My Day:

1 hour and a half of chasing after a feral kitten on campus. Got scratched up from the thorn bushes and pine trees it was in. Have needles in my hair and no kitten. It got too scared and hid under some tangled berry bushes I couldn’t get through. At least it ate my ham.

15 minutes of people watching while drinking a coffee and eating a toastini. Listening in on the conversations of others is so entertaining. Lots of funny things to overhear.

I think the sunlight and exercise did me good. My arms and legs may be scratchy, but I feel more alive than I’ve felt in a long...long while.

This dish is simple in nature and had a flavor profile that sort of resembled a taco, as Kevin said. It is one of those dishes that makes you feel good. All the parts are homemade which already elevates your appreciation for what you are eating. It is not heavy or overly fattening. Yesterday’s intake 9/20/18

So last night I binged, or should I say one of my alters binged? I have D.I.D., something I haven’t seen anyone else in the community with and they were up and binged on Wendy’s.

So the intake I ate was

Goat cheese toastini - 414

Hot Apple Cider with cinnamon - 120

Couscous - 176

Total: 710 (my goal was 800)

Exercise: yoga - 326

Net 384

Binge:

Spicy chicken sandwich - 510

Large chocolate frosty - 820

Net final 1714

I’m really upset and can’t wait to fast come Monday. I can’t now because I’m at my boyfriends who constantly watches me. I’ll do better today. I’m scared to weigh myself right now
