Document of Interest: Object Classification
.
No two Anomalies are alike however they do have some similarities to how they can be contained and how dangerous they are to humanity and normalcy. Thus, every possible way of classification relating to their containment are labeled right here.
Safe - Anomalies that require minimal resources for containment, can be a low or high threat. If you put it in a box and it stays there, then it’s Safe.
Euclid - Anomalies that difficult to understand and/or require extended management or resources for containment, can be a low or high threat. If you put it in a box and you’re not sure what it will do, then it’s Euclid.
Keter - Anomalies that require constant management and resources for containment, are always a high threat. If you put it in a box and it can easily come out and kill you, then it’s Keter.
Archon - Anomalies that become a higher threat when contained therefore is better to be left uncontained. If it tries to kill you when you put it in the box but cools down when you don’t, then its Archon.
Apollyon - Anomalies whose influence can expand to the same degree of an entire planet, anomalies that are impossible to contain, and/or a constant threat to humanity. If it’s too big for the box, then its Apollyon.
Thaumiel - Anomalies that are beneficial to the Foundation, especially revolving around containing other Anomalies. If it is the box, then its Thaumiel.
Neutralized - Anomalies disabled or destroyed by the Foundation. If you don’t need to put it in a box, then its Neutralized.
Joke - Anomalies that have the unusual properties but pose no actual threat and thus as the name implies are a Joke at best. Usually only given a secondary classification when there's more to the anomaly than what makes them a Joke. If you’d rather throw it in the trash, then it’s Joke.
/ - used to give two classifications for an anomaly that can be more than one type of containment hazard at once. If it’s familiar yet difficult to understand, then it needs more than one box.
Somnum - Anomalies that are technically neutralized but have the great possibility of being active again to become the same or a greater threat than before. If it broke before you could put it in a box and you’re afraid another one will show up, then it’s Somnum.
OVM - God class anomalies that are technically contained within pocket dimensions and other realities but can quite easily break out of containment at any given moment. As such rather than focusing on containment the Foundation will use its resources to either neutralize the anomaly as soon as possible or have a contingency plan in place for humanity to survive even if the earth is destroyed or our reality is erased. If it created the box but is still trying to get out, then it’s OVM.
Nexus - Anomalies that are actually gateways to other realities. Similar to Nexus points only they are partially or entirely under the control of the Foundation. If it’s not a box but a door, then it’s Nexus.
Anticipi - Anomalies that are technically Thaumiel but can very easily betray the Foundation at any moment and must be under constant watch as a result. If it’s a box but you don’t trust it to stay a box, then its Anticipi.
Tholus - God class anomalies that belong to different realities but are constantly trying to break into ours for various reasons mostly leading to chaos and human extinction weather intended or not. If we’re the ones in the box and it’s trying to get in, then its Tholus.
Masvae - Anomalies that are actually contained by other organization’s more specifically by organization aligned with the ACPA. As such it’s never clear what exactly their full anomalous nature is or how dangerous they are, but the Foundation is willing to trust the allied organization to keep them contained. If someone else put it in a box but it’s someone you trust, then its Masvae.
Prodosa - Anomalies that could be contained but are most likely not as they are in the possessing of an enemy of the Foundation or worse the entire ACPA. As such they must be hunted down and contained by any means necessary and as fast as possible. If someone else put it in a box but it’s someone you don’t trust, then its Prodosa.
Al'amal Al'akhiru - Anomalies that are of great use to the Foundation but should only ever be used in world ending K Class Apocalyptic Scenarios. Should an anomaly like this ever be used often it could spell chaos for humanity regardless. Basically, anomalies of this classification are so powerful they can determine to fate of humanity for better or worse. If it’s used to close boxes but can just as easily open them too, Then it’s Al'amal Al'akhiru.
Homager - Anomalies that have the either have the ability to create other anomalies or hold a lot of different anomalies within them. These anomalies are extremely dangerous not necessarily in the danger they hold but instead the unpredictable danger of the anomalies they produce or hold. If it’s a box but keeps spitting out a lot of dangerous things and you’re not sure if it will ever stop, then its Homager.

Leather Puppets (Tholu Bommalata) Reflection from Indian Mythology
To all the craft and Indian mythology enthusiasts here is an amazing craft making that would interest you which is aesthetic and would look amazing in your house and collection.
Andhra Pradesh’s Craft leather puppet is also known as tholu bommalata (tholu- leather, bommalata- puppet dance). These puppets are famous for being transparent and having jewels that glow in the light. These puppets are based on folktales and stories like Mahabharat and Ramayana.
The process of making these puppets is done very carefully after each step is done with details and precision so the product is beautifully and satisfactory. The skin of goats and sheep is used for these puppets which are then cleaned and soaked in lime water for 10- 15 days. When the skin becomes smooth it's cleaned using a knife and again soaked for 10 days but this time in water and karaka powder (a local vegetable dye) then it's ready for decoration and cut into shape. These leather puppets are purely made by hand, so that it can get the desired precision. These handmade puppets craft is only the livelihood of many artisans in Andhra Pradesh.
The leather puppets are not only limited on the ancients tales, There are many moderns concepts on which these puppets are created which make them essentials for the home décor. There are many designs available on the Shopchaupal.
One of our bestseller products is the tholu bomma leather puppet which is a girl puppet wearing a beautiful combination of skirt, top, and accessories. This puppet looks beautiful hanging on the curtains using thread or even as a bookmark or just as a showpiece in your cabinets due to the bright colours used, they are easy to look at.
For all the Indian mythology interested audience we have one of the most interesting sets of puppets – the Vishnu Ji dash Avatar leather puppets. Each of the Avatar is carefully colour and jeweled telling a story of their own. They will look great in your collection with all different types of hues that people would fawn over it.

Martian stratovolcanoes Zephyria Tholus and Elysium Mons
While stratovolcanoes are common on Earth, they’re extremely rare on other planets of solar system.
on Mars, almost all volcanoes are shield, except few cinder cones and two stratovolcanoes (of those, one is also a shield). on Venus there are no stratovolcanoes at all, but there are pancakes domes, that can’t be found on Earth and Mars. It should be noted, however, that Venus has an atmospheric pressure that is 90 times the one of Earth, so possibly stratovolcanoes might have been squished from the start, developing into shield instead.
The only pure stratovolcano on Mars is named Zephyria Tholus.

https://onehundredmountains.blogspot.com/2011/05/meizan-from-outer-space.html
Meizan from outer spaceA new candidate for the “Mt Fuji of Mars” is proposed. And why stop there… ? Sumimasen: a few posts ago, I did something ill-considered. It was reckless to designate Mons Olympus, the largest volcano on the Red Planet, as "the Mt Fuji of Mars" (火星富士). For even the briefest glance shows that the Martian mountain (below) looks nothing like Mt Fuji. It isn’t even the same kind of volcano.
And, if you do seek a Mars-Fuji, there are better choices. Take Zephyria Tholus, for instance, an “unusually symmetrical cone located in the Aeolis region of Mars … with a flat-floored summit crater”. As you’d expect from this description, Zephyria is likely to be a stratovolcano. That is certainly the conclusion of Emily Lewis and James Head, two savants from Brown University who analysed the radar data from NASA’s Mars Orbiter.
Just like the real Mt Fuji, the Martian cone (above) has slightly concave upper slopes and its edifice is “dissected” by two huge erosion gullies. Even the height is Fuji-like: about 3,000 metres today and perhaps as tall as 3,900 metres in the past. Like Fuji’s, the summit crater plunges about 200 metres deep. However – and this is where the comparison does get a bit stretched – Zephyria’s cauldron is about eight or nine times wider than the Japanese one. Also, its summit slopes are only about half as steep as Fuji’s. All in all, Zephyria would look squatter than Fuji. That, say Lewis and Head, is only to be expected of Martian volcanoes – the low gravity and thin atmosphere allow eruptive debris to fly further, resulting in a more spread-out edifice. You see, Mars is a foreign planet; they do things differently there.
Yet proposing Zephyria as Mars-Fuji shouldn’t be too controversial. It only extends the Japanese custom of awarding the “Fuji” suffix to any mountain that looks remotely conical. Thus, there is hardly a Japanese prefecture without its own Fuji, from one end of the archipelago to the other: Rishiri-Fuji, Ezo-Fuji, Tsugaru-Fuji … The point about all these honorary Mt Fujis is that they share the elegance of their original. In short they are “Meizan”. The word is Japanese, but it can apply to any mountain of note, anywhere. When they relabelled Mt Rainier (below) as “Tacoma-Fuji”, homesick émigrés from Japan implicitly recognised that.
So did Fukada Kyūya, the maven of Meizan. Encouraged by the success of his One Hundred Mountains in Japan (Nihon Hyakumeizan), he was busy compiling a Sekai no Hyakumeizan (One Hundred Mountains of the World) when he died in 1971. But why stop with the world? As Lewis and Head show, other planets have Meizan too. Indeed, there should be more than enough for a One Hundred Mountains of the Solar System (太陽系の百名山). Now which would they be, I wonder.... ?
The other stratovolcano (though is an half shield), Elysium Mons, might have characteristics similar to Mount Etna, a large shield base with a tiny stratocone on the top (though Etna has FOUR tiny stratocone on the top of a still active large shield)

Elysium volcanic province
A smaller volcanic center lies several thousand kilometers west of Tharsis in Elysium. The Elysium volcanic complex is about 2,000 kilometers in diameter and consists of three main volcanoes, Elysium Mons, Hecates Tholus, and Albor Tholus. The northwestern edge of the province is characterized by large channels (Granicus and Tinjar Valles) that emerge from several grabens on the flanks of Elysium Mons. The grabens may have formed from subsurface dikes. The dikes may have fractured the cryosphere, releasing large volumes of ground water to form the channels. Associated with the channels are widespread sedimentary deposits that may have formed from mudflows or lahars.[37] The Elysium group of volcanoes is thought to be somewhat different from the Tharsis Montes, in that development of the former involved both lavas and pyroclastics.[38]
Elysium Mons is the largest volcanic edifice in the province. It is 375 km across (depending on how one defines the base) and 14 km high. It has single, simple caldera at its summit that measures 14 km wide and 100 m deep. The volcano is distinctly conical in profile, leading some to call it a stratocone;[39] however, given the predominantly low slopes, it is probably a shield. Elysium Mons is only about one-fifth the volume of Arsia Mons.[37]
Hecates Tholus is 180 km across and 4.8 km high. The slopes of the volcano are heavily dissected with channels, suggesting that the volcano is composed of easily erodible material such as volcanic ash. The origin of the channels is unknown; they have been atrributed to lava, ash flows, or even water from snow or rainfall.[40] Albor Tholus, the southernmost of the Elysium volcanoes, is 150 km in diameter and 4.1 km high. Its slopes are smoother and less heavily cratered than the slopes of the other Elysium volcanoes.[41]
