originally I was just gonna say what I always do about these ancient third genders being examples of homophobia, transphobia, and sexism. But I decided to actually prove that.

Their final point was literally "woman with a [penis] weapon", which derives from anglo-saxon history and was... insulting, from the little I could find. It wasn't an epic cool third gender, it was something to call trans/intersex people.

So we've reached the end. Now, the video itself isn't wrong, we've had the notion of non-binary genders and sexes for ages, but we also have the hindsight to understand these categories were sexist reinforcements of gender roles and a way to move the homosexuals and transsexuals into their own box that wouldn't disrupt the rest of society by trying to actually be perceived as, like, normal human beings.

Non binary today isn't overly different, unfortunately! For every person that claims it's a scientific phenomenon with androgynous dysphoria, there's a hundred more who describe it as not feeling like they "fit in" with other girls/guys.

Which is, again, just sexism and the enforcement of gender roles.

The Government of India is recruiting for the positions of Regional Officer and Additional Regional Officer in the Regional Offices of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). There are two vacancies for Regional Officer in the offices located in Cuttack, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, and one vacancy for Additional Regional Officer in the office located in Guwahati. The Regional Officer positions are classified as General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted, and the Additional Regional Officer position is also classified as General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted.

The eligibility criteria for the Regional Officer positions are as follows: officers of the Indian Administrative Service or Central Service Group ‘A’ who are eligible for appointment as Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, along with a degree from a recognized university or equivalent, sound knowledge of Hindi and one more Indian language according to the requirements of the specific regional office, sound knowledge of Indian History and Culture, and 10 years of administrative or managerial experience in a responsible capacity. The period of deputation for these positions is ordinarily not exceeding 4 years.

The eligibility criteria for the Additional Regional Officer position in Guwahati are as follows: officers of the Indian Administrative Service or Central Service Group ‘A’ with a degree from a recognized university or equivalent, sound knowledge of Hindi and Assamese, sound knowledge of Indian History and Culture, and 7 years of administrative or managerial experience in a responsible capacity. The period of deputation for this position is ordinarily not exceeding 3 years.

The selected officers will be appointed on deputation basis and their pay, tenure, and other terms and conditions will be regulated according to the Department of Personnel & Training’s O.M. No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay II) dated 17.06.2010 as amended from time to time.

The selection process for the Regional Officer position in Kolkata is dependent on the outcome of ongoing disciplinary proceedings against an officer eligible for promotion to the post of Regional Officer.
