    “Hey --”  Wynonna’s hand slid from the grip of the Peacemaker, her right hand offered out to her side as she slowly dropped the gun to her thumb, easing it down onto the edge of the fence railing beside her as she tried to show the young woman that she didn’t mean any harm -- maybe harder to prove than normal given that she’d just blown a Revenant sky high ... hell high? but, seeing as they’d been intent on trying to tear into the stranger, Wynonna was hopeful she’d know Wynonna was trying to help.  She didn’t know what it was about the girl that had set the Revenant off, and, it seemed pretty obvious the girl wasn’t exactly normal but, between sheer gut instinct and the fact the Revenant had seemed intent on tearing her limb from limb?  Wynonna was guessing friend was more likely than foe.  “It’s okay.  I’m not gonna hurt ya,” she promised.  “Not ‘less you give me a reason to and, I’m thinkin’ that’s not exactly your style so --”
