It's been precisely two hours since you donned the bear mascot outfit representing your school. You only agreed to do it because no one else volunteered and thought it might be fun. However, the experience has been anything but fun. With only 30 to 40 minutes left in the costume, you are counting down the seconds until you can take it off.
The basketball jersey, hat, and shoes the bear is wearing are decorated with your school's logo, with the school's signature colors of yellow and green accenting the trim, number, and player names. You are thankful that nobody from other sections knows it's you inside the costume; otherwise, you would feel incredibly embarrassed.
You check the time and realize that 20 minutes have already passed. You hope the game will end in the next 10 minutes or so. A few students request a picture with you, and you oblige them. Five more minutes pass, and the game is nearly over. You can’t wait to get out of the mascot outfit and take a shower.
Sweat drips down to your ankles, causing you to shiver. This is the longest you have ever worn the mascot, 2 hours and 10 minutes.
After what had seemed about an eternity, the game finally finished. All of the players and spectators collected their belongings and fled. Except for a handful who freshened up or spent time with their friends prior to heading home, unfortunately for you, Kim Woonhak happened to be one of those individuals, for whom you were growing feelings.
Once everyone had left, you finally had the chance to rid of the ludicrous costume that had caused you to sweat profusely. Though you noticed a few lingering figures in the vicinity, you chose not to approach them, assuming they were likely teachers, janitors, or guards. As you removed the mascot's head, a cool breeze struck your face. you were taken aback to find Kim fucking Woonhak standing there, his jaw dropping and eyes bulging in what appeared to be an utter shock - as though he had just witnessed the most unbelievable thing in his life.  "I... I never knew you were a girl, or uhm.. uhh... pretty!" Holy shit. This is extremely mortifying. You can't even begin to express the depths of humiliation you're feeling. The fact that it involves Kim Woonhak, the person you've had the most obvious crush on since sixth grade, makes it incredibly, excruciatingly, so intensely humiliating. Is it just you or does it seem like the fan isn't working?
"Thank... you?" The words slipped out of your mouth, your voice wavering with uncertainty. As you fidgeted with the bottom half of the mascot, your hands betrayed your nervousness. The expression on your face told the whole story - a mix of embarrassment, anxiety, and the discomfort of being caught off guard. Sweat trickled down your forehead, emphasizing the redness that flushed your face, a combination of the stifling heat and the overwhelming humiliation of the moment. Woonhak's unexpected presence only intensified your unease, leaving you at a loss for words.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to catch you off guard. I-I was just checking if anyone was here since I was uh, gonna lock up the.. uhm... gym!" Woonhak stammered, his apology filled with genuine concern. He tried his best to shed the awkward tension that enveloped the air but fell short in his attempt.
"It's alright. No need to apologize," you reassured him, your voice trembling slightly. "I wasn't expecting anyone else to be here either. I assumed it was just teachers and guardians. Guess we both got caught off guard." You utter as you took hold of the lower half of the costume, a sudden chill in the air sent a shiver down your spine. The contrast between the hot and humid gym and the cooler surroundings intensified the discomfort, further adding to the already awkward situation.
Woonhak nodded in agreement, his eyes still fixed on you with an intensity that made you feel self-conscious. You tried to disregard it, but the emotion only grew stronger. You wished you could just evaporate- or at least get out of this sweaty, reeking costume.
As you struggled to remove the rest of the bear suit, Woonhak stepped forward to help. You were grateful for the gesture, but it only caused you to feel more exposed and vulnerable. You tried to focus on the task at hand, but your hands were quivering so badly that you could barely get a hold of the zipper.
Finally, after what seemed like forever, you were unburdened by the costume. You took a deep breath of fresh air and felt the calm draft wash over your sweaty skin. You turned to thank Woonhak, but he was already walking away, his head down and his hands playing with the fabric of his jersey.
You felt a pang of disappointment, but you couldn't blame him for wanting to get away from the awkward situation. You gathered your things and headed out of the gym, feeling fatigued and embarrassed. you couldn't help but replay the uncomfortable encounter in your head, wondering if things would ever be the same between you and Woonhak.
As you make your way out of the gym, you notice Woonhak and his group of friends looking at you. Just as you try to avoid their gaze, he rides up to you on his bike, beckoning you to join him. "It'll be faster if you ride with me. Don't forget to take a warm shower, wouldn't want you to catch a cold. I want to see you tomorrow!" His words catch you off guard, and you can't help but feel a mix of confusion and excitement.
Up close, Woonhak looks even better than you remembered. His endearing smile and delicate demeanor make him seem like a big teddy bear. You hesitate for a moment, recalling the events that happened earlier, but ultimately agree to ride with him. "Uh, okay," you reply, your voice tinged with nervousness. Despite your uneasiness, you're grateful for the opportunity to spend more time with him.
As Woonhak makes his way down the road on his bike, he suddenly turns to you. "Hug me, so you don't fall." he says with a smile. You're surprised by his proposal, but you don't hesitate to envelop your arms around him. As you hold on to him tightly, you feel a sense of warmth and comfort wash over you. It's as if all of your nervousness vanished at that moment, and you can't help but feel grateful for his presence. Being in his arms feels like a dream come true, and you can't help but wonder if this is the start of something special.
As you ride on his bicycle, you can't help but feel a sense of security and contentment. The wind rushes through your hair, and the relaxed breeze washes over your skin. You feel alive and free, and for the first time in a long while, Woonhak's company is enough to make you feel safe.
As you reach your destination, you shift to thank Woonhak for the ride. But before you can say anything, he leans in and plants a soft kiss on your cheek. You feel your face flush with warmth, and your heart races with excitement. You can't believe that this is happening to you - it's like something out of romance fiction.
"Thanks for the ride," you murmur, your voice barely audible. Woonhak beams at you, and you feel a sense of belonging wash over you. Maybe this is the start of something special, something you've been yearning for all your life. As you make your way back home, you can't help but let out a squeal of excitement. You're grateful for the unexpected turn of events, and you can't wait to see what the future holds. But for now, you're content just being in the moment with the person who makes your heart skip a beat.

I just can't
So leftist want all Jews dead because they label them as white (most of them) and quite a few people on the right actually think Jews are controlling the world and want them dead.
I don't fucking understand this. I really don't I do not get the "Jews are actually destroying the world and are puppeteering in the shadows" mentality. the same as I don't understand the History illiterate people who think Jewish people are not native to the Israel.
No really prove it. You can't. OH WOW some people in positions of power around the world HAPPEN to be Jewish. Ok......so what? What's your point. That's the same mentality of, "Some black people commit crime, therefore they must ALL commit crime." And yes it is exactly the same. And yes I see you leftists. You think Jewish people are all just these white landlords who are trying to take away poor "poc" peoples homes. Sorry shithead. No. Palestinians are not defendant of Philistines. WE KNOW they aren't. AND even if they were. Jews lived in that region even before they did.
I do not get this Leftists and Far Right hate of Jews. I really don't. It makes zero sense. I'm in servers in discord that talk about things like DEI, and current day issues and when I get in VC, or listen to certain people talk or hint, they are all trying to say that "The issue is Jews". HOW EXACTLY!?!? WEF is not headed by some "Jewish Cabal". There's no "conspiracy" where all Jews just have this INSTALLED SOFTWARE where they are like, "Ya know, I want to destroy every country, I want to rule from the shadows, and I just love flooding nations with those not of their ethnic groups".
WTF. No really WHAT THE EVER LOVING FUCK! I can't get away from this shit. It's insane to me that leftists and far right all seem to believe the most insane conspiracies about Jewish people and I legit DO NOT understand. Dear Far Right, the idea that "A few Jewish people are in positions of power and doing stupid things. Therefore all Jews are the problem" is quite literally no different AT ALL than the Leftist view of, "White people have owned slaves period, they will never be able to repent. Henceforth are all evil." IT'S THE SAME FUCKING MINDSET!
And Leftists. LEARN ACTUAL FUCKING HISTORY. And maybe stop viewing all groups you hate as "White" or "White adjacent". Stop viewing Jewish people through the lense of "Landowners" and "Rich people". You are literally participating in the same Nazi rhetoric Hitler did. You are no better than the far right.
What the fuck is wrong with the world. What? The Bible called Jews god's chosen and now the whole world just wants to just delete them? I'm not even religious but fucking hell. What the FUCK.
Mutuals. Follows. Please if you know anything I ask you weigh in on this. If I tag you don't feel obligated to respond. I'd just like your opinion on this. Because I respect your opinions.

Mr. Wonderful
This is a love story.
I'd like to say it was a classic case of love at first sight, but I don't know if that's true.
All I know for certain is that it's a love that was meant to be.
We don't get many quality folk in this dump that calls itself a diner. Truckers who haven't seen a washcloth in days – weeks maybe. Bums who stumble in to get out of the cold, taking up table space long after they've drained the last drop of coffee in their cup. Old folks on a tight budget looking for a cheap meal. Cheaters looking to score, streetwalkers looking to oblige them. Impatient, forlorn, pitiful people. Losers, every one.
He stood out like a sunbeam slicing through a cloudy sky. Clean, well-dressed, and handsome – god, he took my breath away with his movie star good looks. He was way prettier than the models you see in those fancy magazines – the ones I leaf through in the grocery line, but can never afford to buy.
“I'm gonna to marry that man,” I murmured.
Rhonda snapped her gum as she turned her head to follow my gaze. “Him?” She snorted. “Honey, he's out of your league. Married. Or gay. My money is on gay. Look at the long-haired fella he's with. There's something going on between them.”
“I don't care. I want that table. I'll trade you for the party of six.” I hitched my thumb towards table three.
The cackling old biddies sitting there were fussy, but they were surprisingly good tippers. Regulars who liked to meet up after church, or their book club, or whatever. Normally, Rhonda and I butted heads over who got to serve 'em.
“Your loss.” Rhonda shrugged and sauntered away. I saw the good-looking guy shoot a glance at her ample bosom as she walked by.
Gay, my ass.
I popped a couple of buttons on my blouse, the better to display my cleavage. If he liked boobs, mine were an even bigger eyeful than Rhonda's. The rest of the package wasn't bad either.
The green eyes that turned my way as I approached the back-corner booth set me in mind of an emerald I once saw in a store window. Dazzling. No other word for it.
“What can I offer you, gentlemen?” I asked in as sultry a voice as I could muster.
“Well, I don't know,” Mr. Wonderful drawled – and damned if he didn't sound just as good as he looked. “What do you have to offer?” The suggestive smile that accompanied the question set my pulse racing and my cheeks ablaze.
“Dean!” the tall one barked.
Oh-oh. I quickly suppressed a sigh. Jealous boyfriend alert. Abort! Abort!
But it would appear luck was on my side, because the next words out of his mouth were:
“You'll have to excuse my brother. He... He's...” Mr. Tall flung up his hands, as if giving up on trying to explain the unexplainable.
His (hallelujah!) brother grinned unrepentantly.
“I'll have a salad – the house dressing is fine,” Mr. Tall continued, obviously deeming it better for all concerned if he changed the subject. “He'll have the double cheeseburger with fries. And, uh... two coffees, please. Make mine decaf.”
“And pie,” Dean added. His eyes caressed my name tag, before straying over to the curve of my breast. “Apple if you've got it, Sherri with an 'i'. With whipped cream –”
“And a cherry on top?”
“Ahh, a woman after my own heart. Thank you, darlin'.”
I could feel the weight of his stare as I walked away. Who could blame me if I put a little extra wiggle in my walk?
“Not gay,” I whispered as Rhonda and I crossed paths. “With his brother. And he's a first class flirt.”
“Hrmph,” she muttered. “That don't mean nothing. I might bump him from gay to bi, but that's the best I can do for you. My gaydar's never wrong.”
Have I ever mentioned how much I hate Rhonda? She's my best friend and I love her to bits, but she can be an insufferable pain in the ass when she thinks she's right. Which is all the time.
I wasn't going to let her be right this time. Mr. Wonderful – Dean! – was the kind of man I'd been dreaming of for far too many years. I was through with settling for Cracker Jack toys! I wanted a real prize. And there he was... not ten feet away.
A glance over my shoulder at the booth showed Dean frowning as Mr. Tall shoved his laptop towards him. They both seemed pretty engrossed by whatever was on that screen. Real serious, like. So it would appear that I had a little competition after all. Digital competition. Pfftt! I wasn't worried about that. With my looks and bubbly personality, most men easily sway the way I want them to go. I fluffed my hair and unfastened yet another button. Hey, when you're going for the gold, you gotta give it all you've got.
I picked up the tray containing their order and called up my best smile. The megawatt one that best shows off my dimples and pearly whites.
That smile dimmed considerably as I turned to face them.
There was a third person in the booth. Another man. Another looker, with dark, wind-swept hair and heavy five o'clock shadow on his chiseled jaw. Dean had scooched over to make room for Mr. Trench Coat, but they were sitting close. Really close. In fact, they were pressed together from shoulder to hip to knee.
Dean caught my eye as I approached and hissed, “Personal space!”
“My apologies,” Mr. Trench Coat replied in a low rumble that rivalled Dean's for the honour of sexiest voice ever. Though why he was apologizing wasn't clear to me. Dean was the one who hadn't moved over far enough in the first place. The bigger question was where he had come from, though. I hadn't heard the bell ring to announce his arrival. It was a mystery that didn't sit well with me.
“Would you like to place an order, sir?” I said, polite and frosty in the same breath, as I set plates in front of the two brothers.
“No.”
No, thank you. Lovely manners you have, there.
Blue eyes lifted to meet my gaze, staring at me – through me – as if they could see into my very soul.
“No, thank you,” he intoned.
And just like that, I was dismissed. I mattered less to him than the cockroaches in the kitchen.
His eyes turned back to Dean. Dean's gaze fell to his plate. Mr. Tall choked back what could have been a chuckle – or maybe he just swallowed funny.
I beat a hasty retreat. But I wasn't done with table nine yet. Dean was clearly a dessert man. And I had pie as my secret weapon. Homemade pie, too. None of that pasty store-bought stuff most dives like ours serve. I baked it myself twice a week to squeeze a few extra bucks from our skinflint boss, and I wasn't beyond letting that little fact slip when I brought a slice over to Dean. So, take that, Blue Eyes.
Confidence restored, I felt almost generous towards the poor guy. I even brought him a glass of ice water – which he didn't touch. Nor did he thank me for it.
It was a fairly busy night, but I kept glancing over to that corner as I hurried about my tasks. Dean had once again inched closer to Blue Eyes – or maybe Blue Eyes was crowding him? Either way, their knees and elbows were knocking. Mr. Tall noticed this too. Judging from the knowing little smirk he wore, it wasn't the first time he'd seen it happen. But even his eyebrows rose when Blue Eyes casually swiped a fry from Dean's plate, and Dean didn't so much as blink. He'd slapped Mr. Tall's hand when he'd tried that trick not five minutes before, hard, growling something along the lines of, “if you insist on eating rabbit food, don't expect me to share the good stuff.”
Blue Eyes dove in for another fry. And then a third. And then he snagged Dean's coffee and took a tentative sip.
Apparently, that wasn't much to his liking. I had to turn away from the sourpuss face he pulled, just so I didn't laugh out loud. When I turned back, Dean was doctoring his coffee – pouring in creamer and adding tons of sugar – all without taking his eyes off the computer screen or his mind off his ongoing conversation with Mr. Tall. He removed the stir stick from the mug and licked it. Blue Eyes took advantage of his distracted state to grab the coffee and cautiously sample the results. He smiled and took a second, deeper drink. And a fourth fry.
It was with considerably less enthusiasm than I had originally planned that I delivered the pie and declared it was made by yours truly.
Oh, I hovered in the vicinity, ready and eager to reap the rewards of my labour, but I had a sinking feeling that Rhonda – once again – was going to be proven right.
Sure enough, I wasn't the one Dean sought out after the first bite. The look of bliss that crossed his face was all I'd wished for – and more – but it was Blue Eyes he turned to. Blue Eyes on the receiving end of an ecstatic smile. Blue Eyes who obligingly opened his mouth when so prompted, and thus received the second forkful of my pie.
What Blue Eyes thought of it, I'll never know. For at that very moment, the bell that had been faithfully announcing arrivals and departures (except for Blue Eyes', of course) blasted from its place above the door, followed by the door itself. Shattered glass flew in all directions, and the metal frame embedded itself in table five. I heard Rhonda scream, saw her limping for the kitchen with blood seeping from a gash on her left leg. Customers who jumped up, preparing to follow her example and flee, were trampled as a horde of people poured into the diner – fifteen – twenty – maybe more. They looked like a biker gang, all dressed in black leather with dangling chains, all tattoos and piercings and unkempt beards. We've had a lot of bikers pass through. Most of 'em never cause a spot of trouble, though a couple of times we've had rival gangs rumbling in our parking lot. But I'd never, ever before seen black eyes like this lot had. Black. So very black. Like the gates of hell must be...
I'm a little hazy on what happened next. There was a lot of hollering and pushing and crashing. Things flew through the air – tables, chairs, even people.
I slipped in a puddle of what I sincerely hoped was ketchup, and felt myself falling... but, somehow, Dean was there to catch me. He scooped me up in his arms like the hero in one of those stupid romance novels Rhonda likes to read. He carried me through the mêlée, shoved me into the restroom, and told me to lock the door and keep it locked.
He didn't have to tell me twice. I didn't have to see any more to know that whatever was happening out there, it was bad. Really bad.
I just prayed the bathroom door was strong enough to keep it from happening to me.
If there had been a window, I would have climbed out of it and run away.
But there wasn't a window. And I would never have known the end of the story if I had skipped out at the middle.
Two clear voices rang out, rising above the continuous chorus of furious shouts and frantic cries. A sudden wash of light crept under the door, almost blinding me with its intensity. The silence that followed was almost worse than the horrible noise that preceded it.
I'm not ashamed to admit I screamed like a little girl when a quiet knock sounded on the door. I was bawling like one too, I was that scared: snot and mascara smearing my face, breath hitching and heart hammering fit to burst.
“Sherri? Sherri, it's Sam. It's over. It's okay to come out.”
“I don't know you, Sam.” I sniffled and drew closer to the door, but I wasn't about to open it. “Why should I trust you?”
“I'm Dean's brother.”
“Where's Dean?”
“He was injured in the attack. Cas is... uh... patching him up. Don't worry, Dean's in good hands.”
“Is Cas a doctor?”
“No... not exactly. He's... It's hard to explain. Sherri, will you open the door? We have to get you out of here.”
“Dean told me to stay put.”
“Oh, for Christ's sake,” I heard Sam mutter. And then, louder, “Cas! Can you help Dean over here? I need him to convince Sherri that it's safe.”
Slow, shuffling footsteps made their way across the floor. It felt like an eternity before the voice I wanted to hear finally spoke my name.
“Sherri,” he said wearily. “It's Dean. Open the door.”
Blue Eyes was standing there scowling at me when I cracked the door open. His arm was snugly draped around Dean's waist, clearly supporting most of his weight. Dean's arm was slung around Blue Eyes' shoulders, further steading himself. I suppose I should have felt guilty for making Dean come to me in his condition, but I didn't. I flung myself against his chest and hugged him tight. But not too tight, and not for as long as I really wanted to hold him. His quick gasp let me know how much his ribs were hurting him.
“Thank you,” I said, reluctantly stepping back. “Thank you for saving my life.”
“It's what we do. Besides, how could I deprive the world of a five star pie maker like you?” The cocky grin was back and (damn!) it looked good on his face. Even bruised and bleeding, he was one fine looking man.
Blue Eyes' fingers twitched, knotting into the fabric of Dean's shirt. His little finger brushed against bare flesh where the shirt had rucked up. Dean shivered and turned a questioning gaze his way. “Sam will take you home,” he said absentmindedly, as if he'd already forgotten I was still standing there. It was obvious he was trying real hard to fit a puzzle together, as if he'd just found a missing piece and the picture was finally making sense.
Sam ushered me away, his giant hand hovering near my face, ready to shield me from the worst of the carnage, or so I believed at that moment. We were almost to the door when a thought struck me.
“Rhonda!” I exclaimed, suddenly stopping dead in my tracks. “She went into the kitchen. She was hurt.”
“Wait here.” Sam righted a toppled chair and gently but firmly insisted I sit down. I bit my lip as I looked around. Carnage? Where was the carnage? There should have been bodies. Lots of bodies. But there were none, just a strange, dark ash that coated every surface. As if the people had been burned away.
I remembered the blazing light.
Just before it flared, I remembered a voice calling, “Dean! Dean!” Desperation filled the cry. The anguish of a man about to lose all that he held dear. The voice of a blue-eyed man who liked his coffee overly sweet.
And I remembered Dean's voice crying out in reply. One single word: “Cas!” As if the name carried with it a thousand conversations they'd never had – should have had – might now have.
The kitchen door swung on its rusty hinges, and Sam came towards me carrying Rhonda as if she weighed no more than a kitten. She was unconscious, but alive. I felt my heart blossom in relief as I rose from the chair and rested a hand on her arm. Sam led us out the door. Out to the blessed smell of fresh air, where a hint of rain lingered like a promise on the breeze.
I don't know why I turned around for one final look at Mr. Wonderful.
He didn't look back at me.
He and Blue Eyes were too busy staring into each other's eyes.
Slowly, Dean leaned forward. Just as slowly, Blue Eyes tilted his head and leaned in to meet him halfway.
All love stories should end with such a tender, yearning kiss.
And, like I said at the beginning, this is a love story.
It just isn't mine.

hey, it's mun again. i was a little dramatic last time i did one of these but it's been about a month or two and i've calmed down a bit and y'know i feel like i've gotten comfortable with letting the mask down and just kinda bein' frank with you fellas, so let's get down to business.
i activated tipping for this blog! i do not need money. i am some fat cis white guy who's very lucky to have a mother who can feed me while i make bad life decisions. but, if you decide for whatever reason that you have a few extra coins lying about, and you'd like to toss 'em to a blatant shitposter, i'd be thankful. i was thinking about maybe doing like a 'wario post' for each one i get because i feel kinda greedy about turning it on but that might be leaning too into the gag.
was also considering making a sideblog for roleplay purposes. i think i deleted all of the older posts where i'd write paragraph long replies to my old rp partners but i miss it and wonder if i still have it in me. i'll shill it if i ever make it happen.
currently, the queue is set for two posts a day, and i'll occasionally add an improvised post or two if inspiration strikes me, but i hope the blog isn't too stagnant or anything! the quiz cards should help shake things up, and i'll occasionally try to find neat stuff from mariowiki or TCRF as well, but you know the drill by now - it's just mario shitposts and good feel. also, i realized i should probably start IDing the photos i personally post, so i'll try to add those.
my main blog is @absolutedingus, but i tend not to make original posts or queue or tag stuff on there, so don't feel obligated for follow or interact with it. if you have any pressing questions, concerns, or notices for me, please consider sending them there! in the future, i may link it in my description, but i worry it'll look too clogged with the disclaimer already there.
thank you for reading to the end! i'm not sure how to wrap this up. i like my wii u.

it's funny, i've been hearing a lot about blog competition and fighting for notes and monopolising panel show content blah blah in my inbox recently. (i only included one here but there's genuinely been quite a few just in the last couple of weeks.) i don't know what might be going on on other blogs or discords or whatever, and i honestly didn't even know these were still convos people are having; i kinda thought we all agreed that this site isn't as big as it used to be, notes aren't as plentiful as they used to be, but by golly we'll just keep on posting anyways. i don't know if there are edit tags for any panel shows but i don't use them; i just post content here for my current followers and if you guys like it then that's all i wanted to do. i don't care if there are other panel show blogs with more followers or posts that get more notes or better gifs or better blogs or whatever. it's all fine. i don't care. i don't think about it. so you don't have to ask me that stuff — how to grow your blog or get more followers or more engagement, or how i feel about other blogs that post the same content as i do — i won't answer it. just post it because you want to; don't race to be the first one to get stuff at (especially at the expense of making content you're proud of!); don't put other people down; don't send anonymous hate. just be cool and worry about you. if you can't have fun here without validation in the notes then you're gonna be miserable. flopping is integral to being active.

Your tag rambling about Gene's paperwork is genuinely fascinating to me and I'd love to hear more about what the league does in its downtime (if you have the spoons for it, of course). I'm so interested in if/how he's going to tackle Paldea (especially interacting with someone like Rika who seems to be very concerned with regulations, or Larry who seems very... Lax about his role in the League besides what he's contractually obligated to care about.)
Also please don't feel obligated to answer this, I just wanted to let you know I really enjoyed reading those tags!
AH THANKS!!! I DO really want to do a paldea thing with him -- something small and casual like the swsh run, not as developed as his hisui arc 🥺🥺🥺
(Larry is so funny to me because he says things like how he'd never do work he's not obligated to do, but also that he's been required to stop working so much damn overtime -- he seems to really enjoy being as mundane as possible, like gene does. Writing this as my pinned post since I have a bit of free time anyway.
Introduction:
Hi. You can call me teecup or angel. This is primarily my AC and writing tumblr blog.
I post my fics in AO3 as teecup_angel.
I also have this tumblr blog that’s mostly me reblogging other stuff and very rarely I post something personal, I guess.
I have a twitter too but I haven’t used it in… I wanna say nearing a year? Maybe??? Yeeaaahhhh…
I’m currently writing fics for Assassin’s Creed and my primary focus is Desmond Miles because he deserves better.
Warnings:
I will pair Desmond with anyone (and I mean anyone) and my OTP is AltDes. I also do write gen so if you want to look at my tumblr but you don’t ship Desmond with any of his ancestors, I suggest blocking the following tags (altdes, ezides, condes, haydes, eddes). I also use those tags even when it’s just hinted at just to be safe.
While I cannot stop any minor from looking at this blog, please note that this may contain nsfw posts and I curse like a repressed catholic who was not allowed to curse when they were young. Also, I use 'dumbass' affectionately.
For Asks and Requests:
My ask box is open for nonnies and I try to answer every ask I get unless they specify that they want to keep it private.
Also, if you left me a suggestion or request in AO3, I do try to keep notes of them.
If you do request something or just leave me a plot idea, the most you’ll get from me would be a rambling of how it could work and possible subplots we can add to it. I tend to write whatever strikes my fancy and I’m hesitant in posting too many wips in AO3. Here on tumblr though… short fic and drabbles galore. The only reason why I wouldn’t answer your ask is if I couldn’t get to it in time as I allot a specific time for all asks and reblogs I get. If you don’t see it answered, it only means I’ll get to it next time.
I'm also fine with anyone using any of the posts/fic here or in AO3 to write or draw something as long as the post is linked and I'm informed :)
Also, you can request any crossover ideas with Assassin’s Creed and I’ll find a way to kick Desmond into it. I am a big believer of Desmond is the ultimate isekai protagonist. XD
Concerning the tags of this tumblr:
I got lazy later on in tagging posts I reblog (mostly fanworks from other people) but:
Any ask I answer will have the tag: #ask and answer or #submission for long asks.
Any fic idea I write will have the tag: #teecup writes/has a plot or/and #fic idea: assassin's creed (note: this one usually does not get used for any reblogs with additional ideas so I guess check the reblogs and the replies? This also sometimes does not get used if I'm butting in on other people's posts because it kinda feels wrong to add it? I know I should add a different tag for that but we'll see if I do down the line XD)
Headcanons and analysis (they're sometimes the same???) have #teecup analyze more than necessary and/or #headcanon: assassin's creed
Sometimes I make edits with varying success of humor: #teecup edits (sometimes I do screw up use '#teecup edit' instead XD)
I also draw rarely: #teecup draws
AO3 Stuff:
At the moment (and this part will be updated if necessary), the following have a weekly Monday update:
Eagle of Alamut (Desmond gets thrown back to 12th century Jerusalem in his 16-year-old body, endgame: AltDes)
I also sometimes suddenly post sometimes 2 or 3 more fics all at the same time and it’s kinda my modus operandi to 'coincide' it with important AC dates.
(Also, for those asking me if I need a beta, yeah, most probably but then I would be obligated to remove the "No Beta We Die Like Desmond" tag and the tag is too funny for me to give it up. XD I'd appreciate any comments that tell me if I've written something wrong though, especially the non-English words I sometimes use.)

I'm not gonna lie, you're really convincing me to start writing/drawing/animating Y/N x Wally Darling stuff...
You have great concepts and the simp in me is being fed and I love it AHEGAJAGAJA I just worry that there's a chance that Clown had advised against it and I've yet to see that in a post somewhere in the past. But seeing as you're enjoying writing all the Reader x Wally Darling stuff with no worries (good on you btw!), it's all okay right?
/nm /gen
hey there Laurs!! aww, thank you very much 🥰💖 i love getting messages from people inspired by my fanworks, it makes my heart all fuzzy!! just a little endless cycle of good vibes and creativity :3c now, the bulk of your ask is a tough one to answer!! i know i've posted a lot of fanworks for Welcome Home, but at the end of the day, i'm just a fan like anyone else, trying to do my best to respect Clown's wishes. honestly, given the chance i would love to talk to them and ask these specific questions that a lot of fans have been firing in my direction. i have reached out, but understand those messages have likely been drowned under thousands of others!!
so @partycoffin, on the off-chance you're reading this: i hope you're doing well, and taking care of yourself in this terrifying, exciting time!! thank you for sharing your lovely world with us - we're all just so in love with your characters and universe 🥰💖 if you'd like to talk, please feel free to reach out. it would be great to know that you're okay, and i'd be happy to field any questions you have about your bustling new fandom (who have been destroying my own notifications for the past two weeks!!). it may be presumptuous of me, but perhaps having an inside look on what questions fans have might help make this explosive growth seem a little less scary. however, there's no obligation to reply - we're thankful all the same :3c
as far as i am aware at the time of writing this post, i don't think Clown has any problems with Wally x Anon/Reader/Y/N fanworks...or at least, i haven't come across any sources stating so.
the big thing that (if i'm understanding the guidelines correctly) is that Clown doesn't want us to be putting any NSFW Welcome Home material into the main tags. we have to remember that Welcome Home has blown up very quickly, and Clown deserves a chance to breathe and adjust to all this success before laying out those boundaries (if he wishes!). that's why, although i do write NSFW for other fandoms i'm refraining from doing so for Welcome Home until stated otherwise. i can't imagine how stressful it must be dealing with so many notifications, people impersonating, trying to sell their work, exhibiting invasive and creepy behaviour...on top of the overwhelming demand for new Welcome Home stuff. i think as fans we should just vibe and play in our own little bubbles without stressing them out too much, and adjust when we receive new information. for instance, i didn't know when i made my Wally Darling edit that they were uncomfortable with non-canon art being associated with the main game. i've since reached out to see if i should take the video down with no reply, and went with the consensus of a group of fans i asked for the opinions of - to leave it up until asked otherwise. pretty much - i don't think Wally Darling x Anon fanworks contravene the guidelines that Clown has given us so far. they aren't inherently NSFW, and i'd hope that anyone who is making NSFW fanworks is tagging appropriately, as is the courteous thing to do. i'm of the opinion that fans are going to do fandom things, and there's always going to be folks making adult-oriented works, and that's okay!! but i'm also always happy to respect the wishes of the creator in terms of how they'd like that work to be tagged and presented. i think Toby Fox did it best when he first suggested the 'Undertail' tag for NSFW works - a real stroke of genius that i see lots of fandoms still using today. again, do take this with a grain of salt! i don't know Clown, and very few of us do - we're just all interpreting his words in vastly different ways, and that must be terrifying to deal with; thousands of people getting very angry or very sad because they think they can or cannot do a specific thing they never actually said. it's not anyone's fault that Welcome Home blew up so suddenly and there wasn't time for precautions to be taken, but it is the fault of those fans who are overstepping boundaries and need to re-examine their relationship to this art. it sounds like you're good to go on making those animations, and i would personally love to see them 🥰 thanks again for being so sweet about my silly headcanons!! it's honestly been quite scary adjusting to the amount of attention, but please know i'm grateful and appreciative of every ask, reply and message that comes my way 💖

I got tagged by @silvery-bluish! Thank you bookish :)
Three ships: Currently emotional over em’s moirared (ShoH), and writing so much Marius x Cordelia that I feel morally obligated to include them even though they are two of my own ocs from an original work so im not sure thats a ship. And also chargestep, which probably surprises nobody! First ship: WOW. Hm. Aragorn and Arwen maybe? For a pretty long time I really didn’t “ship” so much as “blithely accept whatever relationships were canon as background,” it was pretty far into fandom that I even really grasped the concept of shipping, much less shipping characters that did not have some sort of (overt) indicator in-story. Last song: Who are you? Bad Omens. Currently reading: technically some of catallus’ poems and a paper on religious poverty + profit economy but those are school so I dont count them haha. Half-rereading Juniper and Thorn by Ava Reid and just started on The Tiger’s Wife by Téa Obreht, both very good! Currently craving: Debating with myself if I want to pay the delivery fees for these delicious ube-mochi cookies I got in december. Im gonna hold off and go to a bakery tomorrow to see if im satiated by a more easily acquired baked good tho lmao.
Thank you again for the tag! Sorry if you’re double-tagged here, but @emeraldgreaves @bi-stander @loverofsappho @keltena @alistairapologist @jae-gerbomb @sunnydae and @kaputzz if you're interested! If not, or if you'd like to do this but I didn't tag you, please do it and tag me :) i'd love to see!

Hi Wendy! I have a question about two things on your carrd/DNI that I don't quite understand.
Firstly, I don't fully get the "i am looking respectfully" thing - from the way you phrased your boundary it sounds like "respectfully" is actually used as an insult in that phrase, since you described the attraction to you as shameful? is it like a sarcastic saying or reference to something offensive? i would think that if you said you "looked respectfully" at someone it...like, meant, you respected them? And I'm curious as to how specifically I'm wrong?
(Which, needless to say if you don't want someone to feel that way about you, I'm not here to question or judge that boundary at all, we're not all here to want people to look at us with respect + some of us just don't like certain words so I'm not here to judge if it's ~~just~~ that so to say! I'm just a bit confused as to how "looking respectfully" actually means "i am ashamed to be attracted to you", as I've never heard that word used in that way what to mean shame. It almost sounds like it really means looking disrespectfully in this case, so I'm confused is all)
I also have a question about the tone tags thing - I know you said you don't like them on any circumstance so I might be able to guess the answer, but I just want to be sure - do you mean you just don't like people using tone tags to try to indicate the tone of the posts YOU make or reblog, or you don't even like someone using them in their 'own' commentary and tagging their 'own' thoughts with a tone?
i'll just make up a scenario - so, just for context, the only tone tags I use anyway are (sarcasm) and (quote). (Or similar things what is to quote like (lyric) or (reference).) So if you, for example, reblogged a post about idk how fucked up the state of the world is or whatever (again just an example), would it violating your boundary if I were to reblog and say "#i love it here (sarcasm)" in the tags or if I were to quote a song or movie or something and then indicate that with (quote) (lyric) etc? or would it only be disrespect if YOU were to make sarcastic posts/lyric posts and i were like #(hey op is quoting something or being sarcastic)?
why do you need to 'understand' a boundary i have to respect it? the request is clear: do not say any form of 'i am looking respectfully' at me. i am under no obligation to explain my thoughts or reasoning to a stranger. i do not like it, do not say it to me.
i don't want people using tone tags at me or in relation to my posts where i will see them. please don't use tone tags when speaking to me, and if you HAVE to use tone tags when reblogging my posts i would rather you not reblog my posts at all as i can see those tags in my notifs.
in your example since it's someone else's post i'd just prefer you reblog the post from someone else. i won't see the tone tags if you do that.

Just wandered onto the blog and wanted to say hello.
I'm new to the fandom, having found the show quite recently, and I absolutely adored it. I never really thought I'd be able to get at the comic, so it's nice to know there was a translation happening at some point, even if it is on a long hiatus.
Guess I'll have to make the jump over to Pillowfort soon. I just can't get enough of them.
Take care!
Welcome, welcome! It's so exciting to meet new people that are just getting into the series, it's such a special, strange, little thing!
Sadly, Pillowfort actually probably won't help you 😅 Back during the Porn Purge I had to give up curating the comic here for obvious reasons and I tried a bunch of different platforms while hunting for a new place to host it, including Pillowfort. Unfortunately (at least at the time, that was like the very beginning of Pillowfort's life, it may be better now) it was just VERY not user-friendly when it came to bulk uploading and formatting a comic. I tried it for a bit, but eventually it just proved to be way too annoying and impractical and I had to give it up (or go progressively insane lol)
However! @nekosammsi who is an angel compiled my translated work and I messaged her about the best way to get access to the archive. She says to pop onto the discord! Hopefully that helps!
(also, because I feel obligated to provide a warning: I don't know how much you know about the comic, but do go in aware that it's very different from the show. The show is child-oriented while the original comic is very very adult. It has lot of explicit and often really upsetting themes, including racism, homophobia, violence/death, sexual assault, and rape. On my original posts I tried to tag for all that, but those tags will be lost now so it's very much a reader beware situation. Personally I still love the comics and I enjoy reading them for the lore and then cherry-picking what I like and discarding the rest, and there's plenty of others who also enjoy them. But please go in with the knowing that they can definitely be intense and that you may end up needing to back out! Be safe!)

Last song: Pop! Cherri's Assault by Paranoid DJ
I have a full playlist of songs I use for both bopping along to when I'm out and about, or doing something be it art, gaming, or what have you. Cherri's Assault is just one of those songs that has the right energy, starting slow and building up to being the exact level of bouncy I enjoy. Paranoid DJ is just one of a host of brilliant artists I absolutely adore for their fan musics and original works too.
Currently watching: Just finished both Nimona and the latest season of Dragon Prince. Stars above I loved Nimona, so so SO much! The memes out there, (especially one I shared from @wishingstarinajar ) are so right, Baltizar's sad kitty face throughout is everything. PLEASE go watch the movie the animation, the voice acting, everything was so GOOD. Dragon Prince is still a lovely story and it feels like they've finally dealt with the janky animation, it didn't look nearly as jittery as is used to, still a little quick but not jittery. Dragon designs are still top teir and the humour is brilliant.
Oh and I also have been binge watching Aavak and Lady Shelab's playthroughs of 7 days to Die, I admit it, I'm a huge schadenfreude fan. I love watching Markiplier or Wanderbot in scary situations (Wander's little laughing "Aaah!" as he runs away from spiders in Grounded, looking back at the spiders then run away again laughing and saying "Guys, help!" always gets a giggle). But Aavak and Shelab are so enjoyable and calming, I've watched some of Aavak's playthroughs for very chill building games to fall asleep to a few times. Shelab gets a little upset from time to time when things go wrong but Aavak is so gentle and patient when he reassures her its lovely to hear, espeically as a Youtuber couple who both do their own things as well as game together.
Currently reading: At the moment I'm re-reading The Adventure Zone graphic novel series. I just finished the Enchanted Forest Chronicles (for the millionth time), and wanted more humor and shenanigans. I loved the Balance arc, it was so good for their first dnd campaign and while the others have been good, they haven't hit the mark for me like Balance did. I have ALL of the graphic novels that are out, even preordered the latest one, the artist who does the series art is brilliant, and I love the little nods to the silliest things from the show, while making it a proper BOOK so the ooc conversations get translated into ic convos that make perfect sense, but also how the artist has made certain to tie in the overarching story into EVERY book! If you haven't listened to the series, you are in for a LOVELY surprise. Gah! I can't wait for the other books! They are going to be so good, and I am going to cry when they're done. Oh and Kravitz.... I love Kravitz... that character design *chef's kiss*
Right... now who to tag, (and please don't feel obligated!)

tag game whee!!!
thanks for the tag @datamodel-of-disaster
1) Are you named after anyone?
First name, no, my parents specifically picked it out because they didn't know anybody named that. My middle name is a family name, though. As for my username, Mird is in fact the name of a character, Lord Mirdalan the hunting strill from the Star Wars: Republic Commando novels.
2) When was the last time you cried?
Actually crying, about a month and a half ago and in response to something very painful in my real life (I'm okay). Just tearing up a little bit? Earlier this week; I was reading a really sad scene I'd written and getting a little too into it, lol.
3) Do you have kids?
I do not.
4) What sports do you play/have you played?
I am terrible at sports, lol. My mom went through a phase where we signed up for all different kinds of sports trying to find one I liked, but none of them (swimming, baseball, basketball, gymnastics) stuck. I loved horseback riding and did that for a few years but it got too expensive to keep up and I gave up archery for lack of space when I started uni. Is running a sport? I run now.
5) Do you use sarcasm?
Sometimes. I'm one of those autists who's like "look at me! I use sarcasm! I understand things!" and then someone is sarcastic with me and suddenly I'm freaking out because I'm not sure if they're serious or not.
6. What's the first thing you notice about people?
I'm honestly not sure. Their hair and clothes, I guess? That feels so shallow, but I'm bad with vibes.
7. What's your eye colour?
A surprisingly intense blue.
8. Scary movies or happy endings?
Both? It depends on my mood, how scary, or how happy.
9. Any talents?
I like to think I'm a pretty good writer and have a decent natural understanding of the English language. I also like to think I'm a pretty decent artist, but I'm not sure how much of that is talent and how much is just being unwilling to accept that I'm not talented at it and continuing to press it :P Um. I guess I'm pretty good at organizing and I *know* I'm a pretty good cook.
10. Where were you born?
The United States of America. More specific than that, I'd rather not say.
11. What are your hobbies?
Too many :P Reading, writing, tabletop roleplaying games, drawing, sewing. Sometimes I play video games or watch anime.
12. Do you have any pets?
I have three rats. Their names are Mavra, Lara, and Bianca and they are sisters.
13. How tall are you?
5'2" (if you're American, Liberian, or Burmese) or 157cm (if you're anywhere else in the world.
14. Favourite subject in school?
Science and Drama
15. Dream job?
Hmm. Five years ago, I would have said "molecular biologist" hands-down, but now I'm not so sure. Not sure if that hesitancy is due to the career being a bad fit for me or if the bad experiences I've had in my last job are tainting my impression. I guess I need to get back on the horse, so to speak, and see how I do in another take before I make a final call. If not, not sure what I'd want to do.
I honestly think I'd make a good bartender.
tagging @dandelionsandderivatives @kmlaney and @knamil - but please don't feel obligated! Also, if anyone wants to and hasn't been tagged yet, feel free

Ok first I’m sorry if you get my ask 2 times because honestly I don’t know if the 1 one send sooo …yeah here I go I just want to know if the bonus comic about backlash that you post on your patreon will be post eventually for everyone (public) I’m curious again if you have my ask 2 time just anwser one of them!!! Thank you
All bonus comics are considered Patreon-Exclusives, and are posted only to my Patreon as an extra goodie to thank and reward all my readers who are able to support BACKLASH with $1 a month (or more) pledges on Patreon.
Bonus materials for BACKLASH specifically - like extra comics, process breakdowns and Throwback Thursdays (and many other Patreon-Exclusive posts) - may go public in the future, but not until one or more of the following criteria are met:
1) I make a physical printed edition of BACKLASH and the material is included in the back as bonus pages.
2) BACKLASH ends.
3) I make enough income through Patreon that I can make BACKLASH full-time.
This is not intended to be a punishment for fans who can't pledge to my Patreon. I know that not everyone can financially support my work, and I appreciate all the ways that my readers find to support me whether its by sharing BACKLASH with friends, reading the updates and leaving comments, drawing fanart and writing fanfiction, and all the other incredible and creative ways you all show me you care about my story every day! I don't want anyone to feel obligated to give me money, especially if they cannot afford it. Times are tough for everyone, please do what's best for you.
However, you get a lot of content on my Patreon for very little money. Just $1 every month (even less if you pledge annually - ~$10 for a whole year!) gets you every comic page early, as well as all bonus material I manage to create between pages and my day-job.
If less than one-tenth of my followers here on Tumblr pledged $1 a month to the creation of my comic, I'd be able to surpass all my milestones and making BACKLASH would be my full-time job! I'd have more time and energy to devote to making the comic, as well as extra goodies like illustrations, merch, prints and more.
I make this comic for free, it is free to read and will always be free to read. I use my very precious free time to continue making it without any promise of profits. And I am happy to do that - I love BACKLASH, I love my work and I love telling this story.
But like. I do have to make money somehow. We do live under the thumb of late-stage capitalism and I do have to make my rent and eat every month. Until our socialist agenda is fulfilled and we get UBI in the USA, I will continue to make fun extra goodies to say thank you to those who are able to give me their precious paychecks because they believe in my art.
Thank you for understanding. I will be sure to denote and tag Patreon Exclusive posts more clearly from here on out so as to avoid any future confusion.
Thank you for your continued support, and I'll see you in the next update! 💖☄️
