I love how you’re archiving everything to do with this tour, I think it’s amazing how much time and effort you put into this, and it’s been really helpful to see everything you’ve said about ticket sales!

I was wondering if you know anything about the VIP tickets in Austin (Oct 25th), I’ve seen at some of the venues it seems like were selling what should have been gold or silver VIP seats as platinum presale, and I was wondering if that could have happened there. It’s entirely possible that I just wasn’t lucky enough, but I was on within the first few seconds with 4 people on 2 devices each and all the VIPs IMMEDIATELY said sold out. I was just wondering if we know of any actual people who got VIP (gold or silver) for that show or if it was presold as platinum seating and/or bought by bots. I even called the venue and they said that gold VIP sold out in less than 2 minutes and that silver sold out in less than 10, but it must have been way less than that

VIPs shouldn't/couldn't be sold during presale. even Manchester's priority thing didn't allow it. (Iceland left the chat though). so, i suppose, a lot of people just threw the tickets in their baskets immediately, and that's why the website told you it was sold out :( don't know anything about bots and how they work, tbh. if it was the case, there should be a resale somewhere. but i don't know the legit website for it. although, phannies always resell tickets, so keep an eye on @/TicketsDan on twitter. you can also post about looking for specific tickets and if anyone has them for sale they may contact you. don't lose hope! sometimes people can't go to the show last minute and would try to sell their ticket(s).
