Lore: Mephillia Alteracia is a fairy with the ability to manipulate universes This is very overpowered, but thankfully, she has no ambition to use it She loves collecting (and creating) early 00's MIDI's (and late 90's and early 00's MIDI sound modules) She can appear out of nowhere sometimes and disappear as if she has never existed in the first place (not even in your memory, altough you might have some vague memories about her that she could have forgotten to erase since she is kinda lazy with that) She can also alter her own appearance by changing the universe's perception of her Have you ever heard a random MIDI file in an early 00's flash game but you are never able to find it again? Mephillia might be behind it She has made some small cameos in obscure things i've made, that's just a thing she can do apparantly Oh she's not evil by the way, she's just a little ditzy witzy and loves lying in the grass across multiple timelnes simulatniously and perpendicularly just so she can feel the breeze in infinite ways, to nap or something And then when she has the energy she likes to play on her MIDI guitar and maybe make another WIP to add to her other 999 WIP's (unfortunately she considers creating a universe where she finishes the wip's to be cheating, so she doesn't do that (hopefully she finishes more songs one day though, i'd love to hear more, but she should take her time of course))

I don't think I've seen anyone speculate on this but do you think the Doctor has a concept of the "modern day"?

Like for the sake of the show it makes sense that the Doctor follows the real-world contemporary timelne as a sort of home base, but it would be neat if they did a season where the main companion is like an industrial worker from the 1700s and has no concept of "modern" tech but is incredibly resourceful and thinks of solutions the Doctor doesn't consider due to his reliance on technology and conventions of time travel.

We don't really know what year the Doctor is from, or if his tech is ahead of its time or just seems advanced because its alien.

Which begs the question, do Time Lords have a concept of "modern" to begin with, or do they operate without traditional conventions of time because it is so impermanent to them? This is more ADHD Doctor propaganda but he is shown time and again to have time blindness that's just on a larger scale than humans, such as accidentaly dropping Rose off a year late or losing track of centuries.

This is just a funny thought but I would love to see more exploration of it going forward.

what really baffles me on this replay is that there is no makoto in inazuma.  there are memories of raiden’s dead friends and enemies scattered around, but nothing for her sister. esp after how much of guizhong memories was hidden in liyue and how in sumeru the biggest world quest in the game is about rukkhadevata’s legacy. like, Makoto was an actual ruling archon for most of inazuma’s existence, she was the one shaping it. She died only 500 years ago, which when compared to timelne of thousands of years is not long, esp since raiden basically kept everything in stasis. And yet there is nothing but sacred sakura, which we know she created at the moment of death. 

like i don’t get it, did they want to keep her as shock reveal moment?? i mean they didn’t have to name her, but they could sprinkle content with her philosophy of transience. then player would have already accumulated a lot of dissonance of like why is raiden so about stasis when inazuma before was build on the idea of eternity of change?? so then when it’s revealed that raiden had sister its like OOOOOH thats whyyy, it was makoto all along! instead of her reveal being just “you can’t be mad at raiden bc she’s sad bc her sister died:(”
