Toko seems like she's a subtle manipulator, mostly hanging out in the library with you and trying to keep you there as long as possible.

She probably uses the excuse of you being so lucky to speak with her as a fan.

Even if you did try to distance yourself... It would be difficult to do.

She may not give you up.

In fact, she may just continue to follow you even if you leave the library.

I know the fandom has generally accepted Tofu to refer to the ship between Toko and Byakuya, but it’s such a cute nickname for Toko herself.

While romanized to Tofu and Toko, both are spelt with “U”s in Japanese, Toufu (とうふ) and Touko (とうこ). Also, the “fu” in Tofu uses the same kanji as the one in Fukawa (腐).

In UDG Komaru refers to Toko as Fukawa-san and there’s the one scene where she calls her “Touko-chan”. In English, since she already calls her Toko, Komaru uses “Toki” instead. Imagine how cute it would be if she called her Tofu…

And Syo could be Shoyu.
