The basic Few things you can always do when you eat Biryani!!
1. If biryani is next to you, order a big bowl of Raita and finish it before you have biryani.
It will help you fill your stomach with Fibre and Protein.
2. Use light plate to have your serving. If you are health conscious, the heavier the plate you will cut down on portions.
3. Always finish your Chicken/Mutton pieces first so that Protein will help you get filling of fullness and then in remaining portion have Rice.
4. Always have lime water after biryani which will help you digest the food.

How to descend down a slope safely on a trek?
Most trekkers look for tips on ascending a mountain. But, how often do you come across a guide to descend safely while on a trek? Descending a mountain can be really tricky if you do not follow a few thumb rules. I´m talking from personal experience here! If the descent involves long hours, wobbly knees and toes are common. Surprisingly, injuries are more common while descending than otherwise.
To avoid the unbearable toe and knee pain, all you need is the correct technique. So, lets make trekking enjoyable (both ways)!
Loosen that knee when you come down. Safe descents are about maintaining flexibility in the knees (more like having springs under the feet). More stiffness is synonymous to more hurt!
Tighten the shoelace to keep your ankles stable and avoid the frequency of ankle twists. (Picking the right trekking shoe is also a concern)
Bank on side-steps and avoid chances of slipping. You´ll have more grip while ascending.
An instinctive tip: be conscious in the 1st hour of descent to step on flat surfaces. With time itĺl come naturally to you.
Don slow down unnecessarily. That puts immense pressure on the knees.
Carry a trekking pole as a third leg.
When the descent is steep, trace an imaginary criss-cross path down.
Avoid nail chip-offs & painful toe-nails. how? Never step down toe-first.
