✍️ Daily Soap 🐺
Part 1 - Chapter 1
Jonathan - Days like this ...
Jonathan Caelwyn slammed the door shut behind him and muttered a quiet curse.
He dropped his bag on the floor, tilted his head back for a moment. What a damn day.
He sank down next to his bag, running a hand over his face. The tension sat deep. Not because it had been a bad day - but because it had been a pointless one.
He was a journalist, not a damn errand boy. His name stood for exposés, for stories that gripped people. He was the guy who brought things to light that others preferred to keep in the dark.
And yet, today, he had felt exactly like that - a damn intern, stuck with all the tasks no one else wanted to do.
A sudden illness had taken his cameraman out of commission, throwing all his plans out the window. And because it was just one of those days - the kind where the universe seemed to hate him - there wasn’t even a backup available to step in.
Officially, he was between projects - no hot story, no mission keeping him on his toes. But there was something he had his eye on, a lead he would have liked to follow. His station director, however, saw things differently.
When a reporter had nothing big in the works, it didn’t take long before they were reassigned to things far beneath them.
The result: Jonathan had spent the entire day dealing with bureaucracy, technical issues, a trip to the archives, and a pointless fact-check at the museum for some upcoming event ...
... and an interview about local waste management. A topic so frustrating he almost wished he could throw himself into one of those damn containers.
He was still standing there, shoulders tense.
It was no use. He stretched, trying to shake off the frustration, shrugged off his jacket, and headed for his office.
Chaotic, half-furnished - he hadn’t lived here for long, having only recently fulfilled one of his dreams: his own four walls, no more noisy neighbors constantly breaking his concentration.
But he hadn’t quite settled in yet. It still didn’t really feel like home.
Jonathan sighed and sank into the chair, clicking through emails, skimming over notes. Nothing urgent. He exhaled deeply, leaned back, and rubbed the bridge of his nose… restless, unsatisfied.
Eventually, he shut down the PC - it wasn’t going to get him anywhere tonight anyway.
With a deep sigh, he rubbed his face and sank onto the couch. His surroundings were modern, tasteful - but tonight, they felt empty. Silent. Too silent.
He needed a distraction.
Not just a glass of whiskey and a movie - something real.
His gaze drifted to the phone on the coffee table. There were plenty of clubs in the city. Places where no one would ask about his day. Where he could just be.
Jonathan got up and headed for the shower
...
A drink. A dance. An adventure.
His lips curled into a faint smirk. Yeah, that sounded like exactly what he needed right now.

✍️Daily Soap - a casual GP - Intro 🐺
I’d like to share a bit of my rotating gameplay with you, to tell you about my Sims and their gameplay stories or just show some pictures, independently of my planned stories -however, story characters might also appear in the daily soap. Daily doesn't mean I post 'daily' but it's about 'everyday'.
I've been following this idea for a while on our private Discord and sometimes it leads to background stories or new ideas. There’s no fixed rhythm for switching households - it happens spontaneously, depending on what I feel like playing at the moment. This includes all four of my main saves, which I play as a connected universe.
Some characters exist in multiple saves simultaneously but always belong to the same overarching story:
MainWorld (MW)
FreeWorld (FW) – which also includes Between Us
BestBuddiesForever (BBF)
Whisperer (WH)
Following the motto 'anything goes, nothing is a must' > some impressions
my Wolfgang Munch
Liam, my Grim Reaper Helper, who doesn’t live such a grim life after all.
Tom, his tenant, whom I moved in so Liam wouldn’t be alone.
I gave Tom some LoveStruck traits, such as polyamorous and not jealous, to see how it affects the gameplay.
Anything can happen here: test scenes for my GShade presets - spontaneous makeovers of townies we encounter in the gameplay - renovations/builds - moving in new Sims - and possibly even the occasional download.
I hope you’ll enjoy following me and my little pixel people. At the same time, this helps me resist the urge to constantly abandon new story ideas just because they can’t be executed perfectly. That mindset often leads to overthinking and, ultimately, getting nothing done. Sometimes, you just want to sit back and simply play …
That’s the plan - where this journey will take us, we’ll see …
⚠️ Note: This casual gameplay may contain triggering themes and spicy content, which is not suitable for minors and may be sensitive for some readers. I do my best to label content appropriately, but read at your own risk!
Big Thanks to all Creators!!!
Poses - not named, so I dunno
GShade Preset always by me
Sims and build by me
