I am here To hold your hand Just that silent Partner you never had. Journaling saved me. Saved my sanity. The silent acceptance that I received from every word I wrote to the strength of achieving even a single tick mark on my to-do list when I didn't want to do anything. The fact that there was no judgement on days I didn't do anything and just giving me the blank canvas to fill the pages with my angst.
