therapist informed me today that the reason i've been doing so shit is probably cause i'm off my meds lmaooo
#boink#to be fair i did not make the connections bc the meda are for tics lol#but she said that it's still prob that bc of that anyway#lololololol#anywayyyyy#im really fucking out of it but at least i know probably why now lol#i drank two monsters this morning and then took my meds which make me fall asleep like right away#so i fell asleep for like three hours and now it's actual sleep time#but i just woke up and iiiiiiiii dont know what the vibe is now lol
