Intoxicated (wait i don't know who's intoxicated!)

The world was spinning a little. The stumbling to get back to his hotel got slower and slower until he gave into the challenging new gravity that rears its head when he’s almost blacking out. Falling back on his ass, Jiraiya picked a slightly more quiet alleyway to try and wait for a bit of sobriety to hit. This town is known for it’s good liquor and night life, boy did it deliver!

When a shadow casts over him he looks up the best he could with the squinty two piss holes in the snow eyes he gains while fucked up.

“Well fancy meetin’ you ere!” He greets with his arms out in an almost shrug hug noodly arm gesture.

a slightly new take on both mugs this time

I’m working through some super old commissions that people have been very patient about, thank you so much for waiting 😅

I gave myself a little vacation from mug stress, but almost every commission I’d agreed to was mug-shaped so… it kind of halted my progress there. but I’m still glad I gave myself a break. kiln time is always stressful but oof so much worse with both commissions and mugs (and commissioned mugs!) in the kiln

I fired my kiln this past Saturday and got some pretty sweet stuff out of it (also some minor glaze issues, but nothing catastrophic & more good than bad, so phew!). Especially happy with some of these mug inside/handle glazes...

& also pretty thrilled with how vibrant the underglaze stayed!!
