Just to clarify, a bunch of little groups cooperating with a common goal in mind is usually perfectly bengin, and necessary to get anything to happen, ever.
Having one biiiiiiiiiiig group though, that sets off alarm bells.
#it's not that I think they're inherently bad either it's just there is more opportunity for one big group#(they= big large FORMAL group of anyone. like political or economic association for doing of things)#to make a dumbfuck move that makes waves everywhere else and makes life harder both within and without the group#people aren't evil so much as we desperately need safeguards against both our own idiocy and from one-off dick moves#I trust 12 different unions communicating and throttling an industry much more than say one that encompasses the entirety of CA#you just cannot meet everyone's needs if you're that BIG anyway#you need little variations#Frankly I trust 50 little churches more than like. the lumbering beast of say catholicism#because if one of the leeetle ones accidentally gets some jackass stealing from the charity jar or whatever churches have I'm not religious#they can only do so much damage#where if some bighat says the wrong thing you get a fucking mob because people think they need to go with the group#ignore morg#the bad opinion zone#doubt the US would have lasted as long as it has at this size without having separate states (even still we have our scary moments smh)
