Ur subscribed to Kevin’s Fromm, right????? I am too so I have a quick question. I NEED to know if when an artist posts something with ur name, it’s done so that it automatically changes to the user’s name and so everyone gets the same message addressed to them. And since we’re subscribed to the same one (I assume based on what I’ve been chatting abt with Kate) we’d be able to compare or see if that’s how it works. What makes me curious is that although I have my name as ‘Claire ✨ (they/them)’, the part in parentheses was not included so I’m wondering if it’s because it’s in parentheses (and thus if it’s an automatic add of the name, the system may have left it out of the message) or if it’s due to being more personalized or it’s something else. 🤔

But idrk, i only use kebbi as a nickname and so kebbi is what shows up for me. maybe you can try editing it to experiment to see if other things would show/not show~🤗

I’ve been to so many fucking concerts and I’ve been to other concerts since that one and my god it still was the best concert I’ve ever been to in my life. I’m not sure anything will ever beat it. Unless I go to another of his concerts. The only person who could possibly outdo him is him. The only kpop artist I’ve seen live that wasn’t choreographed and yet his stage presence was more mesmerizing than any choreography I’ve ever seen. You can’t take your eyes off him.

Also super impressive how he is tall, dark, and handsome, while simultaneously being soft, gentle, and approachable. I mean, he wasn’t very approachable for me when I did the hi-wave but that’s because he’s really hot and I have a hard time even approaching people that I don’t find incredibly attractive. But he has a bright smile and a warm aura so although I was intimidated as hell and fucked up what I wanted to say, his smile was entirely genuine and I felt truly appreciated as a fan despite the fact I was internally panicking.

And I mean, I never would have gone to see him in concert if I wasn’t already obsessed with his music. I became a fan by chance legit because Spotify recommended me some of his songs several years ago and I was feeling adventurous and decided to listen to something new. It was like “hell yeah, idk who this guy is, but his music is great” and then I looked him up and found out that he’s gorgeous too!!!! And it turned out I’d already heard of him before from people talking abt X1 and other stuff.

But anyway. That was a long rant… sorry, I just get so excited when it comes to him so whenever I have an occasion to talk about him, I take it.

Omg don't ever stop being you! I LOVE how you took this chance to share your thoughts about being a Moodz & thank you for this!!! I always always smile whenever I read Moodzs' encounters with him.

Ohh and I totally can relate to how he may looked intimating at first & yet so soft, adorable and sensitive to Moodzs' feelings. TOTALLY LOVE HIM FOR THAT. His fan service never felt forced. I also like how he prioritizes his own self care nowadays.

I hope I'll see him live one day 🥹 I only attended his online concert a few years back.

I most recently saw ‘Destined With You’ and ‘Doom at Your Service’ and loved both. I want to watch something that is more serious than silly and I’ve discovered that I really like the whole theme of love that exists beyond time or just love happening despite tragic circumstances. ‘While You Were Sleeping’ is probably my most favorite kdrama. If there are some kdramas you can think of that have similar vibes to those, I’d love to hear about them.

this is more of mix of part comedy , drama , romance ( sub sub plot) and action. Weol Ju (played by hwang jung eum) is a pop up restraunt owner who sets her food tent at night where both the dead and the living can grab a drink and she helps people appease their grudges / problemswith a special drink...( i am sorry this synopsis seems weird but give it a go you might like this :) )

2.Hotel del luna

i think this a mix of romcom , fantasy and horror. The story revolves aroung jang man wol ( played gorgeously by IU ) who is the owner of the hotel del luna (she is bound by curse to look after the hotel for dead and make easy passage for them to the nether world). Things start to be different for manwol once she hires goo chan sung as the assistant manager ....While this synopsis sounds boring it is far from it ... It does explore on some thematic aspects of ' resentment ' letting go and found family themes . Also since you said you liked while you were sleeping it's from the same directors that's an added bonus. Also cinematography and OSTs are my absolute favs...

3. Youth of May

this one not a fantasy but rather a sad romance melodrama.. but the directing acting the story was amazing . It revolves around old school romance of two strangers who met at the time of gwangju uprising. (And this drama made me look into south korean history ) It just gives you that nostalgia of what it is to be in love. Also because it is in the backdrop of a major event in sk history it does depicts deaths and cruel reality of the olden time. Anyway this was one of the best dramas i have watched ( please be ready with lots of tissues when watching this )

4. My dearest

Was released as a two part series with total of 21 episodes with each episodes were a art in itself , set in historical times of Qing invasion Yu Gil Chae is a pretty, bubbly, and a bit spoiled young lady who's called the 99 tailed fox of Neunggun-ri. She is also a bit of an outcast because other young ladies are jealous of her. They seem to think she's too straightforward and her behavior is inappropriate for a young lady, while young noblemen think highly of her. Gil Chae knows how to get men to fall for her but fails to capture the heart of the person she likes. Lee Jang Hyun is a mysterious man who suddenly appears in the Neunggun-ri social scene. Nobody really knows anything about him. Young nobles don't like him, but the elderly are wrapped around his finger. He's been dating around a lot, but he becomes curious about a certain 99 tailed fox, and one day, the said fox quite literally crash lands into his arms.

Once war is brewing, the pair finds themselves separated before they could even start to make sense of their feelings.

But the drama isn't just about their love it is much more than that it captivates it's viewers to empathize with emotions of ongoing war and how wthe invasion affects each and every character ( not just the main ) and the beautiful storytelling and the cinematography with added acting brilliance of nam goong min and ahn eunjin you keep yearning for more and more...

this is definitely the most serious one out of this lot.

JUST another rec of a not romance in fantasy but just a thriller fantasy drama that i am currently watching seems absolutely good

5. TOMORROW

Choi Joon Woong seeks a job, but it's hard for him to get hired. One night, he witnesses a man trying to end his life and decides to stop him. He gets acquainted with grim reapers Koo Ryeon and Im Ryoong Gu, who belong to a crisis management team. Their purpose is to prevent people from committing suicide. After Joon Woong ends up in a coma and becomes half-human and half-spirit, he is employed by a company of grim reapers as the newest member of the crisis management team.

Prompt: 4. “Did anyone ever tell you that you look beautiful underneath Christmas lights?”

You woke up this morning knowing you two were going to decorate the whole house in Christmas decor. You happily wake Sangyeon up beside you. He stretches out after blinking his eyes open, his eyes land on you, and he smiles. “Good morning, my love.” You giggle and kiss his cheek, “Mornin’, babe.” He moves to the edge of the bed and slips on some slippers, “What do you say to coffee before we start decorating?” You agree, and the two of you walk downstairs in your slippers and head into the kitchen together. He puts on the pot while you grab your two snowman mugs out. When the pot fills, he pours the coffee into each before putting it back as it percolates. You pour sugar and creamer into both of yours and clink your glasses together before having a few sips. You ask, “How do you think we should decorate it?” He hums, “Well, we did buy a lot of string lights that we didn’t use last year. So, why don’t we decorate ceilings with them?” “Oh! Then we’d have soft lighting throughout the house.” He nods, and you ask, “And the rest is the same?” He hums, “Would you like that?” You smile, “Yeah.” He smiles back, “Then yeah.” You finish your first mugs of coffee and switch from your slippers and into fuzzy socks before heading out to the garage, gathering all the boxes and putting them inside.

You find the kitchen box first, “Let’s start out small?” He nods and helps you switch the potholders, towels, plates, and cups out for Christmas dishes. You grin as you find your snowman cookie jar and place it in the center of the island. “I’m so excited to make Christmas cookies now!” He smiles, “I’m so ready to eat them.” You laugh as you push at his chest, “Me too.” You return to the box and find he’s taken the final thing out. You place it to the side before you start on the Christmas tree. It takes a while to unfurl the branches, check the colorful lights to ensure they still work, string them up around the tree, hang the bulbs, put the garland on, and lastly, place the Christmas star on the top of the tree together. You both take a break on the couch, and he asks, “What do you say we order in?” You hum, “For dinner?” He nods, and you decide on a menu together before ordering it for later. 

You finish putting all the decorations around the house, minus the Christmas lights Sangyeon wants to string up when the food arrives. You pick it up from the door and tell the person happy holidays before heading into the kitchen, where the garland, sparkles, and possible dust have cleared. You sigh as you finally sit down and relax. You sort out your food and eat in silence as you both rest. When you both finish your dinners, you ask, “Are you ready for Christmas lights?” He sighs, “Maybe another minute.” You laugh, and you both take in your tired expressions. He grabs your hand in his and squeezes it, “You okay, love?” You shake your head, and he chuckles, “Me neither.” You laugh and squeeze his hand back, “There’s only Christmas lights left. We can pull through.” He agrees, pulling you up from your chair, and places a kiss on the top of your head before you head to the big box of lights. You check if every strand works before going around and stringing every possible surface in sight. You both work on step stools, draping the ceiling edge to edge in lights. When you step down from the stepstool for the last time, you sigh, holding your back, and catch Sangyeon doing the same. You laugh at each other before plugging in all the lights and putting the step stools away. You take your time putting every box and container inside of each other before putting them in the garage. 

You pause in the garage, and you both take your time getting back into the living room, taking another small break before you see how all your hard work paid off. You walk in together, looking up and around at everything you both hung and placed around the house before you settle underneath the twinkling Christmas lights that give the hallway a soft glow. You stand beside each other, taking it all in. You whisper, “We did a good job.” He hums as he agrees before he turns towards you. You raise your eyebrow, and he looks at you, his eyes shining like a million stars as he tells you, “Did anyone ever tell you look beautiful underneath Christmas lights?” You shake your head with a laugh, “No,” expecting him to say anything but that. He puts his hands on your waist before telling you it again. And this time, he adds, “You look beautiful all the time, my love. But right now, you glow.” You blush and look down at your guy's fuzzy socks. One of his hands leaves your hip to lift your chin up. You look into each other’s eyes. His eyes twinkling underneath the string lights, you whisper, “Your eyes are glittering.” He smiles and whispers against your lips, “Because they’re full of you.” before capturing yours in his. When you pull away, you grin at him, pecking his lips before he takes your hand in his and leads you over to the couch. You sit side by side, hand in hand, as you look around at the room from a different perspective. He hums, “Love?” You turn to look back at him, “I love you.” You grin, “I love you too. Happy early Christmas, Sang.” “Happy early Christmas, (N/n).”

I’m so happy. I was placed in third year Korean after I took the placement test which means I’ve passed elementary and intermediate levels and I’m on track to graduate in the amount of time I intended to. It also means that my level standing matches my credit standing which indicates I’m now a junior in college. My vocabulary is probably a bit lacking but I know a lot of different grammar, so I think I’ll be good. I’m so excited to finally study Korean as a major after all these years. I decided to be a Korean major when I was in high school and after a long wait, I’m now actually doing it!

You’ve been looking forward to seeing your best friend all week after making plans on Tuesday to see each other on Saturday. You couldn’t be more excited. You knew you’d be coming from opposite sides of town, so you both agreed to meet up there. And when you get closer to the building, you see he’s sitting on the bench by the door, waiting for you outside. You grin as you get closer. When he gets up, you instantly wrap him up in a hug, “I’ve missed you so much!” And he grins as he hugs you back, “I've missed you too.” You guys smile as you pull back and tell him, “I have so much to catch you up on!” He grins and pulls you into the restaurant, excited to hear about it. The host asks, “Table for two?” You both nod, and they quickly seat you at a table. You look over the menus and choose a pizza together before the waitress comes over, “Hi, welcome to Papa’s Pizza. What can I get you?” 

Chanhee orders your drinks, and she asks, “Are you ready for me to take your pizza order, or do you two need more time?” You shake your head before telling her what you’d both like on your pizza. When she leaves, you ask, “You sure you didn’t want more? You usually get more food than I do?” He shakes his head, “Not this time. I had waffles before making my way here.” You laugh, “Of course, that makes sense.” He smiles and asks, “You still up for coming over later?” You nod, “I finally get to hang out with my bestie! Of course, I want to come over and stay with you as long as I can today.” He grins, “I knew it~ I already had your favorite yogurt prepared.” The both of you giggle, and the waitress sweetly brings you your drinks. You thank her before continuing, “Well, you better tell me everything that’s happened over the month.” And he hums and rolls his eyes back, acting as if he’s thinking about it when you already know he has something he’s ready to spill. He tells you about Sunwoo’s recent audacity and everything else that has happened lately in the dorm, and you can’t help but laugh. And you talk about the shenanigans you’ve been getting up to at work after the pizza arrives. Actively catching him up on everything and anything you could think of.

When he exclaims, “Omg! How could I forget about that!” Your eyes widen, and you eagerly lean in, wondering what he’ll bring up next as you eat your pizza. He starts telling you how someone was flirting with him the other day. And how he prefers to be called handsome. You already knew that, and he tells you, “And he was calling me pretty, and you know how it is when someone’s calling you pretty that you don’t like?” You look at him oddly because you’ve never had that experience, “No, I don’t? No one has ever said that romantically to me, actually. I’m not pretty…” You quickly clarify, “I mean! It’s not a bad thing. I don’t need to be pretty to be valid and deserve love. I’m just not what people generally consider attractive, and I’m okay with that.” And instead of the usual Chanhee response of ‘Of course, you’re pretty. You’re my best friend’, you get a confused Chanhee asking, “But then what would you think of someone who did find you pretty and attractive?” You shrug and tell him with a laugh, “I don’t know, probably that their tastes are a bit odd.” And without missing a beat, he says, “Do I seem odd to you?” You look at him, baffled, because what did he mean by that? He is wearing Chanel in a quaint mom-and-pop pizza place, which could be interpreted as odd, but? That isn’t out of the ordinary. 

When it clicks and you blink at him, “You- You- I uh?! Um- What?” He grabs your hand, “Do you find me odd because I find you attractive? You and I don’t fit the traditional beauty standards. But that doesn’t make you not pretty, and that doesn’t make me not handsome.” You look down at your pizza, “I uh- Chanhee, of course, you’re handsome, but you’re- I- I’m not- I-” He holds your hand tighter, grounding you as he says, “(Y/n), look at me.” You do, and he tells you, “It drives me nuts how attracted I am to you. I’ve turned down so many dates, not because they weren’t interesting. But because my heart belongs to you.” You blink at him, processing it all. Your best friend is confessing to you. Your best friend, the man you’ve loved all these years and found to be the most handsome guy on earth, is telling you his heart belongs to you? You’re shocked, but you can’t help but feel happy. 

You know you’re red as confess, “Chanhee,” he hums, and you continue, “My heart belonged to you well before I even knew what I felt for you. I’ve wanted you so bad for so long.” He brings your hand up to his lips, kissing it before he looks into your eyes, “My pretty, lovely baby. I’ll make sure to remind you how pretty you are.” You smile, “You’ve always done that in a friendly way.” He smirks, “I know. But now, I’m going to make sure you remember it.” You blush, he kisses your hand again, and you interlock your fingers. 

You spend the rest of the dinner hangout, now date. Talking about how you both fell for each other and when. And all the various things you found attractive about each other. You finish your pizza instead of walking with your arms locked like you always did when the two of you hang out. Chanhee interlocks your hands together and swings them as you walk to his home. Everything changed in an instant. But it all feels the same as you giggle and talk about everything and anything that comes to your mind.
