hi! i just came across your blog from a search and i was wondering if you have any recommendations of where/what to read about Wicca or spirituality, it’s something thats always peaked my interest and i feel connected too with lack of better wording and i just would like to learn more about the history and culture and i was wondering if you have any recommendations :)

Hey there! My favorite books for newbies, or the curious are Scott Cunningham's Wicca for the Solitary Practitioner, and Paganism: A guide to Earth Based Religions by Joyce and River Higginbotham.

Some authors I love and recommend, are Starhawk, Margot Adler, Christopher Penczak, Amber K, Kelden, Jason Mankey, Thorn Mooney @thornmooney , Timothy Roderick, and Raymond Buckland. Some are older works, some are more contemporary.

I would personally avoid Silver Ravenwolf, Skye Alexander, Gavin and Yvonne Frost, and there are several "ghost writers" with "books" available on Amazon, its a really big issue so be sure to be cautious when you are reading anything, and even with my recommendations, and my avoid list, read it and see what you get out of it. I am not here to tell you how to be your own kind of witch, I am here to offer up my advice based solely on my experience through the world.
