Caroline catches sight of the note and grabs it, a small smile forming as she reads it. "Thanks, dad," she whispers softly to herself, the smile still playing at her lips.

small breaths are panted from parted lips. fingers trail roughly over clothing, gripping at a waist or tightening round a neck. dean’s eyelids flutter closed, willing himself not to look down.

all he can do is hold on and trust tony knows what he’s doing.

“it’s okay,“ he hears his lover say, "i’ve got you.”

and he hopes he does, hopes tony keeps him close. from underneath his eyelids, he feels tears prick, and he tightens his arms where they’re thrown around tony’s neck to pull the other man closer.

he presses a blind, feverish kiss to his partner’s lips, crushing them together and gasping as he feels the other’s grip on his waist tighten. the adrenaline’s sparking through his body – it makes dean feel almost dizzy, waiting for the release that just won’t come. such a kiss, messy and off-place, conveys the desperation thrumming through his veins.

for a moment, he can’t breathe, and then a gentle press of lips against his chin brings him back to reality.

“dean, open your eyes.”

after a second, he complies, cracking one eyelid open and then the other as he takes in the surrounding city, spread wide under his feet. people are specks in the distance; cars are mere ants. he’s flying, and with the solid press of metal arms looped round his waist, he remembers he’s not about to fall.

“think i’d like to go back down, now.”

his only answer is tony’s chuckle, before they begin the small descent back down to the stark tower.

titaniumallxy Oh yeah, he's working so hard and I feel so bad for him for having to deal with Chrome's bullshit.x.x I'd switch over to Firefox but...I don't like Firefox and I don't want to have to deal with moving bookmarks or any of that shit.
