#i do this like once every 3 months on here#ok let me think abt what i ate today#one chocolate croissant a bowl of muesli half a cabbage and then another bowl of muesli and another bowl if muesli#so thats 3 bowls of muesli half a cabbage and a chocolate croissant#hm i mean its not excessive to eat pancakes i would say#have bot had toooooo many carbs like the muesli is mostly nuts#but HAVE had a good amount of sugar#tho tbf this is my homemade granola and i didnt put a lot of sweetener so the sweetest was the chocolate croissant
