SO GLAD YOU ASKED My personal opinion is that since white chocolate (aka cocoa butter/milk powder/sugar) would not exist without the cocoa butter pressed from the actual cacao bean (the brown stuff), it qualifies as chocolate. Some people would disagree though! Most white chocolate is too sweet for my taste, but one of the best things I’ve ever eaten in my life is Valrhona’s dulcey white chocolate (I’m on mobile or I’d post a photo, give it a Goog), which is made with caramelized whole milk and tastes like dulce de leche. It’s the fuckin tiiiiiiiiits
