it was nothing but a small ghost mouse searching for some source of food, cheeping its way through every wall in the big mansion. nevertheless. any ghost, even the non frightening kind, was enough to make a young toadstool quiver in his shoes. almost makes him consider hiding under one of the beds. only problem is, luigi would have a hard time finding him. this isn't some game of hide & seek. this is a stronghold of survival. ❛ piglet … ? ❜ voice is soft & silent, avoiding any nearby ghosts to pinpoint the two's location.

❛ c- c'mon! let's go find luigi! he's the BRAVEST i know! ❜ he takes the wee little pig's nubby hand in his own, tightening their grip ever so slightly. he is nervous & piglet would likely tell by how much his arm was shaking, trembling in fear. though he knows it is far more dangerous to wander the dark halls, it felt wise to do so anyhow than to be concealed in one room for too long.

besides! toad had a friend with him! he felt somewhat more courageous now!

He figured if he bribed Piglet with acorns, he would be more inclined to stretch those little pink legs of his out into some proper bouncing!

🌸 ███ WELL---- SHE BELIEVED HIM, THIS uhm, whatever this was, certainly didn't feel like a pokemon. didn't smell like a pokemon. though there was a somewhat uncanny resemblance to a spoink, wasn't there ? a hand cups her chin & she leans her torso to the side, hair dangling & bouncing about. it's so strange ! she knew of every pokemon, that was information that was inherent to her as one of arceus' children after all ! what good was this budding little deity, of the few tasked with creation, if she couldn't place a mystery creature before her ?

so by this very simple train of thought shea diagnoses this, uhm, thingie with not a pokemon ! but that begs the question: ＂ soooooooooo what ARE you then ?＂
