrow as Ophelia stopped in front of an empty compartment. “So that you could attend Hogwarts?” He asked, only to attain a simple nod from Ophelia. “Why? You could have gone to Durmstrang.”
The young woman shrugged. “It was decided that I must attend Hogwarts.”
The edge of his lip turned upwards as Tom watched Ophelia take a seat by the window. “It has been seven years, and you still won’t let anyone get the slightest glimpse of what lies behind those icy walls of yours, will you, Rosier?”
Ophelia mirrored Tom his smile back while crossing one leg over the other. “You are a fine one to talk, Riddle.” Her voice had the hints of playfulness. “Don’t you have Head Boy duties to attend to?”
Tom shook his head in an unapproving manner and turned back to leave. “It is a shame you weren’t made Head Girl,” he said with a smooth voice as he let the compartment door close. “You’d be a better fit than Veronica Larch.”
Ophelia’s eyes widened with shock as she watched Tom Riddle walk away. They chose Veronica fucking Larch as the Head Girl and not me? For fuck’s sake, I cannot remember the last time she had better grades than I did!
Maybe she is better at sucking up to Dippet.
[Time Skip]
During the first half of the journey, Ophelia could swear she hadn’t experienced a more pleasant train ride before. She was completely alone in her compartment, there was no one bothering her with unnecessary small talk -she had absolute peace for the first time in a long while.
She had spent the summer holiday in Austria -in Nurmengard Castle to be more precise -along with her mother and Grindelwald’s other Acolytes. It was better than having to stay with her grandparents in Britain, of course -but still, it had been quite stressful at times.
When things were not going the way he planned them to, Grindelwald was not fun to be around.
However, she needed to get used to his bad side as well since she wanted to take her place among his Acolytes as soon as she was done with Hogwarts. This had been her biggest dream ever since she was a little girl -to help Grindelwald establish a wizard-led system the world desperately needed.
The greater good had been the only thing she had seen around her while growing up, her mother used to tell her bed-time stories about the new world they were trying to build -Grindelwald and his Acolytes.
That was why she had spent the summer in Nurmengard, training with her mother and the other Acolytes in their spare time. Hogwarts had been successful in teaching her most of the vital things she needed; however, it lacked the training in Dark Arts -which was by far the most important branch Ophelia had to master.
While Ophelia was lost in her own world, the door to the compartment was opened, causing the young woman to leap up in her place. “Sorry, we didn’t mean to scare you.” Abraxas Malfoy was standing at the door with Aurora Rosier and Emrys Lestrange behind him. Upon seeing the disturbed look in Ophelia’s green eyes, Abraxas spoke hesitantly. “If you want to be left alone, we could just leave.”
Ophelia rolled her eyes at him as she shrugged in a careless manner and took off the navy-blue scarf wrapped around her shoulders -it was getting warmer.
Emrys snickered at Ophelia’s reaction as he sat down next to her, Abraxas and Aurora took the seat across. “At the beginning of every year, we somehow hope for Ophelia to come back a little less distant, but it always ends in a huge disappointment.” His voice carried the hints of mocking.
“Just admit that you are in love with me, Emrys.” Ophelia crossed her arms over her chest, raising an eyebrow at Emrys’ direction. From the corner of her eye, she could see Aurora and Abraxas holding hands. So, they finally got together, she thought to herself. Not that it interests me, but it took them long enough.
Emrys let out a laughter this time. “For that to happen, one needs to get to know you first.” He shrugged. “I don’t see it happening even in our last year at Hogwarts, sunshine.”
The edge of Ophelia’s lip curled upwards, even though she wasn’t fond of small talk, sometimes she found it entertaining to bicker with Emrys. “Fair enough.”
“Are you two done?” Aurora asked with a somewhat annoyed tone. After taking a deep breath, the strawberry blonde turned her gaze at Ophelia. “How was your summer?”
Ophelia pushed her waves out of her sight as she responded. “It was nice, I got to spend more time with my parents this time and learned some interesting stuff. What about you?”
Aurora’s light blue eyes found that of Abraxas’ as a small smile formed on her lips. “I spent the last three weeks with Abraxas in France.”
“So this,” Ophelia pointed at their hands, “happened right after we returned home?” The couple nodded simultaneously. Ophelia sent them a fake smile. “Good for you.”
“But not so good for us,” Emrys muttered, “they will be making out all the time in the common room.”
Ophelia heaved a sigh. “Then simply look away.”
Abraxas chuckled upon hearing Ophelia’s remark. “I knew my second favourite Rosier would support us.” He said, causing Emrys to roll his eyes in an exaggerated way. “I have never seen you wearing a necklace.”
It took a few seconds for Ophelia to realise that Abraxas was talking to her. “Yeah, it is a gift from my… parents.”
Aurora seemed interested, too. “Can I see it?” She asked, only to correct herself. “I mean we, sorry, I forget how much of a little girl Abraxas becomes when it is about jewellery.”
The blonde-haired young man was about to come up with something clever to say to his girlfriend; however, the whole compartment went completely silent for a few moments as Ophelia showed them the rest of the necklace.
Everyone was familiar with the association between the Deathly Hollows and Grindelwald.
“Well,” Abraxas began to speak, “it is quite courageous to carry that around your neck at this time, don’t you think so?”
Before Ophelia could snap at him, Aurora took the word. “It has been common knowledge for a long time that Ophelia supports Grindelwald and his case -at least she has the guts to stand behind her words and her beliefs.” It was seldom that Aurora Rosier became that serious. “Unlike us all, who dare speak about our support only behind closed doors.”
Abraxas couldn’t come up with a response, Emrys turned his gaze to the ground.
A warm smile formed on Aurora’s lips as she looked at Ophelia. “I think it is beautiful.” She said, pointing at the necklace. However, Ophelia wasn’t really there at that moment, instead her mind was drifting to a memory from her fifth year at Hogwarts.
Ophelia freed her arm from Aurora’s firm hold, who had been dragging her to the bathroom at their dormitory. “What the fuck is wrong with you, Aurora?!” Ophelia hissed between her gritted teeth.
“I should ask you the same question, Ophelia.” Aurora responded, her voice was becoming louder by the second. “How can you not tell me that you are Gellert Grindelwald’s one and only heir?!”

Prompt : Past and Future Married Selves From Future Try to Matchmake Present Selves
Timetravel, established IceMav-
****
“What the hell are you doing?”
Mav froze where he was carefully hanging up his bomber jacket on a coat hook and turned to face his husband, clearly recognizing the look on his face. Annoyed but fond, so not truly an Admiral-level of annoyance. “Do I really need to explain it?” He glanced at his jacket on the rung and then toward the desk in the middle of the room with a shiny placard for Lt. Commander Tom Kazansky.
Ice raised his eyebrow, sporting four stars on his shoulders as he took in his past self’s desk. “Seriously? You stole your own jacket and put it in my office?”
“It’s called ‘providing a pretext',” Mav said primly. “I love this jacket. Trust me, I’ll search the whole base, and when I find it in your office, I’ll be relieved and thankful it’s safe.”
“You would be relieved now, but back then?” Ice looked skeptical, walking deeper into his past self’s office. Everything was neat, filed away, no sense of personality, but he knew if he opened up the bottom desk drawer, there would be a framed picture of the Enterprise and their famous handshake. It would take years, and of course finally having Mav as his partner before Ice would have the courage to display it openly.
Then once that happened, he couldn’t help but display it everywhere. Admirals had that type of power.
“Back then, I was definitely looking for a reason to linger in your office,” Mav replied confidently.
“You were still involved with Charlie; you were talking about moving to DC and taking a job at Pax River.”
“Only because I thought I needed to put a whole country between us to keep from getting discharged dishonorably.”
Ice rolled his eyes, not exactly remembering it that way. This time point was painful and sore for him, and when they had both found themselves suddenly back in 1987, he had wanted to hide out in a beach motel until the time-travel spell that hit them both had passed. And it would pass the night after the lunar eclipse; there was enough documentation to guarantee that. Still, in 1987, and since he had been following Mav for almost thirty years at this point, he had followed him again to their old offices at Top Gun reluctantly.
This was a bittersweet point in their history. They had built a friendship in Miramar, but Ice knew he had done it under false pretenses, believing he could only have a friendship with his hopelessly straight wingman. It took serving in a war together and a bail-out over the Gulf to change that.
Suddenly Mav’s eyes lit up, and Ice’s stomach sank in recognition. “Oh, you still shave with that coconut cream during this time! If we rub that on the collar, so I think you were wearing this, I promise you, I’ll be at your door the very next night-“
Sighing, Ice slipped behind his old desk and opened up the top drawer, knowing unerringly that he had stopped keeping that shaving cream in his locker after getting teased about it at Top Gun. “You mean this?”
“Yes!” Mav grabbed it, dispensing a small dab into his palms to rub together. He inhaled the tropical scent with a sigh and then rubbed the lingering scent into the collar of his past self’s jacket. Something about the scent seemed to ignite a fire in his eyes as he took in the old office and flickered to the beat-up couch against the office wall. “Say, Ice-“
“No.”
“Oh come on, we never had a chance to defile this couch, and trust me, I wanted to do it back then-“
That was true enough; teaching at Top Gun provided the foundation for their friendship, and by the time it had turned sexual, they had faced different deployments and long distances. Miramar was in the hands of the Marines now. It was tempting.
1987 Ice wouldn’t have said no to Mav, even though he knew the other man was in a relationship. 2022 Ice, married to the menace, was not any stronger. “Fine- but don’t, and I mean this, don’t come on the cushions, my past self still has to work in here.”

Now you got me interested in Tom’s family more, I always sorta headcanoned him and Gurney could be related because Tom asks “ever set a house on fire?” And Gurney’s spin with arson…got any more??
oh boy youve just opened a can of worms. Let's See.
Tom & Gurney 🧿🎹
gurney himself, despite being 'a crazy ass arsonist,' is the most rational person in that family.
hell the arson shtick is kind of a persona for him. he did set his parents house on fire once, which made them ship him off to boarding school, but that was for good reason.
and honestly? sending him away was the best thing they ever did for him. but they sure didnt do the same for tom.
gurney wanted that same freedom for his younger brother. so as soon as he was stable he came back for him.
tom had a hard time adjusting, given his situation.
until this point tom was homeschooled and largely sheltered.
but thank fuck he met the bully boys. yes they're cruel to many but something was Different about tom.
gurney's self defense lessons paid off.
yeah he made Sure his brother was prepared for the hell that was that school. wanted him to make it through to the other side in one piece.
wanted a better life for him in general, above all else.
aside from that, gurney also lets him indulge in some of the things he cant buy himself, now that he was legally an adult in the eyes of the courts.
smoked together, let him have a beer from his 6 packs, etc.
rarely let his friends have some too on occasion, but not all of them were welcome in his house. (like Davis.)
random fact i cant shoehorn anywhere else: Zoe is also their roommate. she lives in the basement, ran away from home after dropping out, sings screamo in gurney's band. he took her in because he knows damn well how that feels.
Tom & His Parents 🧿⛓
CW: abuse, brainwashing, antisemitism & similar mentions. i will not lie this hits close to home for me personally, and there is a very good chance it will do the same for some of you. Tom was a victim of a much more mundane evil, one i have experience with, though not to the same severity thankfully. regardless: this will not be a pleasant ramble.
his parents were, as some say, off the deep end.
a particular evil that plagued many and got especially ramped up in the states after 9/11.
'far right' is one way to put it, though it doesnt quite encapsulate the full package, imo.
they bought into that conspiracy about the government being ran by lizard alien people. among other things.
the whole world was out to get them, steer their children away from god and his glory, with perverts everywhere trying to defile and rape their precious angels.
as such, public education was not to be trusted.
for the longest time tom and his brother were kept 'safe,' isolated with little more than the church gatherings to keep them sane.
tom still has nightmares about that.
but gurney was sick of asking why. why they had to wear those stupid hats, why he couldnt watch cable tv, why they werent allowed on the computer alone.
so he broke the rules snuck out and got on the road to becoming that 'satanic backstabbing piece of shit' we know and love today.
after which he of course snapped further and said Fuck This House, setting it ablaze forcing them to move and also making them give him his gift of freedom Miles Away.
but circling back to Tom: he was still an angel.
untouched, impressionable. not to be around his brother anymore.
they did Everything to keep him Safe.
they loved him very, very much.
but people that love you are still very, very capable of hurting you.
what they didnt wasn't right. it was suffocating.
and they fought tooth and nail trying to get him back.
dug through the news archives, recognized gurney from his band, followed him home after a concert one day, waited, tried to break in. tried to take tom Home.
that ended poorly for them. thankfully.
tom's experiences are part of the reason he likes horror so much, honestly. but it's different.
at least in movies, you can tell its clearly bad.
in real life, there usually arent any bodies in the basement. no monsters in the woods, no cults sacrificing people. no masks to drop, no big reveal.
because it was never an act to begin with, sometimes.
sometimes people, even your parents, are just wrong.
and they cannot be saved by reason.
at least tom had a brother that had both the knowledge and willpower to save him. not all of us have that luxury.

Hi! Could you do an NSFW Alphabet for Daemon too please?
You got it, boo!
Tumblr media
A= Aftercare (what they’re like after the act)
This is not Daemon's forte. His partner should consider themselves lucky if he so much as throws a damp washcloth their way afterwards.
B= Body part (favorite body part their own or their lovers)
Daemon's favourite body part on himself is either his hair or his eyes - he takes care to adorn his half up do with that little silver clasp, has intricate battle braids and even when it's short, he still has that little "fuck me" strand at the front. His eyes are the most expressive part of his face and his partner can always tell what mood he's in by looking at them.
His favourite body parts of his partner are their lips and their bum. He likes looking at their lips when they speak, likes dragging the pad of his thumb across the swell of their bottom lip, likes how they look wrapped around his cock. He's obsessed. The bum is slightly more obvious - Daemon enjoys grabbing a handful of it when he pulls his partner close or delivering a harsh swat to it as a form of correction.
C= Cum (anything that has to do with it)
Daemon loves seeing this dripping down his partner's face, or splattered across their chest.
D= Dirty secret (Pretty self explanatory)
Swings both ways. Not really a secret, but not something he's particularly open about either.
E= Experience (do they know what they’re doing)
Yes, this man has done it all.
F= Favorite position
Doggy or cowgirl - though if it's cowgirl, you'd best believe he's thrusting upwards. He gives as good as he gets and then some.
G= Goofy (how serious are they)
Not goofy at all. Sex is not a laughing matter - fucking is a pleasure and pleasure is serious business.
H= Hair (grooming habits)
Let's that big brown bush of his just do its thing. Though he is very particular about the hair on his head. No touching.
I= Intimacy (in the moment romantic or rough/dirty)
Rough and dirty, of course! If his partner doesn't sound like they're being brutally massacred then he doesn't consider himself to be doing a proper job.
J= Jack off (do they masturbate and how often)
Constantly. Daemon's a dirty old coot, constantly giving himself hand shandies.
K= Kink (kinks what they like possibly unusual)
Daemon is down to try everything. He's a big, big fan of anilingus though - giving AND receiving. He has a corruption kink too - if a person comes across as shy/sweet/innocent then he is frothing to defile them.
L= Location (where they like to get it on)
Everywhere. Daemon's not fussy - in the infamous words of Rammstein, you have a pussy, I have a dick, let's do it, quick.
M= Motivation (things that makes them tick/turn ons)
Innocence. Lip licking and lip biting. Open defiance of him. Him seeing his partner wear something he has gifted them - a necklace or a brooch - makes him all possessive.
N= No (turnoffs or absolutely won’t do)
Perceived masculinity in women - not big on tom boys or women who he believes could take him or at least give him a hard time in a fight.
O= Oral (receiving or giving and how skillful they are)
Loves both. Is as much a giver as he is a taker.
P= Pace (how fast they are and how long they last in bed)
Decent stamina and rough and ready with it - Daemon doesn't really do lovemaking.
Q= Quickie (do they prefer fast and hard)
Daemon loves a quickie. Any time, any place, he's game.
R= Risk (do they like to try new things)
Yes, Daemon is extremely experimental.
S= Stamina (how many times they can go and how long each round lasts)
Daemon is a one and done type of guy, but that once is so intense his partner likely won't need or want another round.
T= Toys (are they game for using sex toys on themselves or lovers)
Yes to both. Would let his partner fuck him with a strap. Would happily edge them with a dildo.
U= Unfair (how do they tease or do they enjoy suspense themselves)
Daemon does not put up with being teased, though he'll dish out plenty of it to his partner, just to ensure they're dripping for him.
V= Volume (are they loud, what sounds, and do they talk)
Dirty talk the entire time. "You love that, don't you? Little slut." etc. Runs his mouth the whole time, interspersed with feral sounding groans.
W= Wild card (random sincannon of any sort)
Will spank your arse raw if you misbehave and not allow you to look at him while he fucks you. "Naughty girls have to avert their eyes while they take their punishment."
X= X-ray (what’s down below in dem pants)
A big fat laphog - very girthy and a decent 7 inches in size.
Y= Yearning (sexdrive level)
Insanely high.
Z= Zzzz (do they sleep after if so how quickly after)
He's out like a light the moment he's nutted.

Red Wedding II
Take into account that after the Black Dinner that inspired the Red Wedding, one of the architects behind the Black Dinner was James Douglas III, uncle to the two boys killed, leaving him their title and seat as Earl of Douglas. Twelve years, later, history repeated itself when James’s son William was murdered at a dinner in Sterling Castle. There is likely going to be another Red Wedding in The Winds of Winter.
Whose POV is it going to be through?
Jaime, or if not him, then Brienne.
Who is getting married?
Ser Daven snorted. "I'll wed and bed my stoat, never fear. I know what happened to Robb Stark. From what Edwyn tells me, though, I'd best pick one who hasn't flowered yet, or I'm like to find that Black Walder has been there first
-AFFC, Jaime V
Daven Lannister to his Frey bride. In a fit of irony, he cites Robb Stark breaking his agreement to marry a Frey leading to his demise, yet it is his honoring the agreement and his wedding to a Frey that results in his demise.
Where is it going to be?
Riverrun. Its proximity and equidistance to the Westerlands and the Twins makes it the perfect location. It is the castle Daven besieged, the former capital of the Riverlands and the sight of the final Lannister-Frey victory over House Tully when they took their overlords’ castle signifying their de facto rule over the riverlands. It also helps that the Blackfish left it stocked with plenty of food meant to last a two year siege.
Who is going to be there?
A number of other Freys are likely going to be there including Emmon and Genna’s family since they are the Lords of Riverrun.
Lord Walder Frey is going to be there. This wedding is a big deal, celebrating the alliance between Houses Lannister and Frey, and as shown with his defilement of Robb and Cat’s bodies, he is a petty men who likes to humiliate his enemies. Having his kin’s wedding at his former overlords’ castle is something he cannot pass up.
It also draws one other person.
Lord Emmon rubbed his mouth. His hand came away red and slimy from the sourleaf. "To be sure. Riverrun is mine, and no man shall ever take it from me."
-AFFC, Jaime VII
Tumblr media
Lady Stoneheart could not stand the idea of her two most hated enemies celebrating in her family’s ancestral seat. She has her agent Tom O’Sevens in the castle who would likely tell her of the wedding and that Lord Walder is attending. Lord Walder being there means she will definitely come.
She also won’t be the only Tully visiting.
"After the trouble Ser Brynden took to leave us, I doubt that he'll come skulking back." Unless it is at the head of a band of outlaws. He did not doubt that the Blackfish meant to continue the fight.
-AFFC, Jaime VII
The Brotherhood would likely find Brynden and he would of course aid his niece in taking back their family seat. Edmure might be there as well, rescued by the Brotherhood.
How will it go down?
Walder and a few men and Freys from the Twins will come down to celebrate Daven’s wedding in a celebration of the Lannister-Frey alliance as the Lannisters control the Iron Throne and the Freys are de facto liege lords of the riverlands. Tom O’Sevens acting as an agent will coordinate with the Brotherhood to get them into the castle during the celebration.
The smallfolk of Riverrun will likely aid the Brotherhood given they served the Tullys their whole lives and remember Edmure for sheltering them in his castle during the Battle of the Fords while their new lord Emmon doesn’t inspire much confidence in even his own family, and he made them all stand out in the rain for three hours talking about what he expected of them. That’s not even mentioning that they all know he got Riverrun as a reward for the reviled Red Wedding, and his wife Genna is a Lannister, sister and aunt to the same people who attacked them. The smallfolk will likely hold no love for any of the occupants, wedding guests or garrison.
The Brotherhood will also have Jaime and Brienne, with the former in a position similar to the one Roslin was in the first Red Wedding in that he is forced to play a role in the massacre. Like with Brienne who was forced to lure Jaime to them, they will likely force Jaime to serve as a Trojan horse with the Brotherhood using Brienne as a hostage to ensure Jaime will follow through on his part. He will arrive with a supposedly captured Blackfish (and possibly Edmure) as a wedding gift and with the Brotherhood in tow disguised as his men to lure Riverrun into letting them in. Most of them will likely mingle with the Riverrun garrison who will be feasting separate from the main party while a few accompany Jaime to the great hall.
The players in the gallery had finally gotten both king and queen down to their name-day suits. With scarcely a moment's respite, they began to play a very different sort of song. No one sang the words, but Catelyn knew "The Rains of Castamere" when she heard it. Edwyn was hurrying toward a door. She hurried faster, driven by the music. Six quick strides and she caught him. And who are you, the proud lord said, that I must bow so low? She grabbed Edwyn by the arm to turn him and went cold all over when she felt the iron rings beneath his silken sleeve.
-ASOS, Catelyn VII
Like the first Red Wedding, the attack will be signaled by a song. In this case, Tom O’ Sevens will play “Wolf in the Night,” the song commemorating Robb’s victory at Oxcross to signal the attack.
The Brotherhood without Banners and any of Riverrun’s smallfolk will kill off the garrison. Lady Stoneheart then reveals herself at the wedding. Lord Walder’s reaction would be noted now that he is no longer protected behind the walls of the Twins and finds himself surrounded by foes in an enemy castle completely exposed. The same man who quivered at a ten year-old Tywin speaking against Emmon’s match to Genna would undoubtedly be terrified at an undead Lady Catelyn having come for revenge.
"on my honor as a Stark, I will trade your boy's life for Robb's. A son for a son." Her hand shook so badly she was ringing Jinglebell's head.
Boom, the drum sounded, boom doom boom doom. The old man's lips went in and out. The knife trembled in Catelyn's hand, slippery with sweat. "A son for a son, heh," he repeated. "But that's a grandson . . . and he never was much use."
-ASOS, Catelyn VII
Walder will likely make a similar offer of “a son for a son” in a way that shows the contrast between the two characters. While Catelyn offered to spare his kin to save her son’s life, he would be offering his sons’ lives to spare his own, ie “I’m sorry, I know you’re mad about your son’s death. So, how about this? Just to make us even you can kill one of mine. Take Emmon. If you want you can take more.”
Of course, it would work just as well as Cat’s did. Stoneheart won’t be swayed anymore than he was, and he like Cat was, is without any bargaining room. Lord Walder would likely get the most gruesome fate.
Catelyn would gladly have spitted the querulous old man and roasted him over a fire, but she had only till evenfall to open the bridge. Calmly, she said, "All the more reason that we must reach Riverrun, and soon. Where can we go to talk, my lord?”
-AGOT, Catelyn IX
Addam Marbrand's scouts had found them, hanging black-faced beneath a crabapple tree. The corpses had been stripped naked, and each man had a crabapple shoved between his teeth. None bore any wounds; plainly, they had yielded. Strongboar had grown furious at that, vowing bloody vengeance on the heads of any men who would truss up warriors to die like suckling pigs.
-AFFC, Jaime V
Walder will be put on a spit and roasted like a suckling pig over a fire. Such a thing would not be easy for Jaime to watch given it would be reliving his traumatic experience of seeing Aerys burn people alive.
The rest of the Freys and Lannisters captured who aren’t cut down will likely be hanged. Genna might survive, but she would see her children and possibly grandchildren hanged. She would be a mother who lost her family, exactly Cat’s situation at the end of the Red Wedding.
Brynden and Edmure would likely be disillusioned seeing what became of her, realizing this isn’t the Catelyn they knew and loved.
Jaime would escape Riverrun and the Brotherhood eventually, and like last time he would escape with Brienne. But as for House Frey, Walder was the glue holding them all together, and with him gone it’s going to be a civil war in the Twins over who becomes the Lord of the Crossing with Edwyn being next in line but his brother Black Walder will be looking to take that title and Lame Lothar will be working behind the scenes.

disclaimer! everyone in this series is of age and yes the cannon events are a tad bit off, I don't feel comfortable writing about such strong subjects with minors. thank you for understanding. this series DOES contain heavy themes of emotional abuse, mentioning of anxiety disorder, mentioning of eating disorders, drug use, and a bunch of other really heavy topics... please DO NOT read if sensitive to these issues.

⤷ 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫
S1, E1: "Pretend you love me."
y/n comes home after spending the summer with her mom in France, away from her brothers but Voldemort has some news for her… whether she likes it or not.
▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃
The daughter of Voldemort was finally coming home after 3 months away from home. She had stayed with her mom in France, exploring the country from deep cities to forests and greenery... of course, nothing lasts forever.
Here she is, sitting in the car that her father had ordered for her to pick her up from the airport, questioning "What if I hadn't come back?"
"Almost there, Ms. Y/N." The driver peaked in the rearview mirror, glancing at her numb expression.
She replied with a simple "Thank you."
It did feel nice to get away from magical London for a bit... but magical France? That was a dream. She'd give anything to go back right now, anything to not face her father.
When she first told her father about the plan to go stay with her mother all through the summer, he got angry. Of course, he was angry... his only daughter trying to broaden her horizons to see that this isn't the only life she could lead... harming muggle-borns, exterminating muggles?
When she was young, y/n definitely would've said "Yeah, muggles are terrible." but now that she grew up, and interacted with a few muggles, she understood that people shouldn't be judged based on their blood status. Of course, she'd never admit any of this... she couldn't defile the family name as "blood-traitors" when her father was the Dark Lord, and her brothers were next in line to take over the Death Eaters...
The car had pulled into the driveway of the house, and the driver set the car in park. "We're here, Ms. Y/N."
Again, a simple and concise "Thank you." escaped her lips as she had gotten out of the car.
“Ah! Y/N! Welcome home.” your oldest brother, Tom, came to greet you at the door. He must’ve seen the car pulling up in the driveway and rushed to get you. “How was your mom’s?”
“It was beautiful, really…” she replied, holding her arms out in a hug which he quickly reciprocated. “Where’s dad?”
“He’s with Tom, they went to talk to the Malfoys.” Mattheo said, dropping the hug. “Do you need help with your bags?”
The driver was unloading the trunk of the car, the suitcases were being pulled out… and then all of the feelings she tried to escape sunk back into her head and body.
“That’d be great, thank you.” she said, looking down at the graveled driveway and then up to the large, dark house.
“Go on up to your room, I’ll take care of it.”
▃▃▃▃▃ !— Her room —! ▃▃▃▃▃
You turned on the light switch, only to find your room was exactly the same as you left it, ink and an unfinished letter sitting on your desk. The black bedsheets with matching pillows and blankets, along with a stuffed animal you had gotten at your first year at Hogwarts. The clothes that haven’t been traveled with still in your wardrobe. Your private bathroom still as glamorous as you had left it, the curtains were tied back with a silver rope.
You were back home and that meant only one thing… school was starting soon.
The feelings all set in again, the expectations that your father has of you is too much. He expects you to step up and lead the army of Death Eaters when he becomes unable to… meaning if the boy who lived defeated him… to be honest, that’s what you wanted. As cruel as it is to say, you wish Harry would’ve just killed him already… your life would be much easier.
Barely even an hour home and you already want to go back to France, you missed your mom. From everything you’ve heard about her from your father, you expected her to be a vile, evil, self centered woman with a wicked heart… but she was nothing like he described.
You closed your eyes and laid down on your bed, bundling yourself up in the comfort of your blankets that still had remnants of your perfume. Feeling like a hopeless child, you muffled your sobs into the plush fabric of the blankets, tears hitting your pillowcase.
The life you were born into has all been planned for you… no one had ever asked you what you wanted. You wanted to be different but now it seems like you’re stuck in this predicament… stuck in the hell that your father trapped you in and your brothers were stuck right there with you.
▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃

Let’s say Lily Evans is launched back in time to the Halloween morning she died with full knowledge of the future (let’s say she was a ghost and witnessed up to Deathly Hallows and the aftermath). Does she change anything?
Honestly, likely not, if only because she has no means of managing anything better.
If they pick a different secret keeper than Peter, then Sirius will be quickly murdered by the Death Eaters, Peter and Remus will as well, and Voldemort will sooner or later discover who it truly is and either imperious them to murder the family or torture the secret out of them.
Lily could beg Dumbledore to be the secret keeper, SEEING HE'S SOMEHOW ABLE TO LATER, but Dumbledore... has just planned a ten-year murder of her son and groomed him into suicide.
Dumbledore can't be trusted.
If Lily and James run, if she can convince him to run, then they have nowhere to go and Voldemort will find them eventually.
This way, her son survives, it's ten years before You-Know-Who rises again. And you've only given her a single fucking morning to manage anything, not much time.
They could have time to defile Tom Riddle Sr.'s grave and prevent his later resurrection, but Voldemort might have that place protected, and then he'd be tipped off that they know his name and are taking action.
At best, I imagine Lily leaves a note that a) Sirius is innocent (which she knows likely won't be read) and b) FOR THE LOVE OF GOD BLOW UP THE LITTLE HANGLETON CEMETERY (which she also knows... probably won't be read or done by anybody).
Lily might try to have Harry not sent to the Dursleys but... Dumbledore was pretty set on that and will not listen to her posthumous letter at all. I'm sure she writes it anyway.
