starter for @jeremyxlieberman
location: kismet harbor hiking trails
Daisy had been enjoying getting out on the trails in Kismet Harbor. They were beautiful, even if she had already made a few passes through them at this point. She loved walking them to clear her head and as of lately, she was battling a lot. Daisy was taking in the sights, as she often did while walking and hadn't noticed a root in the middle of the path. She'd walked over it a half a dozen times already but was caught off guard on the way the sun shone through the trees and as she walked over it, her foot got caught and she fell to the ground in the middle of the trail. "Oh, shit," Daisy cursed, as she rolled over from how she fell on her hands and knees.

starter for @jeremyxlieberman
location: downtown kismet harbor
Solana had just walked out of Cobblestone Cafe, coffee in her hand. It was a caramel macchiato, one of her favorite drinks and it was a hot coffee as the temperatures were cooling living near the ocean. She went to take a sip when the rumblings of an engine startled her, causing it to spill as her entire insides shriveled up with the sound. A motorcycle. Solana absolutely despised them since what happened to Vance. She spotted whom was getting off of it and something inside of her pushed her to walk that way. "What the hell, Jeremy." Her brows narrowed as she walked up to him.

starter for @jeremyxlieberman
location: cedar grill and lounge
"Jeremy Lieberman?" Dana playfully gasped when she walked up to the table where he was sitting. "You are lurking around town and don't even bother to tell me?" She clicked her tongue in a teasing manner. Dana was fully aware that Jeremy never went far, it was her that went away for weekends around the world with her boss. "Kidding, of course, but seriously, it's been way too long since I've seen you." She shook her head. "You want to grab a drink for this charity or go somewhere else?"

starter for @jeremyxlieberman
location: the garden
"Jeremy," he grinned to greet the other man as he walked up to the table that he was sitting at, "sorry I was running a bit late," he apologized with a shake of his head, "but," he sat down across from Jeremy, "I promise I'm all yours now," he joked with a playful tone coating his words. "But, really, how've you been? I hear you've got a new partner at work? How's that been working out?"

location: thai tanic
"Tell me why it's been way too long since I've had this place to eat," she smiled at Jeremy before sitting down across from him at the booth that they were brought too. "I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get this dinner on the books for us," she frowned a moment as she picked up one of the menus on the table, "it's been an adjustment with the girls, but Jeremy, God, they're so amazing." Even if the blonde woman tended to feel insecure about her foster parenting skills.

starter for @jeremyxlieberman
location: wingman's pub
Mateo had been more hands off at the pub as of lately. Since taking the job with Andrew Jackson at Jackson Construction, he had allowed some of his more senior staff to take management roles and see how it was going. So far, so good. Mateo found himself on the other side of the bar, enjoying beers with the rest of the patrons. Despite not working, it was still a place that was near and dear to his heart. He had just finished another beer, ready to flag down the bartender when someone else sat down next to him and the bartender made his way over. "Another for me, and whatever he's havin'." Mateo offered, feeling a bit more generous as of late.

"Never a bad idea to have a list," sometimes the opportunity to travel came at an unexpected time. Though, he knew more often than not, it was all about the planning when it came to traveling. "Not too much, honestly," admittedly, it hadn't been the focus of a lot of conversations, "I wouldn't mind something next summer, keep it low-key but be able to have all the people we love come." Wesley told Jeremy, "It's probably a bit of both," he laughed with a shake of his, "yeah, definitely both scary and refreshing." @jeremyxlieberman
Tumblr media
"I'll keep it on my list." Jeremy wasn't one to travel often so he wasn't sure if he'd actually go to Egypt, but he didn't mind. "Probably, but nothing wrong with doing it when you guys feel is right either. Have you thought about any dates?" He asked his friend. "Neither do I. It's either refreshing or a little scary." He chuckled. @wesleyxjames

starter for @jeremyxlieberman location: aero cocktail bar
Morgan hadn’t been in town long, but she had secured herself a job at the Moore’s Book Café as something to keep her hands and mind busy while she thought of a way to approach the woman she thought to be her sister. Morgan didn’t really know where to start, only knowing her by name and that she owned Hilltop Café. The internet didn’t lead her too many other places and it left the blonde feeling stuck. So, while Evan was off working, Morgan took a pit stop at Aero Cocktail Bar on her way back to her apartment. Finding a seat at the bar, she had just ordered a cocktail from the bar when she heard a pickup line being slung at someone. It brought a scoff to her lips and a roll of her eyes as she turned to the guy next to her, “Do those lines really work on women anymore?”

Daisy smiled her thanks as he helped her up from the ground. She paused a moment, hoping that the quick movement would put her back on the ground. It didn't and for that, she was thankful. "Good to know," she laughed softly, knowing that she would keep that in mind if someone was a bit more rude to her. "I am from Portland originally," she told Jeremy, "I was living in Bend before deciding to move here." @jeremyxlieberman

He helped her up and once she was standing, he let her go but was close just in case. "You're welcome." Jeremy told her and nodded. "If no one stops, it's definitely someone from out of town." He chuckled a little and took her hand to shake it. "It's nice to meet you too, Daisy." He released her hand after shaking it. "You did? Where from?" He asked curiously. @daisyxmiller

starter for @jeremyxlieberman
location: nancy's bar and grill
The welcomed warmth of the building melted away at the lingering cold that he had picked up from the walk from his car, "Amayah been keeping you updated on all the big changes happening?" Wesley questioned as he slipped out of his jacket to hang on the back of the barstool. Since proposing to Amayah, Wesley felt like life was going at full speed and wanted to take a moment to slow down - so he invited Jeremy out to grab drinks and dinner at Nancy's place.

starter for @jeremyxlieberman location: nancy’s bar for trivia night
“C’mon, I can’t believe you missed that!” She laughed, tipping her head back. Lenny always could give Jeremy a hard time when it came to trivia. “Not that I knew it either,” she grinned at him as she wrapped her hand around her glass of water. Trying for a baby, Lenny tried to keep her drinking to a minimum, though she knew that wasn’t the cause for not being able to have a baby. “Okay, okay, I am pretty sure we are in last place tonight,” she said, looking down at their scorecard for the trivia game. “okay, every trivia night.”

A laugh escaped her lips as she rolled her eyes at Jeremy, "Yeah, I'm sure that's exactly what they call you," she followed the words with a nod of her head. Her husband's passing still haunted her in more ways than one. "Yeah," she nodded her head, "two years," it was still hard for her to think about in the sense that it felt like just yesterday and also a lifetime ago. She remembered all the details of the day of the accident and all the countless hours spent in the hospital room, waiting for him to wake up. "He's-" she stopped, "well, he just found out about Vance so not great, but I think before I broke that news, he was doing good. Saving the world and shit." @jeremyxlieberman
Tumblr media
"Then call me Mr. Consistent." He joked back with her and nodded. "Good. And I'll remember." Jeremy smirked down at her before his face fell a little when Solana started talked about how it was coming up on two years since her husband passed. "Two years already?" He sighed and rubbed the back of his neck. "I know it is." He raised an eyebrow. "Really? That's a name I haven't heard in a while. How is he?" @solanaxortiz

"Oh, were you?" She teased, "That might be a first, huh?" Not that she thought it was, but the two of them had always had a good set of banter with one another. Ordering for herself after Jeremy did, she turned her attention back to him as they awaited their drinks of choice to be brought to them. "The races are good," she told Jeremy, "actually, Simon is Julian's manager now," it was an odd shift, but one that Dana could handle. At least she knew that Simon would never do anything like the last manager did. "Thankfully we have long been friends since we broke up," she laughed, "or else it could be a lot more awkward." @jeremyxlieberman
Tumblr media
He chuckled. "Now that someone can say they saw me, I can go back into hiding in the woods." He joked with her. "Entirely? Here I was gonna take partial blame, but I like this all on you thing." Jeremy teased before nodding. "Now you're talking." He ordered his usual before looking back at Dana. "Ah so you decided to grace us with your presence. I'll take it. How are the races going?" @danaxallenlopez

"As you should, just for me," she teased her best friend. She knew that if she asked, Jeremy would make the time for her but unless it was an emergency, she didn't pressure the man. "Family law, huh?" She raised a brow, "Can you read my mind or something?" She nudged Jeremy, "Nate and I want to look into adopting." Lenny admitted to him, though they had talked about it before when she was still trying. "Mhm," she grinned, "we will see about that."
Tumblr media
"It is." He laughed innocently, trying not to think of it as more than that. If he did, he might stop all together. "We did. And I'll be sure to open up some time on my calendar." He assured her. He hated not spending time with his best friend. "I'm taking some classes this summer, though. Learning a bit on family law." Jeremy let her know before he scoffed and shook his head as she was reading into the date more than he had anticipated. "Nothing is different. I just... wanted her to have a good time."

"Me, too." Emre nodded his head in agreement. A sprained ankle was hardly anything compared to what others experienced during the winter storm. "Yeah, we made it back." In which he was grateful that they lived in the same apartment complex because he was able to stay the evening in his apartment until being able to get his own daughter in the morning. "Yeah, I've never dislocated anything," Emre told the other, "but I've heard that it's pretty rough those first few days." He continued on.
Tumblr media
There was a relief that went through Jeremy as Emre confirmed that him and Celine were siblings. While he did figure as much, it was just good to know that it was the right assumption to make. "Good. I'm glad it's getting better." He said to him. "That's a noble thing to do. Did you get her there?" He hoped the man hurting his ankle was worth it, but either way, he was doing a good deed and it was admirable to say the least. "Yeah. It's much better. Hurts here and there, but almost like nothing happened. The first few days were rough, though."
