I'm not a whole album person so this is out of my league. #the theater company I’m part of just announced an ownership transition I’ve been pretty anxious about and it’s the best possible outcome!!#(friends who have been part of it all the way through own it now :)#finally listened to a few of the Maisie Peters songs y’all often recommend #(okay the whole good witch deluxe album) and it’s not really my type of music but I found a few I like and more importantly it felt like #I was vibing with you all about them for a minute!#I now own a 1950s dress that’s in really good condition! I got it for a play I’m in but also I love it regardless #and a fabulous and warm 40s coat #and also while trying on so many vintage dresses I just felt excited for the girls and women who wore them before? idk what lovely clothes #(they’re just like us you know)#also! everything is so brilliantly gold and orange especially on the backroads :)#AND I’m going to watch my friends in college chorale and orchestra do a concert tonight

unrelated but the album art for the Autoheart Time Machine EP is actually inhibiting my ability to enjoy it to its fullest potential

#I am pretty sure it fucks but anytime I tab back to spotify and see it I make a hrghm face #like a scrunch face. It's SOURING it #the vibes of this EP are so good and the album art is so mismatched it's jarring to MEEEEEE #sergle.txt #I know I don't have to see the art the whole time but also sometimes I just like to sit very still in my chair and Listen #w only spotify up. and if the album art there is really bad or really good. that impacts the experience.#if you get it you get it #album art is like a scent note u get off of food. right. so like the most important thing is how the food tastes #but if there's an odd smell. that. still fucking impacts the eating experience. 'it tastes the same' YOU DON'T GET IT #and if the scent coming off of food is EXTRA incredible it also invites you to try the taste out

i think this turned out pretty good, anyways this song was absolutely devastating when i first heard it so of course i learned how to play it >:)

i hit the wrong chord at the end but it's actually in the key so hehe. once again my *amazing* (/sarcastic) mixing skills, there's a bit of background buzz on the lower notes of the guitar that i couldn't get rid of and i just put reverb and ambiance on it but it sounds alright i reckon

tuning is Dadac#e which as far as i can tell is fairly unusual but sounds really cool i might try use it in one of my own songs
