Why did we let the "tone policing" thing pave a way for it to be considered actually bigoted to expect a certain level of politeness and courtesy and patience when speaking to human beings... I'm glad some people are gay and not having children cause oh my God can you imagine these people as parents of someone brand new in the world 😟

#i know what tone policing actually is as an argumentative tactic. it undermines a person who is reasonanly hurt by making it impossible #to say tgeir piecd and shrinking their credibility by naling them look more and more unreasonable.#but i feel like the term is actually being used to do just that same thing similar to how people use gaslight to actually gaslight people 😭
