#i liked the playcare chapter. mostly because i am actually kinda fond of the smiling critters and what their lore could be

I have. Feelings about Poppy playtime.

Mild ramble below (some positive some not)

I understand it's a mascot horror. It's built of making characters to build it's cast. But I swear to God some of the additions are useless.

After watching a playthrough of the chapter, I'm not as against doey as a character. I originally found his concept incredibly boring though. The whole "made of three kids " thing also rubs me slightly wrong but I'm kind of glad they didn't go the "he has a Crazyyyyy 3rd personality!!!" Route if you know what I mean.

Ollie's betrayal may seem expected to some, but I honestly don't see the reason for it. I would frankly find it more interesting if he was one of these "orphans" poppy mentions over and over. I kind of wish we got to actually see him.

Chapter 4 feels incredibly....odd. there's notes and video tapes everywhere and compared to past chapters it's incredibly odd. If anything id expect diary entries somewhere like playcare. Not this weird lab setting.

I think it's their way of storytelling, but you should do that through GAMEPLAY. It's a GAME. Stop telling the lore and show it for God's sake.

Also pianosaurus was a useless character and could've not existed (I'm really sad about it I thought he could've been so interesting) and frankly yarnaby didn't interest me as a boss fight at all.

I'm not against mascot horror, I actually kind of love the genre, but some of what comes out of this game is... just annoying
