Art requests

To see if requests are open, look at the bio under the icon/title on my blog and it says there if they’re open or not. 

Requests on this blog must me utmv/utau related. I’m okay drawing utmv/utau ocs. I may also do aus that have a slight crossover with other stuff, e.g. drawing characters as pokemon or something.

I’m also slow at art, so don’t expect it right away/within a few hours. I also will mainly do doodles, but sometimes I will lineart/colour it too if I like the drawing. If I really like it I might turn it into a fully shaded drawing lol.

I also have the right to not do your request, so don’t get mad/sad about it please. This is free art, so I get to choose what I want to draw.

You can send in as many requests as you want as well, but as mentioned above I'm slow at art. So be patient with me lol.

If drawing a character of yours I’d prefer to be sent a reference. As I will not go looking for one (Unless they're in/linked on your pinned post). I will accept dms to send refs over, and I will also accept links to posts (though with links I will only accept from mutuals/people I've talked too.) If no ref is given you can describe something e.g. (insert character) but with wings or something like that. But keep in mind since no ref is given I may have creative freedom over it given your description. You can also just give me a prompt like the one said and let me do what I want. 

I won’t draw ns fw as minors follow me. I also won’t draw gore, I might draw blood but nothing crazy. 

More will be added to this as I go along. So I will always try to reblog the updated version every now and then.

Then you’re in luck, because I’m gonna be running f/ovember on this blog again!

This year, I’ll be having multiple characters take over the blog as the month progresses, and Lu will be here as well! She’ll mostly hang around to receive any f/o letters if any of y’all send them(bc those got added this year), as well as to come goof off with the rest of the Man.kai gang! Of course, I’ll still be in charge of reblogs, and might gush about Four Seasons a bit as that’ll be happening early on in the month hehe<3

As for what’s gonna be posted, I’ll be running a LOT of ask games, having everyone answer asks, and make their own original posts to the blog! Uhhhh yeah!! 

A schedule of who’s gonna be running the blog throughout the month can be found under the cut!

Week 1(11/1 - 11/7): Lu and Saku only! Saku will be the one mainly running the askbox, unless y’all have questions for Lu or the both of them!

Week 2-3(11/8 - 11/22): Lu and Saku will still be around, but Masu, Banchan, and Azu-nee will be here too, but questions for any Man.kai member will be answered! (And maybe some other source characters will come and hang out but we’ll see)

Week 4(11/23 - 12/1): Everything above, plus misc & other sources! I doubt I’ll be super active this week because I’ve got events to take care of, but we’ll see what happens!!

Outside of this, every Friday or so, the characters running the blog will make a little announcement post to say they’re in charge for the week, so no worries if anybody can’t remember :3c

When Eddie speaks, he does it into his arms, his voice muffled and soft at the edges: “I don’t want you to see me like this, either.” “I’m literally a firefighter,” Buck points out. “I see a lot worse than some stitches every day.” Eddie makes a frustrated, indistinct noise into his sweatshirt.

The way Satya and Niran weren’t really compatible when they first met years back because both of them were stubborn as hell and convinced that their way was the right way - and yet they still got along, the only friend either of them had, because they could see that the other had a good and caring heart. Things got soured when Niran took off and Satya convinced herself he was a traitor - yet she could never fully commit to that feeling.

Then both Satya and Niran go through so many changes getting older, as they see more of the world and realize maybe they actually know a whole lot less than they thought they did. Both of them are forced out of their self-righteous bubbles. They travel down different paths, but they’re walking parallel to each other.

And THEN they meet again when Satya, already questioning Vishkar more than she ever has before, is sent to apprehend Niran and steal his tech “back” for Vishkar. And she sees him, sees how much he’s grown and changed from the spoiled, stubborn boy he was when she knew him, and she herself has grown from the rigid corporate weapon that never dared question Vishkar, and she realizes she really, really does NOT want to steal from Niran, even in spite of Vishkar promising it would use his Biolight to improve the world. And Niran, having firsthand experience with the way Vishkar grooms vulnerable children and makes them feel valued, cared for, useful, is gentle with Satya, not offended in the least that she came after him.

And when they talk a bit, and he begins to realize her loyalty to Vishkar is wavering, he’s secretly delighted - but careful not to push her, because he knows she has to go through change slowly and on her own terms. And Satya realizes as they’re talking how much she’s missed him, even if he’s as ridiculous and dramatic as ever, even in spite of his chaotic ways.

She should hate this man who “stole” from Vishkar and selfishly kept his healing technology from the world, and he should hate this Vishkar goon who’s been sent to steal from him and have him arrested. But neither of them can feel that way about the other. There’s too much history, and they both care too much.

With someone like Niran back in her life to support her, I feel like that will be what finally convinces Satya to take the leap and cut ties with Vishkar. She’s got an example to follow now. She’s got a safety net. She’s got someone to lay out the steps into the terrifying unknown instead of diving in all alone. And Niran, who’s thought about her and missed her all these years while facing the world by himself, couldn’t be happier to have her along for the ride.

Mild ramble below (some positive some not)

I understand it's a mascot horror. It's built of making characters to build it's cast. But I swear to God some of the additions are useless.

After watching a playthrough of the chapter, I'm not as against doey as a character. I originally found his concept incredibly boring though. The whole "made of three kids " thing also rubs me slightly wrong but I'm kind of glad they didn't go the "he has a Crazyyyyy 3rd personality!!!" Route if you know what I mean.

Ollie's betrayal may seem expected to some, but I honestly don't see the reason for it. I would frankly find it more interesting if he was one of these "orphans" poppy mentions over and over. I kind of wish we got to actually see him.

Chapter 4 feels incredibly....odd. there's notes and video tapes everywhere and compared to past chapters it's incredibly odd. If anything id expect diary entries somewhere like playcare. Not this weird lab setting.

I think it's their way of storytelling, but you should do that through GAMEPLAY. It's a GAME. Stop telling the lore and show it for God's sake.

Also pianosaurus was a useless character and could've not existed (I'm really sad about it I thought he could've been so interesting) and frankly yarnaby didn't interest me as a boss fight at all.

I'm not against mascot horror, I actually kind of love the genre, but some of what comes out of this game is... just annoying
