I would argue then that it isn't cannibalism until you eat a whole human. You're not a Kidney so you're not doing cannibalism when you eat a human kidney, there's only a kidney inside of you.

Only if you are also, at time of eating, a human soul. P sure eating yoghurt for more than one spoonful doesn't count as cannibalism, even though there's already a ton of yoghurt bacteria within your body.
