What is my reasons? 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♀️💆‍♀️ I've been on the wrong side of downsizing and the carried the risk of losing a job far too many times. I no longer want to live with that helpless feeling knowing that I have children that require my mental and financial support. If I lose another job, I want to be in a position where I'm left with deciding do I look for another job or do I go all-in and focus on what I've already established.
