i like asian food but i can’t cook rice so my hack is just to chuck it into a tortilla then toast it
#today: Mughlai chicken handi….in a toasted wrap with mayo and lettuce lmao#don’t suggest a rice cooker I already have one and I still can’t get the water to rice ratio correct#my Asian friends yell ‘use your finger!!!!! it’s so easy!!!’ but babe….I can’t#it literally and physically does not work for me#it’s always under or over cooked!!!!!!
