Clementine’s definitely seen the movie CJ’s talking about. She also definitely saw it while high off her ass and remembers absolutely nothing about it, save for the rat. Still, she waves off CJ’s concerns about spoilers, and instead focuses on his other request. “Sure,” she says of him living with her. “I assume the house’ll be big enough to have, like, wings,” she holds up a finger, as if stopping CJ before he can pipe up. “Not actual wings, CJ, like, different sections in the same house,” she explains, though she’s not sure if that’s actually an accurate description of what she means. Could be, couldn’t be. She’s never been in a house big enough to have wings, anyway, what does she fucking know?

“Anyway, it’ll be big enough for the both of us,” she pauses for a second, nose wrinkled. “Or I guess the three of us, if you’re gonna bring your husband along. His brother can’t come, though,” she warns him, annoyed at how quickly her cheeks flush at the thought of Hunter Vora anywhere near her. That motherfucker still makes her feel like a schoolgirl, and she doesn’t even like men. She’s just embarrassed he made her think she did, for a minute there.

She listens as CJ explains the syrup, then shakes her head once when he finishes. “Don’t have it, then,” she tells him. “Never heard of it. Tell you what, though, I’ll be sure to pick some up next time I’m at Walmart just for you,” she nods over at someone hailing her further down the bar. “Gimme a sec,” she tells CJ, leaving him for a minute to work on his orange list. Once everything is settled with the other patron, she comes back and takes the receipt paper CJ happily hands her, giving it a look-see. It takes her an admittedly embarrassing amount of time to realize CJ’s just added every letter of the alphabet to the beginning of the word, and she’s mostly shocked she expected anything else, really.

Giving him a look, she says, “Even if I were to count these as words — and I’m willing to, ‘cause all words are fuckin’ made up anyway — I did say thirty,” she holds up the paper to face him, taps at the word ‘zorange.’ “These are twenty-six.” She sets the paper down and shakes her head in mock disappointment, though there’s a small amused smile threatening to break through the facade. “Guess that only gets you one drink on the house, pal.”

CJ is in the belief that things that are free simply taste better, so his back straightens as Clem offers him a challenge, taking the paper and pen enthusiastically as he begins to jot down various rhyming words with ‘orange’ in his child-like scrawl. “Oh, dude, you’re so on!” He exclaims, as he quickly gets to work.

“Oh it could be like in Ratatouille when it turns out he’s the son of the chef guy. The ginger dude, not the rat.” He looks up, scrunching his nose, “Sorry if you haven’t seen that, by the way. Awesome movie. I’ve been to Paris, it’s fuckin’ ace. Can I live with you in your big fancy house when I come visit?” Because obviously Clem is a little French, she has to be. He knows best to not argue with people when they insist they’re not what CJ thinks of them, but he really thinks the bartender is nice, like super nice. She reminds him of Jeanie in a way, and he loves Jeanie. “Oh, dope, I dropped out too!” For his skateboarding career, but like, you didn’t need to know Trigonometry to do a 360. “Okay so like, you know candy corn? Iunno why it’s called that, but it like tastes like sugar, and I saw it’s like a syrup. And it’s like red, and they sell it at Walmart!” As he finishes describing the syrup, he finishes his list, sliding it over to Clem.

Daniel stepped inside of PowerPulse, the sound of weights clinking and machines humming creating an energy that immediately invigorated him. Having been an athlete during school, he found that working out was a great way to focus in, especially if he was facing a particularly challenging problem or case. As such, Daniel’s visits to PowerPulse were almost therapy and he rarely (read: never) missed a day. After stowing away his gym back in the locker room, he made his way into the open space of the gym to stretch, rolling his shoulders and preparing for his workout. Daniel glanced around as he began his light stretches, noticing a few familiar faces of regulars mixed with new faces, all absorbed into their own routines. Nearby, a group of people gathered around a new piece of equipment. Daniel, his curiosity getting the better of him, wandered over to get a better look. The machine in question was the tall, and striking piece of equipment that looked to be part treadmill, part climbing wall. It had handles and foot pedals that moved in a coordinated, vertical motion. Daniel noticed a familiar face in the group surrounding the machine and smiled. “Hey CJ,” he said, clapping a hand on CJ’s shoulder. “This looks pretty cool. Has anyone tried it yet? How does this thing work…? Do you just climb it?”

As a general rule, Henry tried to do everything in their power to make any given day a good one; it was easier said than done and sometimes it involved a fair amount of gritting their teeth and putting one foot in front of the other but it had served them well so far. Or, they'd thought it had until they'd turned away from the crowd in front of the stall for Lucky Joe's with a bagel perched between their teeth that promptly tumbled to the ground the moment someone jostled them. "Son of a bi―scuit," They grumbled, mindful of a woman with her kid in tow that was already glaring at them for even considering swearing for a fraction of a second. Henry sighed― collecting their bagel from the ground and chucking it into the nearest trashcan, momentarily disappointed until they caught sight of a familiar face and grinned broadly. "Yo! Ceej!" Henry called, cupping their hands around their mouth so their voice carried before they approached the other man. "What's up, dude? How ya been? You gettin' bagels or just enjoying the... impressive Beyonce discography that seems to be happenin' over here?" They asked brightly, energetic already at the prospect of catching up with CJ even if it was only brief.

shit. even in her inebriated state, tefi knew she said too much—like in mean girls, she was becoming too much like cady and kept bringing up her version of regina george to anyone that would listen. she needed to lighten up. it was cj’s birthday, after all! no better time to forget her husband than getting super drunk in a small town bowling alley with her new friends. “ah, baby, you’re so right!” she gave a little spin in order to shake off her obsession just as the music changed, then cj suddenly disappeared from her side. “hey!” tefi called out softly, noticing him now on the ground. her indignation quickly evaporated when he suggested a drink. “yaaay!” she yelled, stretching her arms over her head before she jumped down and landed somewhat in cj’s arms. “birthday boy gets all the birthday drinks!” with that, the pair vacated the shoe rental desk, much to the employees’ gratitude.

END SCENE.

If CJ was a more insightful person, or if he let himself give a fuck about Foster more than necessarily needed (he was dating Phoebe, who was Seb's oldest friend, and thus had to sometimes expect him to be at group hangs), he'd maybe flag Tefi's question as somewhat suspicious. Like it'd be something to worry about. But because he liked himself too much to have that douche-canoe on his brain 24/7 he simply barked out a laugh. "I'm not, like, gonna waste my birthday wishes on him!" He had much more important needs for something he was only granted once a year.

The song changed again, and it was one CJ didn't vibe with as much, so he climbed down, holding out his arms for Tefi to use him as balance (or honestly, jump into) so she could also get down. "Let's get a drink!" He called out, because dancing on top of the shoe rental counter was definitely thirsty work.

saul nodded as he listened to cj’s explanation. watching days of thunder in college never made saul want to jump into nascar himself, mostly he had thought nicole kidman and tom cruise were a dream threesome, but he supposed movies were as good of a reason to do anything. his own career was born out of expectations from his family—the weissbergs were high society, white collar, well-to-do types, and there was very few paths they were allowed to take: law, medicine, or politics. any other occupation was seen as heretical. “hm, well, it’s good you have a passion, son. keep at it.” he hoped racing gave cj some sort of structure. he didn’t know the younger man very well, but he seemed a little… directionless. lacking guidance, maybe, or perhaps just guidance he would actually follow. saul could understand that. just as he was about to say one more thing, his friend’s son called out to him from a few feet away.

“uncle saul! watch us race!” archie yelled from the go kart track waiting line.

saul turned back to cj and patted his hand against the younger man’s firm bicep. “hey, i’ll catch up with you later, alright? let me know your final decision on the whole annulment thing and i’ll stop having my secretary keep calling your team to set up an appointment.” he grinned teasingly, waving goodbye.

In a way, CJ kinda felt bad for Saul. Not that he didn’t think the guy had an awful life or anything, but he felt he was like, wassit? Stringing him along? He was unsure if that was even possible with lawyers, but like, if he was a divorce lawyer and his client wasn't getting divorced, he wouldn’t be as chill as Saul was with him.

When asked about racing, CJ shifted his weight. Not out of discomfort, per se, just never really knew how to answer the question. “Iunno, man, I always liked racing movies, always liked just driving fast. Did junior competitions, y’know? Just…fell in love with it.” A love he sacrificed for family, but still, no need to get into the nitty gritty of it all.

SEASON 002, PART 001

SCHEDULE TYPE: CAREER RESTRICTIONS: Cannot be paired with another CAREER schedule type

The word is out; three months after the successful first season, starting from FEBRUARY 6, tvM will be airing LEGACY PROJECT: FUTURE DREAMS 2, an eight-week survival show based around Legacy Entertainment’s trainees.

SIGNING UP

this season will be fairly different from the first, but still a preparation before debut. participants of last season were already notified and invited to come back if interested. for those who haven’t taken part in season 1, if your muse is debut ready, you may sign up for the show from TODAY until FEBRUARY 8, 11:59PM EST. while a muse may not be debut ready at the moment, if they become debut ready anytime by february 8th, they may join the show at that time. ic wise, it will be considered that they joined from the beginning. for more information about the contract and rules, please refer to this post.

ENTRANCE

NEW CONTESTANTS  –– entrance and first impressions are the most important and can set the tone for a whole career. on JANUARY 20TH, NEW CONTESTANTS ONLY are picked up at the the dorms to head to the hair salon. after getting their hair and makeup done, they are taken to a CJ ENM studio. before they can head to the main studio, the staff has set up three rooms where trainees are taken individually and asked to introduce themselves and talk about their feelings towards taking on this new adventure. they are then instructed to go in on their own, one by one.

once they enter the main studio, the famous pyramids of season one are absent. chairs are instead set in rows of equal number of chairs –– one with blue lighting for the boys, and one with pink lighting for the girls. the coaches and bae siwoo are already in the studio, waiting for the trainees to come in. the senior idol invites each one of them to pick a number tag ranging from 1 to 12 that should represent, in their opinion, their ranking within the other trainees present. a number may be picked more than once. they then receive questions from the coaches and siwoo on why they picked that number and even could be asked to display talents.

RETURNING CONTESTANTS –– on JANUARY 27TH, RETURNING CONTESTANTS ONLY are picked up at the the dorms to head to the hair salon. after getting their hair and makeup done, they are taken to a CJ ENM studio. they are all taken to a studio where footage of the previous week with new contestants is shown to them. they are encouraged to show reaction to what the new contestants are saying. they are later taken to the interview rooms to share their thoughts and feelings about the past season and the new adventure to come.

MISSION

ON JANUARY 28TH, ALL THE CONTESTANTS are picked up at the the dorms to head to the hair salon. after getting their hair and makeup done, they are taken to a CJ ENM studio. in the main studio, they are invited to sit down however they wish, boys on one side and girls on the other side.

once all trainees are seated, bae siwoo makes his grand entrance. just like last season, he takes the time to engage with the trainees to make them laugh and relax a little bit before before going back to his script. his first announcement is that, this season again, the show is not a survival but a competition for a SINGLE in units. the winning unit will do a full round of promotion before returning to their trainee status. therefore, winners and contestants will still be considered trainees at the end of this season.

the second announcement is that, they will once again receive a “main song”, just like last season.

the last announcement is that in MARCH, contestants will perform their songs in front of a crowd that will then have to vote for the best unit. the unit voted by the coaches and the fans will be the winning unit.

after listening to a snippet of every songs, trainees are informed that they will have to learn and master all four songs before FEBRUARY 7TH. they will still be asked to pick the song they prefer during the weeks of preparation. filming for the day ends on that note and, after another comment session, trainees are sent back to the dorms. they will not be returning to the studio before FEBRUARY 17TH when official units and distributions will be revealed. until then, they will go back to training at Legacy Entertainment’s main building, although on a different floor, in more modern and bigger training rooms, just like last season.

their official working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 2PM until 10PM. cameras will roll from 12PM to 12AM on those days. new contestants are paid weekly 500,000 won, returning contestants are paid 1,000,000 won weekly. when coaches are around, usually, the first 3.5 hours are dedicated to dancing and the last 3.5 hours are dedicated to singing with a one hour break.

Danny's gaze flicked upwards - not quite like rolling his eyes, but almost like a glance lade directly to heaven. Only God had enough of a sense of humor to keep orchestrating these run-ins. Danny let out a sigh, resigning himself to the fact that this was real, and CJ was there, and this conversation was going to happen. He never escaped these conversations unscathed, regardless of whether he had precipitated the "break" or "break-up" himself. But this time had felt... different. Danny didn't feel now how he did in every other time they'd broken up. He'd not felt that invisible thread drawing them back together again. He'd felt... Free, maybe. Unmoored, mostly. It was complicated. It had always been complicated.

"Yeah, sure. You know. Work." What was he supposed to say? CJ would sniff the truth out of him, but it didn't mean he'd surrender it willingly. He'd had the first significant non-CJ related romance of his life. And it had left him wondering what the future really held. It had challenged in him, for the first time, what he wanted out of life. And it had really instilled in him that his exhaustion with the on-again, off-again lifestyle he'd led with CJ couldn't ever be again. And maybe... Well, maybe it had left him wondering if he and CJ could ever get to a place where they could thrive together. "You look good." She would always look good. But somehow, when she didn't quite feel like his anymore, she looked... Painfully fantastic. "What uh... What are you doing out? I didn't know you had friends."

It's not until he speaks that something tightens in her chest. It wasn't that she'd forgotten what they were like or how he made her feel, more that she'd been following the plan of out of sight out of mind. Doing her best to shove him from her mind the same way she'd managed to push him out of her life. But with him standing in front of her and them falling instantly into old ways it's impossible to distance herself from those feelings. Every second she's stood in front of him she feels the ties that bind them pulling at her heartstrings a little tighter and forcing her to admit a simple truth. She'd missed him. She'd maybe

Eyes roll and she flashes him another one of those fake smiles. "Original." Her eyes lock back onto his, refusing to let her gaze travel over his features like she wants to just in case she sees that something had changed. Seeing him would be challenging enough without finding some unwelcome reminder that they'd been missing out on each other's lives. There's also the thought that if she doesn't break eye contact maybe she can convince herself that things were fine between them, that she hadn't walked away from him. They were occupying familiar territory after all and maybe it was the several shots of tequila talking but she badly needed things to feel normal between them. "So what's new? You haven't gotten any funnier so you must have been busy with something else."

The word is out; starting from OCTOBER 31ST, tvM will be airing LEGACY PROJECT: FUTURE DREAMS, a nine-week survival show based around Legacy Entertainment’s trainees.

Early morning, on OCTOBER 7TH, trainees who signed up for the show are picked up at the the dorms to head to the hair salon. After getting their hair and makeup done, they are taken to a CJ ENM studio. Before they can head to the main studio, the staff has set up three rooms where trainees are taken individually and asked to introduce themselves and talk about their feelings towards taking on this new adventure. They are then instructed to either go in on their own or in small groups (same gender only). 

Once they enter the main studio, they can see that not one but TWO PYRAMIDS of chairs facing each other await the trainees –– one with blue lighting for the boys, and one with pink lighting for the girls. Unlike the produce series, trainees learn, upon entering the room, that legacy has already assigned them a number. They are tasked to find their place and initial ranking for the beginning of the show. 

Once all trainees are seated, Bae Siwoo makes his grand entrance. He takes the time to engage with the trainees to make them laugh and relax a little bit before before going back to his script. His first announcement is that, this season, the show is not a survival but a competition for a SOLO TRACK. Although this doesn't guarantee a solo career under Legacy, the winners will both, one guy and one girl, receive a solo song. Participation in this season also doesn’t mean an official debut; contestants will still be considered trainees at the end of it.

The second announcement is that, in addition to this, they will have to prepare for the 'trademark songs' of the Legacy trainees –– their own versions of ‘Pick Me' songs.

The last announcement is revealed after a short pause in order to keep the suspense going during the broadcast; training groups will also all receive their own song. Even though each training group will receive a song, they are tasked to also learn the two others in case of any group switches.

Filming for the day ends on that note and, after another comment session where trainees are asked about how they feel about their current ranking and the mission, they are sent back to the dorms. They will not be returning to the studio before November 18 when parts will be officially distributed and winners of the solos will be revealed. Until then, they will go back to training at Legacy Entertainment's main building, although on a different floor, in more modern and bigger training rooms.

Throughout week 5, trainees will be reviewed individually by the coaches for the main song, assigned training group song and solo performance. On NOVEMBER 10, trainees must submit a video of them, alone, performing their main song, assigned training group song and the solo song they will have prepared.

While the event will last for a period of THREE MONTHS, a second part will be posted on NOVEMBER 17TH. Line distributions, solo winners, official recording schedules (expect last weeks of November), MV filming schedules (expect first weeks of December) and more will be revealed at that time.

There are a total of FIVE REQUIREMENTS for this event, three of which will be revealed tonight. Mandatory requirements are marked by stars (**). Except for one requirement in PART 002, fulfilling a requirement equals to appearing in 2 episodes. Therefore, by meeting all 5 requirements, a trainee will have appeared in all 9 episodes of this season. Use the hashtag lgc:futuredreams for everything related to this event.

IMPORTANT: in order for your requirements to be valid, for each first post/solo posted, a READ MORE with a small INTERVIEW must be added. the interview can be just one question/answer, most likely about the thoughts or feelings of the trainee at that moment. For a thread, the interview section can also be done just once. This part has no minimum word requirement, but the number of words written in this part isn’t counted with the rest of your post (i.e; if you write a 300 words solo + 125 words for the interview, we only count 300 words)

saul, in all honesty, was a little astonished. in his thirty year long career, he had come across many different clients, family dynamics, and even some outlandish cases, particularly within the rich new yorker crowd. he didn’t often get people coming in for his services on the order of a family member. it had happened a few times, of course, but it had certainly been awhile since the last instance. usually it was old money matriarchs that came in, demanding their daughter’s marriage to some guy she deemed beneath her family be annulled or dissolved. he told them exactly what he already said to cj: outside parties couldn’t facilitate the ending of a marriage on someone’s behalf unless very specific circumstances.

his brows creased as cj started defending his husband, claiming he wasn’t aggrieved. it took him a second to realize that cj misunderstood him. a hint of amusement twitched at his lips. “no, that doesn’t mean… nevermind.” in the end, the definition of the word didn’t matter much to the case. “it’s okay, no one’s being charged with a crime so you don’t have to worry. no one’s going to get in trouble with the law.” besides, cj was to be his client, not this seb. unless they were to make the case for annulment because his new husband hurt him, there was no need to bring up any bar fights or being… aggrieved.

saul tried to speak softly, hoping his next words would get through to cj. “what your sister or any of your family wants here is immaterial.” he rethought that last part since cj thought aggrieved meant aggressive. “what i mean is that when it comes to your marriage, fast as it may have been, only you or your husband gets to decide when it ends. no one else, not even the government, can make you get an annulment or a divorce if that’s not what you want.” he scribbled a quick note onto his legal pad, then looked back to cj.

“i really want you to think about this, and just you, don’t worry about your family or your husband.” saul paused and pointed at the center of cj’s chest from across his desk. “do you actually want to get an annulment and say, in the eyes of the law, that your marriage never happened. or do you want to stay married to—seb, was it?” saul folded his hands on top of his closed macbook. “i want to remind you that marriage isn’t just signing a paper and getting to call someone your spouse. it’s a legally binding contract that takes a lot of time and money to end, now or in the future. it means you’re legally entwined with your husband for the duration of your marriage, and honestly, after the end of it, too.” he had three previous marriages of his own to prove it.

CJ chewed absent-mindedly to Saul’s apprehension to his answer, just letting himself enjoy the sandwich, which tasted extra delicious because it was like a gift or whatever. But then he caught the divorce lawyer man’s face, and realized perhaps, he may have fucked up a bit.

A memory came to him, of being about seven years old and serving his first detention sentence, and how his father told him that whilst honesty was the best policy, there was such a thing as being too honest. 

But CJ didn’t like to lie, and leaving details out felt like lies of…emission? No, that was something to do with gas, he was sure. Whatever. But he felt like he made a misstep now, and Wren and Jasper would yell at him for it.

“Oh I’m not being forced! I agreed to do it!” He explained, quick to defend his sister and brother-in-law, though an outside party would be quick to point out that dropping him off and watching him walk in the building the lawyer was situated in and having a whole argument about the whole thing probably did err on the side of force. He was confused with what Saul discussed next, not really getting what ‘aggrieved’ meant, but it sounded slightly like ‘aggressive’ so he decided to follow that path.

“Oh, Seb isn’t aggrieved at all, I mean, he like, fights people in bars but they’re usually assholes who deserve it. And he does piss people off, but he doesn’t mean to, really. He’s a real sweet guy.” Would that be on the legal records? Was this a case of him being too honest again? “Can that be off the record? I don’t want him getting in trouble.” 

Husbands didn’t rat on each other, after all.

“Look, Wren is just looking out for me, and I already fell out with her once about this whole thing. Does it really matter? Like…can they refuse if I’m like,” CJ shrugged to demonstrate nonchalance. “Y’know?”

Evangeline loves pulling this shit on him nowadays. Guilt trips him into meeting her at a bar (I feel like you never spend time with me anymore) only to stand him up last minute with some bullshit babysitter excuse. 

(And he knows it’s a bullshit excuse, because he pays for a full-time nanny and keeps several excellently-rated babysitters on retainer for situations such as these. His little sister, however, doesn’t care how believable her excuses are anymore — just loves to get him out of the house to socialize and mingle and stop living like The Beast, lest I find out you’ve started talking to your furniture, Rhett.)

As it stands now, Everett can think of ten different things he’d rather stab himself in the eye with than spend another second in this place alone, a list which he types out furiously in the midst of a scathing text message to his sister about disrespect and a waste of a perfectly good Netflix queue. He’s in the middle of typing the words ‘a used glass dildo’ when he pauses, reassessing the situation. It takes him less than a minute to settle on deleting the entire message and texting back a simple ‘K’ instead, because he may be angry, but he’s not angry enough to antagonize the person who dictates how much access he has to his niece. 

He pockets his phone, ready to close out his tab and crawl back into the hole he similarly crawled out of, when the words Ghost Towns assault his ears. He doesn’t flinch, but it’s a near thing — almost instinctive, nowadays, when the name of his show is shouted at him. There are two kinds of people who’ll do this: the kind that hate him, and the kind that don’t. He’s not really sure he’s in the mood to deal with either.

Glancing at the source of the intrusion, he’s met with a young man — probably in his twenties, by the look of him — who looks, for all intents and purposes, like he’s been left unsupervised. Everett can’t really put his finger on why he looks this way, but he catches himself looking around for a parent or guardian anyway, just to be sure. “Uh huh,” he replies warily. He braces himself for whichever of the two ways this can go. If history has any say, it’ll either go fine — big fan, man — or not-fine — so you’re a piece of shit, huh. He scratches his jaw anxiously, attempting to school his expression into one of nonchalance. “That’s me.”

You break one bottle of vermouth and suddenly you’re ‘not welcome at The Velvet Unicorn any longer’. CJ thinks it’s ridiculous, because it was the bartender who dared him to juggle it in the first place. It’s like…making him one of those escape goats or something. That lick the salt lamps.

Still, there’s not too many places in Aluma Lake he can go for a drink that would happily have him, but he thinks he can risk The Fighting Dolphin, because they don’t seem to mind that he’s there, as long as he — loosely quoting some grumpy man who stands behind the bar with his arms crossed all the time  — ‘doesn’t touch shit’. And he won’t, he promises.

So there he is, being exceptionally well-behaved at the bar, not attracting attention to himself at all, until —

“Holy shit! Aren’t you the dude from Ghost Towns?!”

"Why would I know you don't have the app?" Rhys asked, like it was the most obvious thing in the world. Due to a profession where getting hit in the head was par for the course, his short term memory wasn't the best. Long term left a little to be desired to.

"Where's best to reach you then when I've important information to share? Like the dog I saw I was trying to tell you about."

"We've talked about this, why would you call me on Instagram and be surprised I don't answer? I no longer have the app."

Lia chuckled as CJ seemed to contemplate the practicality of her earlier comment. This is why she found herself appreciating his company, albeit against her will. He was someone that would just let things be if she wasn’t ready to talk about it, which she absolutely wasn’t. Dahlia wasn’t sure she ever would be ready, so instead, she offered the man a grin and was about to reply when she heard the instructor’s cough. She ducked her head, smiling apologetically, properly chagrined at the disapproving look they were receiving. At the offer of smoothies, Lia smirked and bumped CJ slightly. “Sure, your treat. You can pay me back for so generously sharing my mat,” she whispered, before re-focusing on what she came there to do in the first place.

At her answer, he couldn’t help but scoff. “Dude, there’s like a million and one places to do that.” He pointed out. Then, after a beat, added; “But like, I guess this way you’ve like, stretched and stuff.” Always better to have a warm-up, he supposed. If there were more to Lia’s reasoning, CJ was never one to pry, always feeling like if people wanted to share they just would. “Ha! Why, you impressed?” He glanced over, shooting her a cheeky grin. “It helps prevent neck and spinal damage, keeps me all limbered up before going in the car.” There was a cough from the front of the class, the instructor glancing over at the pair disapprovingly, offering them an apologetic smile, turning back to Lia. “Wanna get a smoothie after this? I don’t think we’re allowed to talk anymore.”
