Something Something - The DENNIS System aired directly after MADBU, almost as a way to solve the dilemma of their codependent relationship within canon... Nothing to worry about here (Circa 2009) because Dennis is obviously super straight. - Something Something.
Something Something - Dennis says he never takes a woman on an actual date because it's a waste of money, and his final step in the system is to Separate Entirely. While the SINNED system is heavily dependent upon going on a nice dinner date and tricking the man into a second one. The end of the system is not the end of the seduction; it's the beginning of the seduction. - Something Something
Something Something - RCG intentionally pushed back the MADBU pod for literal months, until S16 began airing, instead of visiting it 1 week earlier and having TDS play as a precursor to Frank vs. Russia, which would make more sense from a timeline standpoint. But they didn't; they did the MADBU pod directly before FVR; probably because they prioritized the narrative context of watching and remembering the inherent and sincere romanticism between Mac & Dennis in MADBU, over Dennis' calculated methods of seduction in TDS; the catfishing methods in FVR are supposed to feel super intimate, and therefore sus af when viewed through Dennis' senseless and unnecessary 'reasoning' of wanting Mac out of the apartment, something he could have easily just asked for. MADBU was meant to be fresh in the viewers' minds before learning the SINNED system, not TDS. - Something Something
