NERD OUT ABOUT SOMETHING YOU LIKE
please
if you want to
IM SO SORRY FOR ANSWERING THIS SO LATE 😭 but anything for you my dearest!!
So, hindu people believe in mainly 3 things.
The creator
The sustainer
The destroyer
So according to Hindu cosmology, there is something called a yuga cycle. Yuga Cycle lasts for 4,320,000 years. There are 4 yugas in total. In each yuga, lord Vishnu ( the sustainer ) took birth in an avatar to serve Dharma ( divine justice ) to humanity and help humans expand their consciousness. He has 10 avatars also known as Dashavatar.
Satya Yuga - People in this period were immersed in meditation and possessed spiritual strength and longevity. There was no inequality, war or famine and everyone lived in peace. But as it progressed, people became a bit distant from spiritual practices and a class-based system came into place.
Treta Yuga- there were still some divisions among people but over all, they had peace and prosperity. Lord Vishnu reincarnated as parshuram, vamana and Sri Ramachandra.
Dvapara Yuga- In this yuga, Lord Vishnu reincarnated as Krishna. The Mahabharata took place. The Vedas ( hindu books ) were categorised. People began to stray from the righteous path and their dharma ( duty ) and corruption took places, wars broke out. Lord Krishna ascended to restore virtues and destroy evil again. This was also the time Krishna recited the Bhagavad Gita ( scared book of Hindus) to Arjuna.
Kali Yuga- this is the Yuga we are in now. It is said that evil took over, people are astray from their dharma, there is barely spirituality left. Corruption has taken place, hypocrisy has taken over people. People have become criminals. The environment is said to be destroyed and nothing is left. The holy river Ganges will become dry, no food or water so people will resort to cannibalism. Humanity will be destroyed. During the end of the Kali Yuga, it is said lord Vishnu will come in the avatar of 'Kalki' and establish dharma again and humans will go extinct and Satya yug will take place again. Thus, this will all repeat again.
Here's a image for better understanding.
I am an Agnostic actually, but I think this might be real. So Hindus don't eat cow and most dont eat meat ( we are actually supposed to be vegetarians as killing of animals is a sin ) We are actually prohibited to eat meat in some times during the year and meat is strictly not allowed in temples. So there is this famous pilgrimage place called Tirupati in India. It is the temple of Lord Vishnu and many devotees go there to seek the lords blessings (I've gone there and it's really nice) there's so many people who want to see the idol in the temple so it is packed all around the year. So it's almost normal for people to wait around for almost 10+ hours. Theres a whole system but I won't get into that right now. So, after visiting the temple we get Prasad ( a offering to god ) and it is a laddu. It tastes so good!!! but recently it was tested in a lab and it found that the laddu was made with cow and pig fat. This broke out a whole controversy. Hence, I think we are really straying from the path of spirituality. Also the this is the laddu:
Thank you for bearing with me this long. I tried to make this less confusing as possible because there is so many other things that should be covered but it's ABSURDLY long😭 I'm not a 100% sure you would understand everything.. but please ask me questions if you didn't understand anything<3

By Subhash Chandra Agrawal Shocking incident of adulterated ghee having been used in prasad of laddoos in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam during earlier regime raised big concern about purity of desi ghee and other milk-products sold for consumption by masses. There are reports of even synthetic milk sold in market. Allow sale of only branded milk at least in metro cities With government-owned Mother Dairy and co-operative giant Amul apart from some other private companies now dominating National Capital Region of Delhi in supply of milk and milk-products, sale of only branded milk may be permitted in the capital city. There are other reputed co-operative giants like Vita, Verka, Sudha, Saras and Nandini dominating sale of branded milk and milk products in respective states. Therefore, sale of only branded milk may be permitted in cities with availability of plenty branded milk. Discourage production khoya-based sweets and encourage home-made paneer Consumption of khoya during festive-season of Diwali in Delhi much exceeds all probable capacity through practical availability of milk to produce so much khoya. Demand of khoya in festive season evidently can only be fulfilled through adulterated khoya available in open market. Apart from launching a massive educative campaign through electronic and print media against use and exchange of sweets during festive season (sweets are otherwise harmful in consumption with ever-increasing diabetic patients in the country), every effort should be made to increase production of branded khoya by reputed manufactures in public, private and co-operative sector. Regular checks with sweet-dealers for checking adulterated khoya can discourage confectioners for not making khoya-based sweets. It is indeed ridiculous that GST-rate on sweets considered harmful for health, is just 5-percent while on other food-items, it is 12 or 18 percent! Sale of unbranded paneer should also be discouraged through massive educative campaign launched by central and state governments to use home-made paneer from branded milk. Mother dairy and Amul having appreciable market-share in Delhi should also arrange door-delivery of khoya for bulk-purchasers on advance-booking. Mother Dairy markets khoya. But because of extra-ordinary fat-content, its product is not only costlier but is much hard to use. Mother Dairy should decrease fat-content in khoya to make it softer with its price comparable with that of khoya sold in open market by unorganised sector. Fat-content of khoya can be used for production of ghee and butter to increase profitability. Packaging of milk and milk-products should be in true metric spirit Namaste India branded milk marketed in Delhi by NIF limited has adopted anti-consumer practice through gimmick packing of its milk in packs of 950 mltrs and 1900 mltrs printed in tiny little alphabets to look alike packs of one and two ltrs respectively to befool customerss. Other milk products marketed by other milk-companies including like Mother Dairy and Amul are at times in odd packings like 400 mltrs or gms, 250 mltrs or gms, 450 mltrs or gms etc Milk and all milk-products including also Ghee must be compulsorily packed in true metric-spirit compulsorily in either packs of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000 and likewise gms, mltrs, ltrs and kgms only as the case may be. Bigger milk packs presently packed in packs of six ltrs then can be packed in packs of five ltrs. Rule should cover Ghee also which should be packed in big packs of 10 or 20 kgs or ltrs rather than of 15 kgs or ltrs as at present. Moreover, products like Ghee should be uniformly packed in packs of ltrs only and not in kgs to avoid confusion. Consumers are confused in comparing prices of different brands where some marketers pack in ltrs while others pack in kgs. Co-operative giant Amul ranking 15th in top 100 most valuable food brands in the world – needs to be encouraged further in larger public-interest of India It is a matter
of pride for cooperative sector in India when Amul ranked 15th in top 100 most valuable food-brands in the world according to the Brand Finance Food and Drink 2021 report with private-sector Britannia being the only other Indian company to find 54th place. Both these companies should be encouraged and entrusted in larger public-interested. For example, long-awaited implementation of tender-results of handing over loss-generating Delhi Milk Scheme to Amul requiring to be done urgently. With too many complaints coming in mid-day meal programme in schools and railway-catering, Amul (and Britannia too) can be entrusted to supply packaged food-items for mid-day meal programme and railway catering. Central and state governments are already providing huge comforts to certain newly emerging companies by allotting land and tax-concessions. These should be provided at least to cooperative giant Amul if not to private sector Britannia. Such encouragement will not only be in public interest, but will also induce healthy competition amongst other Indian companies to find place in top 100 most valuable food-brands in the world. Top management of public-sector companies like Mother Dairy and Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) should be pulled up for being so behind Amul and Britannia despite heavy public-money invested in these public-sector companies. Panchamrit by Amul : Should be entrusted to prepare Prasad for famous Hindu temples Co-operative milk-giant Amul has ntroduced Panchamrit, a holy mix of milk, curd, honey, powdered sugar and ghee which is used to offer to deities in Hindu temples to be later consumed as prasad by devotees. Considering use of adulterated ghee at in prasad of laddoos in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam during earlier regime, calls for entrusting reputed co-operative giants like Amul and public-sector companies to prepare prasads in famous Hindu temples of the country. Loss-making Delhi Milk Scheme (DMS) should be immediately transferred to Amul as per tender-results for best utilisation of DMS resources including its milk-booths Co-operative giant Amul had won over Mother Dairy to take over Delhi Milk Scheme DMS running in heavy losses at an annual lease of rupees 42.30 crore against rupees 42.20 offered by Mother Dairy for 30 years with 7-percent annual increase in lease-amount in the bid opened on 27.11.2018. DMS started in the year 1959 having already piled up losses to tune of rupees 900 crores was decided to be given by central government to some market-leader. Presently 564 DMS booths scattered on prime public-land throughout the capital city of India are being grossly misused as private shops (photo of a DMS milk-booth attached) by the licensees in corrupt partnership of DMS-personnel by authorisation to sell products other than from DMS. It is to be noted that Mother Dairy booths in Delhi-NCR sell only Mother Dairy products, a big reason for success of Mother Dairy. However, in case Central Government does not accept Amul-bid, then it should merge DMS together with all its 564 booths with government-owned Mother Dairy. DMS, a “White Elephant” on public-exchequer with regular reduction in its utilization capacity from 43.20 percent in the year 2019-20 to 21.60 percent in the year 2023-24. Mother Dairy should also be declared public authority under RTI also because it is part of National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) which is already a public authority under RTI Act. . Legends, Architecture, and Rituals: What Makes Tirupati Temple a Global Icon
Nestled in the lush Tirumala Hills of Andhra Pradesh, India, the Tirupati Temple stands as one of the most revered and iconic Hindu temples in the world. Dedicated to Lord Venkateswara, a form of Lord Vishnu, this ancient temple draws millions of pilgrims each year who come for darshan, rituals, and spiritual solace. But beyond its religious significance, the Tirupati Temple is celebrated for its rich tapestry of legends, magnificent Dravidian architecture, and time-honored rituals. In this blog, we dive into what makes the Tirupati Temple a beacon of faith, culture, and architectural beauty, attracting devotees and travelers from around the globe.
For those planning a pilgrimage to Tirupati, reliable travel packages like those offered by tirupatibalajipackage.com provide a comprehensive experience, handling everything from travel arrangements to accommodations, and ensuring a smooth journey to this holy destination.
1. The Fascinating Legends of Tirupati
The Tirupati Temple is steeped in ancient legends, many of which revolve around Lord Venkateswara, also known as Balaji. According to Hindu mythology, Lord Venkateswara incarnated in the Kali Yuga to uplift humanity and provide spiritual guidance. One of the most famous legends recounts how Lord Venkateswara descended to Earth and married Goddess Padmavati, an incarnation of Goddess Lakshmi, who is revered as his divine consort in Tirumala.
Another captivating story is that of the seven hills of Tirumala, each believed to represent the seven heads of Adisesha, the divine serpent on whom Lord Vishnu rests. This connection to the celestial Adisesha is one of the reasons the Tirumala Hills hold such profound spiritual significance for devotees.
These legends infuse the temple with an aura of mysticism, drawing devotees who believe that a visit to Tirupati can grant them divine blessings, prosperity, and relief from suffering.
2. Architectural Grandeur of the Dravidian Style
The architectural magnificence of the Tirupati Temple is another aspect that makes it a global icon. Built in the Dravidian style, the temple is adorned with intricate carvings, monumental gopurams (gateway towers), and an imposing gold-plated dome called the Ananda Nilayam. Each architectural feature of the temple narrates stories from Hindu epics, with intricate sculptures depicting gods, goddesses, and legendary scenes.
Key architectural highlights include:
Ananda Nilayam Vimana: The golden dome above the sanctum is not only a marvel of craftsmanship but a symbol of the temple’s opulence and sanctity.
Intricate Gopurams: The gopurams, or entry towers, showcase detailed carvings that portray Hindu deities, scenes from mythology, and intricate patterns that reflect the artistic brilliance of the Vijayanagara artisans.
Garbhagriha (Sanctum Sanctorum): The sanctum houses the main deity, Lord Venkateswara, who is adorned in exquisite jewelry, radiating an aura that devotees find spiritually uplifting.
For those visiting Tirupati, guided tours often cover these architectural details in-depth, allowing visitors to appreciate the artistic mastery that has made the Tirupati Temple a treasure of Indian heritage. Tirupatibalajipackage.com offers specialized packages that include tours highlighting the temple’s architectural wonders, providing an enriching pilgrimage experience.
3. Rituals that Elevate the Spiritual Experience
The Tirupati Temple is not only a place of worship but a hub of elaborate rituals that connect devotees to the divine. The temple operates almost 24/7, offering darshan, poojas, and prasad to thousands of visitors each day.
Popular rituals include:
Suprabhatam: The day begins with Suprabhatam, a ritual of waking up the deity to hymns, creating a serene and uplifting atmosphere for early-morning visitors.
Hair Offering: Many devotees offer their hair as a symbolic gesture of shedding ego and surrendering to God. This tradition is both a religious offering and a personal act of devotion.
Laddu Prasadam: Known worldwide, the Tirupati laddu is a cherished prasadam (consecrated food) offered to devotees. This sweet delicacy has become a symbol of Tirupati’s spiritual blessings and is a must-have for every visitor.
Each ritual, whether performed for individual devotees or the entire community, reinforces the temple’s role as a center of spiritual energy. The synchronized daily rituals foster a unique sense of connection and reverence among devotees from diverse backgrounds.
Planning to witness these sacred rituals can be a complex process due to the immense number of visitors. To ensure a smooth experience, tirupatibalajipackage.com offers packages that include darshan arrangements, special poojas, and timely entry, allowing devotees to focus on their spiritual journey without the hassle of managing logistics.

The blend of mythological significance, architectural splendor, and time-honored rituals creates an experience that resonates with both spiritual seekers and cultural enthusiasts.
As a UNESCO candidate site and a symbol of India’s rich cultural and spiritual legacy, the Tirupati Temple attracts millions of visitors, establishing it as one of the world’s most visited and wealthiest religious centers.

Thaggu Ke Ladoo: This Sweet Shop in Kanpur Has Been 'Cheating' its Customers, But Why?
The variety of sweets prepared and enjoyed in India is startling and of all, ladoos are probably the most common and also most loved. Ladoos are also considered to be God's beloved sweet offering - be it Lord Ganesha's favourite Motichoor or the famous Besan Ladoo served as prasad at the Tirupati Temple down South. Back in the day, the Coconut Ladoo was packed for warriors and travellers as a symbol of good luck while they embark on their journey. Here's another interesting tale of ladoos that comes from Kanpur - a small, industrial city in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Remember the Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukherjee starrer movie Bunty Aur Babli from 2005? The movie was a super hit but it also brought into limelight a small sweet shop in Kanpur called Thaggu ke Ladoo where one of the important scenes of the movie was shot. The sweet shop did enjoy a lot of star attention, but that's not its claim to fame. It has a very fascinating journey that will compel you to pack your bags and head out to explore - just like we did.
Adarsh Pandey, who belongs to the third generation of the family that has been running the sweet shop, tells us, "My grandfather, Ram Avtar Pandey, ran away from his house and landed in Kanpur about 60 years ago. He started selling ladoos on a plate to earn a living and was later inspired to open his own sweet shop. Our shop gained popularity because our ladoos are not like any other normal ladoo. We have a secret recipe that distinguishes us from the others."
What's in the name? So, the word, 'Thaggu' in Hindi comes from the word 'Thug' which means to cheat or a person who cheats you. Now, one wouldn't dare to promote their venture claiming that their intention is to cheat their customers but surprisingly, the gimmick seemed to have worked for Thaggu Ke Ladoo! Over the years, their business has flourished, despite the strange name and their tag line which says - 'Aisa Koi Saga Nahi, Jisko Hamne Thaga Nahi' that literally translates to "There is No Relative or Person Who We Have Not Cheated!" The catchy one-liner became so popular that it was even borrowed by renowned lyricist Gulzar for a song in the movie 'Bunty Aur Babli'. We're curious to know why someone would keep such a risky name for their sweet shop that is sure to drive customers away. "There is actually a very serious story behind the name of our sweet shop. It's not just a marketing gimmick. My grandfather was a huge follower of Mahatma Gandhi and once he attended his speech in Delhi where Gandhiji remarked that sugar is 'white poison' and it can lead to several deadly diseases. But people were still consuming it and paying a lot of money for it. Thus, they were being tricked by the British. This put him in a dilemma because he wanted to avoid using sugar but there was no way to prepare these ladoos without it as sugar was very easily available back then and also cheap. Therefore, he decided to call them 'Thaggu Ke Ladoo' to hint that the customers were being tricked and warn them about the side-effects of consuming refined sugar. Over the years, it became more of a joke," shares Adarsh Pandey.
An old glimpse of the shop when it started The sweet shop is popular for selling only two items - Ladoos and Badnaam Kulfi (another weird name which means kulfi with a bad reputation) as they don't want to compromise on the quality by keeping more sweets. "We have to provide the same taste that we've been offering for all these years and so, it's best to keep limited items, else, people might really think that we have cheated them," says Mr. Pandey. They have six outlets in Kanpur at present and have expansion plans to other cities, perhaps Delhi/NCR in the coming months. Finally, what are these ladoos made of? "Our ladoos are made with the right blend of pure khoya and suji and come in two variants. One is plain and the other is infused with dry fruits like kaju, pista and badaam," says Mr. Pandey. A box of ladoos could cost you anywhere between INR 420 to INR 600 while a bowlful of Badnaam Kulfi (ek dona - 100 grams) is priced at Rs. 44. The whitish-brown ladoos are rich and delicious while the kulfi is super creamy and will simply melt in your mouth.
The oldest shop is located in a noisy, chaotic lane with a bustling crowd at Bada Chauraha in Kanpur. In their book, 'Highway on my Plate: The Indian Guide to Roadside Eating', famous food gurus Rocky Singh and Mayur recommend it as 'a must-visit place' and also share having a conversation with Mr. Ramavatar Pandey (founder of the sweet shop) who was a great poet and a man of much humour.

Tirupati Laddu Controversy Continues to Stir Up Controversy
Tirupati, India – The controversy surrounding the Tirupati Laddu, a sacred prasad distributed at the Sri Venkateswara Temple, continues to escalate. Recent allegations of adulterated ghee and other substandard ingredients have sparked widespread outrage and protests among devotees and political leaders alike.
The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), the governing body of the temple, has come under intense scrutiny following lab reports confirming the presence of animal fat in the ghee used to make the laddus. This finding has deeply offended many Hindus who consider the laddu to be a sacred offering.
Political parties have also weighed in on the issue, with the ruling Telugu Desam Party (TDP) accusing the opposition YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) of spreading misinformation. The YSRCP, however, maintains that the allegations are valid and demands a thorough investigation.
Despite the controversy, the demand for Tirupati Laddus remains high, with thousands of devotees continuing to flock to the temple daily. The TTD has assured devotees that strict measures are being taken to ensure the quality of the prasad and has initiated a probe into the matter.
As the controversy unfolds, it remains to be seen how the TTD will address the concerns of devotees and restore the faith in the sanctity of the Tirupati Laddu.

In this article, we explore how aspiring entrepreneurs can succeed in the competitive world of Airbnb by using rental arbitrage strategies, creating memorable experiences, and optimizing their business for success.
What is Airbnb Rental Arbitrage?
Rental arbitrage is a business model that allows entrepreneurs to profit from Airbnb rentals without owning any property. The concept is simple: you lease a property from a landlord, get their consent to sublet it on platforms like Airbnb, and charge higher nightly rates than your rental costs to generate profit. This strategy is attractive because it requires significantly less capital than buying real estate and enables rapid scaling.
How Rental Arbitrage Works
Lease Agreement: The first step in rental arbitrage is securing a long-term lease with a landlord. It is crucial to communicate your intention to list the property on Airbnb or other short-term rental platforms and obtain written consent from the property owner.
Property Setup: Once you’ve signed the lease, you’ll need to furnish and decorate the property to make it attractive to potential guests. Investing in quality furniture, décor, and amenities will make your listing stand out and justify higher rental prices.
Listing and Marketing: After setting up the property, you’ll create a compelling listing on Airbnb, including professional photos and an engaging description. Marketing your rental effectively is key to attracting guests and maintaining high occupancy rates.
Price Optimization: To maximize profit, it’s essential to research market rates and adjust your prices based on demand, seasonality, and competition. Tools like AirDNA and PriceLabs can help automate this process and ensure your pricing remains competitive.
Management and Maintenance: As with any rental business, managing guest bookings, cleaning, and maintenance are critical to your success. Consider using property management tools or hiring a service to help with the day-to-day tasks.
Advantages of Airbnb Rental Arbitrage
Low Start-Up Costs: Unlike purchasing a property, rental arbitrage requires minimal upfront investment. You only need to cover the initial deposit, furnishings, and any legal costs associated with obtaining the landlord’s consent.
Scalability: Once you have successfully managed one or two properties, it becomes easier to scale the business by leasing additional properties in different locations.
Flexibility: Rental arbitrage allows you to operate in cities where property prices may be prohibitive for purchasing, giving you access to lucrative short-term rental markets.
Challenges of Airbnb Rental Arbitrage
While rental arbitrage presents significant opportunities, there are challenges to consider:
Legal Restrictions: Many cities have regulations limiting short-term rentals. It’s important to research local laws to ensure compliance and avoid hefty fines.
Landlord Consent: Not all landlords are willing to allow subleasing through Airbnb. Negotiating this agreement can be a barrier for some entrepreneurs.
Occupancy Risks: Since your profits rely on maintaining high occupancy rates, market downturns, off-seasons, or competition can impact your revenue stream.
By understanding and addressing these challenges, savvy entrepreneurs can build a sustainable and profitable rental arbitrage business.
Airbnb Experiences: A New Dimension of Entrepreneurship
In addition to rental properties, Airbnb Experiences offer another way for entrepreneurs to capitalize on the platform. Launched in 2016, Airbnb Experiences allows locals to offer curated activities to guests, from cooking classes and tours to adventure sports and cultural immersions. For entrepreneurs, Airbnb Experiences provide an opportunity to monetize their passions, hobbies, or expertise while offering travelers unique and authentic experiences.
Creating a Successful Airbnb Experience
Identify Your Niche: To stand out in the Airbnb Experiences marketplace, focus on a specific niche that aligns with your expertise and interests. Whether it’s food, nature, art, or history, offering a specialized experience will attract the right audience.
Curate a Memorable Experience: Guests are looking for authentic, interactive, and meaningful experiences. Craft an itinerary that provides real value and lasting memories. Make sure to personalize your service to engage with each participant.
Professional Presentation: Just like with rental properties, the presentation of your Airbnb Experience is crucial. Use high-quality photos, write a compelling description, and showcase any credentials or experience that lend credibility to your offering.
Customer Service Excellence: The success of your Airbnb Experience depends heavily on your ability to provide exceptional customer service. Respond promptly to inquiries, be punctual, and ensure your guests feel welcome and comfortable throughout the activity.
Reviews and Reputation: Positive reviews are vital to building your reputation on Airbnb. Encourage guests to leave feedback and be proactive in addressing any issues to maintain a high rating.
Monetizing Airbnb Experiences
Creating Airbnb Experiences can be highly lucrative, especially if you cater to a high-demand niche or popular tourist destination. Additionally, you can offer tiered pricing for group events or one-on-one interactions, enabling you to scale your business based on demand. Whether you're a local chef, tour guide, or fitness instructor, Airbnb Experiences allow you to build a sustainable income stream with relatively low overhead.
Maximizing Profits with a Dual Strategy
For entrepreneurs seeking to maximize their revenue potential on Airbnb, combining rental arbitrage with Airbnb Experiences offers a unique advantage. By managing rental properties and offering curated experiences, you can create an all-encompassing guest experience that sets you apart from competitors. This dual strategy not only increases your income streams but also provides cross-promotional opportunities between your rental properties and experiences.
Cross-Promotion
For example, if you operate multiple Airbnb rental properties, you can offer guests exclusive access to your Airbnb Experiences at a discounted rate, encouraging longer stays and higher guest satisfaction. Likewise, guests who book your experiences may be more likely to stay at your properties on future visits, leading to repeat bookings and increased occupancy rates.
Building a Strong Brand
To succeed in both rental arbitrage and Airbnb Experiences, it’s essential to focus on building a strong personal brand. Consistent branding across your properties and experiences will create a cohesive identity that resonates with travelers. Consider using the same design elements, tone, and messaging across all listings to reinforce your brand image.
Legal and Financial Considerations
Entrepreneurs engaging in Airbnb rental arbitrage or offering Airbnb Experiences must be mindful of legal and financial considerations.
Rental Contracts and Agreements
When pursuing rental arbitrage, always secure written agreements with landlords that explicitly permit subleasing through Airbnb. This protects you from potential legal disputes and ensures transparency with property owners.
Insurance
Consider investing in short-term rental insurance to protect against damages, accidents, or liability claims that may arise during a guest’s stay. Additionally, Airbnb offers its Host Guarantee and Host Protection Insurance, which provide some coverage, but it’s wise to have a dedicated policy in place.
Taxes
Revenue from Airbnb rentals and Experiences is subject to taxes. Be sure to report all income to the relevant tax authorities and set aside funds for tax payments. It may be beneficial to consult a tax professional to ensure compliance with local tax laws and deductions for expenses such as property management fees or advertising costs.
Conclusion
Becoming an Airbnb entrepreneur through rental arbitrage and Airbnb Experiences offers exciting opportunities for growth, profit, and creative expression. By focusing on strategic property management, curating memorable experiences, and delivering exceptional customer service, entrepreneurs can build a scalable and sustainable business on the Airbnb platform.

Shocking that despite knowing beef, pork and fish oil was used to make prasad of Tirupati for the last 13 months, there is no protest from the Hindu society! We are definitely the descendants of MK Gandhi! Thanks to Indian voters, BJP / NDA gov is too weak to investigate and punish the culprits.
