goddamn I ran 9 miles, biked 20km, and did IT band strength exercises for 30 mins and I’m still tryna GO
#i was supposed to run essentially all day today but my it band wouldn’t LEAVE ME ALONE#I think it can be attributed to climbing instead of running during the week so I will change that#and add more strength stuff#also I bought new poles <3 and my mom is sending me a resistance band which I desperately need#at least my endurance is off the shits but potential injury makes me insane#ONE YEAR UNTIL JAVELINA EXACTLY so good luck to this years javelina runners PEACE#running#part of me wonders if it’s my shoes……#those bitches def have 1000+ miles on them#OH ALSO on Thursday some guy biked to the gym….just to ride the bike…..at the gym…..ok
