❝ It is. I apologize for the hassle it brings, but endure it another few weeks and then we can both go on our merry way. ❞

Huffman smiled as opened the door and let himself in. There was a chuckle in his voice as he brought in his small bag of instruments. Of course his eyes immediately looked over at the immortal, seeing how the other was fairing quite well and glad to see things were going as planned.

❝ How’s your arm and chest feeling? Have you been taking your medication or did you not need any of it the past few days? ❞

He started to questioning already. Shuffling through his bag as he wanted to get right to work. As much as he did enjoy spending one on one time with people…he was a knight and didn’t like to keep people for longer than they should.

“That isn’t what I meant...The last few weeks haven’t been unpleasant, if anything I hope that I haven’t been a hassle to the medical team since I am not a citizen of Mondstadt. I suppose that I was expecting to receive a quick ‘patch up’ and be sent on my way once I was able to walk unaided, I have been pleasantly surprised by how dedicated the medical team are to their patients wellbeing even if they aren’t Mondstadt born.”

Not like Dainsleif expected anything less from medical professionals within the nation of freedom, it was more like it had been too long since he allowed himself to stay in a city long enough to witness such professionalism being a common occurrence within the field of medicine.

“I had taken the prescribed medication as needed until yesterday, where my injuries don’t necessarily hurt badly any more but simply feels uncomfortable if I sit or lay in certain positions which I avoid now until I’ve recovered completely. I will leave my future treatment up to you, Huffman.” 

If Huffman saw something that he didn’t then Dainsleif would listen to his medical advice, his body may be immortal but maintaining the wellbeing of the vessel was still important to him and Dainsleif has never once claimed to be a medical professional... but only time will tell if Huffman’s examination finds anything alarming, all Dainsleif knows is that he is in better shape then he was when the two of them had met for the first time.
