i think loki Totally has a plan but why would he tell thor?? i dont think he would, let thor have his adventure and loki do his stuff behind like the prince of darkness he is because yeah i agree, loki is such a badass

//YEAH let’s hope so! Let’s hope he’s not being flattened into comic relief as the “pathetic little brother” simply because MCU doesn’t know what to do with him. It’d be so much wasted potential.

Steve halted at the door when the thunderer took up the doorway with his impressively wide frame. “Oh- sorry, Thor, ‘cuse me,” he laughed a bit, his gaze drifting upwards to the mistletoe hanging above them. The captain’s cheeks tinged a shade darker as the realization hit him, looking back at the God, noticing he had seen as well. His heart rate picked up a little bit, not sure how to react. Thor had always seemed so laconic, he never quite knew what he was thinking or how he may react. “I-It is a tradition...?” he offered, tentatively leaning upward, pressing a small, rather chaste kiss on the immortal's lips.

His shirt was still hanging open- he was running late, and Steve hated running late more than anything. He was coming his hair, trying to get it to settle properly so he could finish getting dressed. A first date with Thor was kind of a big deal, though, and he was already messing it up. So when the god stepped into the bathroom, Steve shot a guilty look in his direction before continuing to fight with his hair. “I know, I know, I’m so sorry I’m taking forever. I can’t get my damned hair to just- and JARVIS was doin’ somethin’ weird with the shower, and- maybe we should just…” 

He went silent when Thor came over and nudged at him to get him to face him. His hands dropped to his sides and he gazed at the god, keeping still as the other man slid his fingers through his hair to fix it. Steve felt a tingle of electricity dance down his spine and bit his lip, leaning slightly forward toward Thor without thinking. Then those big hands were at his chest, buttoning the shirt he’d left undone.

Steve reached up to lay his hands against the god’s sides, unable to keep from smiling as one hand was plucked away and the button on his sleeve done. “I guess I’m just nervous,” he murmured. He didn’t glance away from Thor’s face as the other did up his second sleeve. “You look really great, though. Sorry I’m such a mess.”

Steve felt like a pile of jelly. The sheets were a little damp with sweat and it was drying on his body, too, chilling him just a bit. He couldn’t remember a time he’d ever felt quite so sated. That was the beauty of having Thor as his lover, though. The god gave him everything he needed- and more- and Steve hoped he could manage to give him half as much joy and pleasure in return. He watched the other lay down next to him, skin glistening faintly in the warm sunlight that streamed through the windows. He was beautiful, and absolute masterpiece.

Humming, he rolled onto his side facing Thor and threw himself half over him. Steve nuzzled into the crook of his shoulder and pressed a kiss to his jaw. “What if we just stay in bed all day?” he asked. He sighed happily, thumb trailing lightly upward over the god’s ribs. “’Cause I don’t think I could move right now anyway,” he added with a grin.

8. walk in on your muse in the shower

The ship was quiet. Almost everyone on-board was sleeping or trying to sleep. This meant that the facilities would be -blessedly- empty and Loki would be able enjoy a nice, hot shower in peace and quiet. 

Unfortunately, when he opened the door to the showers, he discovered that not only were they occupied, but that they were occupied by a very naked God of Thunder. 

“Aurgh!” He made a sound of disgust and retreated posthaste, making sure to slam the door on his way out. “These doors are equipped with locks, brother, do learn how to use them!”

Steph was still in a daze over the news herself. She’d been standing in the middle of the bedroom she now shared with Thor, hand resting over the abdomen as if she could already feel the tiny life growing there. When his deep voice spoke out behind her, she turned, biting her lip as she smiled tremulously. “I only just found out about it this morning, myself, when Jarvis scanned me. I was-- trying to find some cute way to tell you. Isn’t that what women do? Buy a pair of tiny shoes to announce a baby is on the way or something?” 

She laughed at herself and brought the hand up to slide through her hair. Steph studied Thor’s face, trying to figure out what he was thinking. “It’s good, right? Are... are you happy?” Because she was. She was nearly vibrating with joy and on the verge of breaking down into happy sobs. This was something she had never thought she’d have, not with anyone.
