i do a fun thing to amend my anxiety where id give things a time limit. so I'm allowed to worry for this period of time and after that the thing im worried about absolutely will not happen. except usually my time limit is something like 2 weeks and im in total agony for 2 weeks.

#giving yourself a deadline for anxiety and suddenly all executive dysfunction disappears #i omce told myself if someone didnt reply to me by wednesday they wede for sure dead and id gove myself permission to reach out to somwonw #to ask if theyre dead <- insane thing to ever do. and godbless she replied by tuesday !!!!!#days leading up to tuesday. i was in a state #last time was ramadan and i had to wait till EID to start feeling better which feels like a sin lowkey #now im giving myself 2 weeks yippee #avd speaks
