I understand why normal people (((Eleanor Oliphant)))) use the weekends to get blind drunk because then they don't torture themselves thinking about WORK on their days off (which is way way more damaging than any amount of vodka)

#i mean I'm not going to do that but i just UNDERSTAND why they do #like it's a spiralling thing #i worry about everything at my work - all the returns not even started & all the stuff i have to do & what I'll do when i get in on Monday #like no #this is the worst way to spend the weekend #and then I'm like what do normal people do and I'm reminded about eleanor Oliphant - the most completely normal person #a hero #for everyone #like every weekend i get annoyed at myself for not taking files home to do bookkeeping at home #i mean it's not like i don't have anything on - i have heaps on #today i want to go shopping in Malvern and explore and get some ingredients for my next meal prep #tomorrow i want to wash clothes at my parents house and get my computer that's still there and go to the footy #HEAPS #but my brain keeps spiralling back to work stuff #this is where the vodka would kick in and knock those brain cells out
